Arts & Economic Prosperity Reception
Economic activity from arts and cultural organizations in Corvallis generated more than $71.8 million for the local economy each year. That's the key takeaway from the Arts & Economic Prosperity 5 study, which was conducted last year by Americans for the Arts and included extensive sampling in Corvallis. The final report was issued in August 2017.

Randy Cohen, vice president for policy and research with Americans for the Arts, will present an overview of the Corvallis data at a reception from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 4 at The Arts Center, 700 SW Madison Ave. The event is open to the public, and members of the media are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
