Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force (DEITF) will meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.

Oral Testimony
Community members who wish to offer verbal testimony either in-person, via telephone, or through their computer are encouraged to preregister with Patrick Rollens at patrick.rollens@corvallisoregon.gov by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Community members wishing to offer verbal testimony can also notify staff at the beginning of the community comment period during the meeting.
Written Testimony
Community members who wish to offer written testimony may do so by emailing comments to Patrick Rollens at patrick.rollens@corvallisoregon.gov. Written testimony will be received until 12:00 pm the day of the meeting. If testimony is received seven days before the meeting, it will be included in the meeting materials packet (December 2 by 5 pm). If it is received after, it will be e-mailed to DEITF members before the meeting and included in the meeting minutes.
