Corvallis’ Transportation System Plan (TSP) is a long-range plan that implements the transportation element of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. It considers all modes of travel and provides guidance on how to invest in the transportation system through a combination of projects, policies and programs to meet travel needs as the city grows. The city’s current TSP was adopted in 1996 and it needs to be updated to reflect the latest community vision. This TSP update will also include an emphasis on transit, resulting in the development of a separate Transit Development Plan guiding future expansion and enhancement of CTS service.
The TSP update is anticipated to take two to three years to complete. Click here to visit the project website
