To improve equity around our registration process, we have made several changes. Please read carefully as our options have changed.

Payment Plans Available for High Demand Summer Programs 

Our most popular summer programs are our Day Camps, which typically fill very quickly. To help make signing up for multiple camp weeks more affordable, we've developed Pre-Set Payment Plans! These will allow you to pay for camps in more manageable installments. The Pre-Set Payment Plans have established payment amounts, and they can be used during online registration, as well as when registering in-person or by phone.  For your convenience, Pre-Set Payment Plans require a debit or credit card so that future installment payments can be automatically processed. More Additional Guidance for designated summer day camps includes: 

1. Camps that are eligible for Pre-Set Payment Plans are designated in their online description. If you're registering in-person or by phone, be sure to ask about their availability when talking to our staff.  
2. Using a Payment Plan is optional. You can still choose to pay the full amount at the time of registration.
3. Pre-Set Payment Plans require the payment of a 25% registration deposit of all camp fees at the time of registration. Up to 3 additional installment payments will be set up to auto-charge your debit or credit card on April 15, May 15, and June 15.  Contact any Parks & Registration office if you are unable to pay with a debit or credit card. 
4. If  you register after a pre-designated installment date on the Pre-Set Payment Plan, the 25% registration deposit, plus payment of all fees that would have been due in advance of the date you actually register will have to be paid at the time of registration. 
5. If you would like assistance paying for an activity not designated with a Pre-Set Payment Plan, you need to pay by cash or check, or the Pre-Set Payment Plan doesn't work for you, please contact any Parks & Recreation office for assistance with developing an individualized payment plan to meet your needs.  Individualized plans are only available when registering in-person or by phone.  They are not available for online registrations. 

Registration will open on a Saturday from:

• 9am-12pm at C3 and Avery Park Office
• 9am-4pm at OAC
• Majestic Theatre is closed
• Starting at 9am online through all of Spring Term

SCHOLARSHIPS—Pre-approved scholarship recipients can use their scholarships to register online!

• Scholarship funds will be applied first. When registering online, patrons will need to uncheck the box that will apply their scholarship if they do not wish to use it.
• If a patron wants to use only a portion of their available scholarship funds, they will need to have the front desk assist them in registration in-person or by phone.

TIPS:

• Be sure to log in prior to registration day to be sure you have your password on hand!
• To ensure your account is set-up properly, use the correct email to create your online login that matches the account your scholarship was applied to
• Contact our front desk BEFORE registration day at 541-766-6918 if you have any questions about scholarship or your online account

• Register online by finding your favorite programs on this website and clicking the direct link to your program. 
• Programs on our website are arranged by Adult or Youth Programs and the type of activity (Art, Sports etc.)
• Teen programs can be found in both places
