Use the following form if you would like to meet with City staff prior to submittal of a land use application (example: Conditional Development Permit, Subdivision, Partition, Replat, Zone Change, etc.)
Planning Division staff strongly encourages potential applicants to schedule a pre-application meeting before submitting a land use application.
Pre-application conferences are scheduled at least five business days following submittal of the form below. You will receive a follow up phone call from Planning staff to confirm your conference date and location. Depending on the scope of the proposal, and any questions that you provide, additional City staff from other work groups and Departments may be in attendance.
