The City of Corvallis IT Department is responsible for providing robust, feature rich technology services to all departments within the organization. IT staff provide these services through their commitment to excellent response, performance and reliability. IT also provides services that meet or exceed federal standards for criminal justice information systems. These services include the maintenance and enrichment of the data technologies deployed in emergency services vehicles. In the next year, the IT department will continue to develop a strong business partnership with each department within the City of Corvallis. The primary areas of focus will be standardization of services across the organization, and the development of robust reporting that will help drive increased efficiencies throughout the city.   Finally, IT will continue to provide robust GIS and mapping services that are utilized by the Corvallis Community as well as other governmental agencies.
