Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who wanted to speak with an officer. The female had multiple active warrants and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Mischief III- An officer responded to the 1600-block of SW 3rd St for a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, who had tampered with property and shut off power to the business. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a citation. Identity Theft- An officer responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St after a business owner reported an unknown person opened a cellular phone account in the company’s name. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted at a residential living facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson St after she had been previously trespassed from the facility. The female had a warrant for her arrest as well. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody for her warrant and Criminal Trespass II. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 2600-block of NW Tyler Ave for yelling and causing a disturbance. The male had a warrant for his arrest as well. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant and left the area. Warrant Arrest- A 22-year-old male, Lebanon resident, was contacted in the 200-block of SW Western Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a citation. |

Trespass- A 40-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassed from a business in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave. Trespass- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a citation for trespassing after he was in a business in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave. He had previously been trespassed from the location. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A 36-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassing at a business in the 600-block of SW 4th St. The male also had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was booked into the jail on the warrants and cited for trespassing. Theft- Caller reported four license plates were stolen off vehicles while parked at their business in the 2100-block of NW 9th St. Theft- A 53-year-old male, Corvallis resident, entered a business in the 900-block of NW 9th St and stole approximately $40 of merchandise. The male was detained and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft III. Warrant Arrest- A 28-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 400-block of NW 1st St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Attempted Burglary- Caller reported an unknown male attempted to kick a door in to his business in the 700-block of SW 4th St. The caller went outside and confronted the male, who said he didn’t realize there was anyone inside the business and then left the area. The caller did not report the incident for nearly an hour and the suspect was not located. Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old female, no fixed address, came to the Law Enforcement Center to turn herself in on a Linn County warrant. The female was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- A 30-year-old female, Aumsville resident, was cited on an active warrant after being contacted on a suspicious vehicle complaint in a parking lot in the 300-block of NW 3rd St. |

False Information / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Warrant Arrest- A 35-year-old male, no fixed address, was stopped for a bicycle violation at NW 4th St and NW Buchanan Ave. The male initially provided a fake name when identifying himself. The male’s true identity was discovered, and it was found he had multiple warrants for his arrest. After being taken into custody, the male was searched and drug paraphernalia was found in his possession. The male was taken into custody for the warrants, Providing False Information to a Peace Officer, and PCS-Methamphetamine, and transported to the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to SE 3rd St and SE Rivergreen Ave for a traffic crash. The driver was identified as a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had struck a concrete median in the roadway, causing the crash. Officers observed the male appeared intoxicated. The male was taken into custody after performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering. Shoplift- A convenience store employee in the 2600-block of NW 9th St reported a shoplift of alcohol by a male suspect who was not located. Trespass- Caller reported her ex-boyfriend broke into her residence in the 3300-block of NE Oxford Cir and stole her bike and phone. Suspect was identified but not yet located. |

Trespass- A 66-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassed from a business in the 200-block of SW 3rd St. Theft- A cold theft occurred at a business in the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl. Video footage was obtained from loss prevention staff. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a physical fight between two females. A 62-year-old female and 41-year-old female, both no fixed address, were identified as the suspects involved in the fight. Both claimed the other party was the primary aggressor. Neither party was injured, and both were issued a citation in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct. Trespass- A 34-year-old male, no fixed address, went into the backyard for a residence in the 800-block of NW 10th St and refused to leave. The male was issued a Trespass Notice per the caller’s request. Harassment- Caller reported her ex-boyfriend, a 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, has been sending her harassing text messages, and he drove past her last week and pointed an air-soft gun at her. The caller did not wish to pursue charges, but wanted the incident documented to assist in getting a restraining order against the male. Trespass- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the laundry room of an apartment building in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave. The male had been previously trespassed from the property and was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Warrant Arrest- A 54-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at a business in the 100-block of SW 4th St for a report of a trespass. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody and trespassed from the business. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A 63-year-old female, no fixed address, was cited on several active warrants after officers contacted her on a trespass complaint at a business in the 300-block of NW 3rd St. |

Warrant Arrest- An officer recognized a male subject in the 1000-block of SW 3rd St who had a valid warrant for his arrest. The male was cited in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a subject for multiple bicycle violations near NW 9th St and NW Buchanan Ave. During the stop, the officer learned the 49-year-old male, no fixed address, had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Attempted Assault IV- A caller in the 400-block of SW 3rd St reported a subject punched him in the face and fled the area. Officers responded to the location and learned the victim told a male to leave the property. The male refused to leave so the victim stated he was calling the police. The male then punched the victim in the face and fled the area. Officers searched the surrounding area but were unable to locate the unidentified suspect. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 600-block of NW 27th St for a report of a loud party. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 3100-block of NW Johnson Ave for a report of loud music. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a subject refusing to leave. A 68-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. |
| January 9th |
Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW 4th St for a subject threatening to kill the caller’s dog. Officers contacted the suspect, a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, and issued a citation in lieu of custody for violent conduct. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 200-block of NW 1st St for a report of a male yelling in the area. The officer contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, who was determined to have an active warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted two subjects in the 1300-block of SW Philomath Blvd. During the contact, the officers identified both as a 38-year-old male and a 43-year-old female, both no fixed address. Both the male and female had warrants for their arrest; they were issued citations and released. Theft II- An employee called from the 1500-block of NW 9th St to report a cold theft. The employee reported a known subject stole more than $400 worth of items a few days prior. The employee identified the subject as a 35-year-old male, Salem resident. The investigating officer has probable cause to arrest the male for Theft II. Theft II- While investigating a different theft call, an employee reported a cold theft in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The suspect in the theft was identified as a 37-year-old male, no fixed address. The investigating officer has probable cause to arrest the male for Theft II. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 3600-block of SW Deon Dr for a report of loud music and shouting. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Stolen Vehicle- Officers responded to a residence in the 3300-block of NW Firwood Dr for a report of a vehicle which had just been stolen from the caller’s driveway while it was warming up. The vehicle was not located during the initial response, but was later located on the side of Highway 20 just into Lincoln County. A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was located inside of the vehicle and arrested. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged on charges of Unlawful Entry into a Vehicle, Unlawful Use of a Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Theft I, and Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver-Property Damage. The truck was returned to the owner. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 32-year-old male, Albany resident, at a residence in the 5300-block of SW Country Club Dr who was the subject of an active warrant. He was released on a criminal citation. |

Resisting Arrest / Trespass / Escape III / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to a trespass complaint in the 100-block of NW 4th St. They contacted a 49-year-old female, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from the location. During the contact, dispatch advised the female had a valid warrant, and the issuing agency wished to have her taken into custody. She was not free to leave and was asked to stay with another officer. She gathered her belongings and walked away. The female continued to resist arrest by pulling away and not cooperating with commands. She was ultimately arrested for five active warrants, Resisting Arrest, Trespass, Escape III, and PCS (Methamphetamine). Attempted Assault of a Peace Officer / Trespass / Disorderly Conduct II- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 4th St for a trespass complaint. A 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was on the property after being previously trespassed. She walked out into the roadway, obstructing traffic, and refused to move to the sidewalk. Officers attempted to detain her, and she tried to pull away and kick at officers. While trying to physically restrain the subject, she pulled her right arm underneath her body and as an officer had hold of her wrist, she proceeded to bite the officer’s hand. The female subject was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 46-year-old female, no fixed address, during a trespass complaint in the 500-block of NW 4th St. The female had a valid warrant for her arrest and was transported to the jail. Criminal Trespass- An employee called to report a subject asleep on the property in the 1700-block of NW 9th St whom they wanted removed. An officer arrived at the business and contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, on the property. The male was issued a trespass notice for the business and left the area. Criminal Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a subject on the property who had been previously trespassed and was now screaming and yelling at customers. Officers arrived at the location and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address. After officers confirmed the male was previously trespassed from the location, he was arrested, removed from the area, and issued a citation for trespassing. Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a group of subjects “hanging out” near the loading dock of a business in the 700-block of SW Washington Ave all afternoon and requested they move on. Officers arrived at the business and contacted the group. During the contact, officers learned a 24-year-old male, no fixed address, had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation and released. All three subjects were issued a verbal trespass warning for the property and agreed to move on. Theft- Officers contacted a resident in the 5000-block of SW Technology Lp for a report of a package theft. Domestic Disturbance- Officers responded to a residence in the 3400-block of NE Lancaster St for a 9-1-1 hang-up call with what sounded like a dispute in the background. Officers contacted the individuals in the residence, and investigation revealed no probable cause for enforcement action. Warrant Arrest- During a response to a residence in the 3400-block of NE Lancaster St, a 30-year-old male, Lebanon resident, was contacted and determined to be the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 38-year-old male, Albany resident, in the 100-block of NW Jackson Ave who was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested and transported to the jail, where he was lodged. |
| January 7th |
Shoplift- An officer responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St for a shoplifter in custody. An 18-year-old female, Corvallis resident, stole multiple items from the business. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a complaint of a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, smoking an illicit drug. The subject was found to be in possession of a misdemeanor amount of methamphetamine and was issued a citation. Burglary I- An officer responded to the 600-block of SW Sagebrush Dr after a resident returned home from break and found someone had unlawfully entered their residence. The unknown suspect stole several items from the house. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 100-block of SW 4th St for a report of a subject on the property, refusing to leave, who had been told repeatedly to leave the property. Officers arrived in the area, but the subject, a 54-year-old male, no fixed address, had already left and was not located nearby. Menacing- Officers responded to a reported disturbance in the 100-block of SW Prairie Ave. The initial report indicated multiple people arrived in a white SUV while wearing masks and possessing weapons to menace the residents there. The vehicle was located after leaving the scene and a high-risk stop was conducted by CPD and Benton County Sheriff’s Office deputies near Hwy 20 and NE Circle Blvd. Six people were detained from the vehicle and two simulated firearms were seized. This incident remains under investigation. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NW 4th St for a report of a male screaming loudly after destroying the bathroom. The 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a trespass notice at the request of the business. |

Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A Community Service Officer responded to the 300-block of SE Goodnight Ave after caller reported seeing someone had rummaged through their vehicle. The owner stated a backpack was stolen, containing over $1,000 worth of personal property. The backpack was subsequently located with the contents missing. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a female causing a disturbance in the parking lot after being asked to leave. The suspect was identified as a 25-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Criminal Mischief- Caller reported the rear tires of their vehicle were slashed while it was parked outside their residence in the 3700-block of SW West Hills Rd. The caller was not sure when the incident occurred, and no suspect was identified. Trespass- Caller reported a male was on the property of a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St who had been previously trespassed. A 49-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted and trespassed. Burglary- Caller reported a cold burglary which had occurred at the laundry room of an apartment complex in the 2500-block of SW Pickford St. An unknown suspect attempted to drill into the coin machines but was unsuccessful. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2700-block of NW Tyler Ave for a report of a male who was refusing to leave the bathroom and causing a disturbance. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation due to jail capacity. |
| January 5th |
Trespass- A business in the 500-block of SW 4th St called to request a subject be trespassed from the property. Officers arrived and contacted a 51-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was trespassed from the property. Theft I- Residents in the 500-block of SE Firefly Ave reported multiple boxes of private property were stolen. The boxes had been stored at the residence under a carport. The items were placed there in November, and a specific time they were stolen was unknown. Warrant Arrest- A 35-year-old male, Lebanon resident, was contacted at Central Park. The male was taken into custody for a warrant and transported to the jail. Theft- Caller came to the Law Enforcement Center to report bank fraud. The caller stated she had $125 withdrawn from her bank account from a fraudulent online purchase. No suspect was identified. Fraud- Caller received a phone call from a male claiming he had kidnapped the caller’s daughter because she had seen a drug deal, and he could hear a female frantically crying in the background. The male directed the caller to send him $5,000 in gift cards or he would hurt the caller’s daughter. The caller did not send the male money, and the male eventually hung up on the caller. The caller was able to contact his daughter and confirm she was safe. Disorderly Conduct- Caller reported a male was yelling in the 1900-block of NW Garfield Ave and got in the face of a passerby. The caller’s girlfriend stated the male chased her back into the caller’s residence when she went outside. The suspect was located in the area and identified as a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II and transported to the jail. Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported a male was walking in his neighborhood in the 2500-block of NE Jack London St and was checking door handles on vehicles. The male left the area prior to officer’s arrival but was soon located. The suspect was identified as a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, and was taken into custody for Attempted UEMV x2. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- A 49-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody on several active warrants after being contacted in the 500-block of NW 27th St. She was released with citations. |

Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a trespass. A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was on the property after having been previously trespassed. She was issued a citation and left. Trespass / Littering / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer contacted a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, at a business near SW Western Blvd and SW Grove St. The male had previously been trespassed from the location. There was garbage around the male as well. He was taken into custody for trespassing and littering, and during a search was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody. Suspicious Circumstance- An officer responded to Avery Park for smoke coming from the train car in the park. A 33-year-old male, Eugene resident, was contacted who admitted to starting a warming fire in the train. During the contact, the male made statements about being wanted by the Eugene Polie Department for arson. The officer contacted EPD and learned two arson complaints were reported recently. A case number was taken to document the contact. Open Container- An officer contacted a 60-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 1600-block of NW 9th St after observing her consuming alcohol in public. She was issued a citation for Open Container. Trespass- Caller allowed a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, to stay at her residence in the 1400-block of NW Highland Dr. The female then refused to leave the residence when she was asked to do so. The female left prior to officer’s arrival and was located later in the shift and trespassed from the caller’s residence. Trespass- A 59-year-old female, no fixed address, was refusing to leave the bathroom of a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St. The female left prior to officer’s arrival and was located in the area. The female was trespassed from the business. Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was refusing to leave a business in the 700-block of NE 2nd St. The female was issued a trespass notice from the business. The female returned to the business a short time later. She was located and taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II. The female was transported to the jail. Trespass- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was refusing to leave a residence in the 2600-block of NW Highland Dr. The female left prior to officer’s arrival and was located in the area. She was issued a trespass notice from the residence. |

Criminal Mischief- An officer responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, damaging property and trespassing. Officers located the female and formally trespassed her from the property. The reporting organization did not wish to pursue criminal charges for the damaged property. Warrant Arrest- An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1300-block of SE Crystal Lake Dr. During the stop, the officer learned the driver, a 22-year-old male, Philomath resident, had suspended driving privileges and an active warrant for his arrest. The male received citations for the warrant and driving while suspended. Burglary- Officers responded to the 1700-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of a burglary. Investigation revealed the caller returned home after the holiday break and found an unknown pair of boots on the front porch. Officers searched the residence, but no signs of criminal activity were found. Fraud- Officers received a fraud report in which a Corvallis resident discovered $550 missing from their bank account. Trespass- Officers responded to the 400-block of SW Western Blvd for a report of an intoxicated subject trespassing and urinating in public. Officers contacted a 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and formally trespassed him from the property. The male was taken to the hospital for evaluation for alcohol intoxication. Suspicious Vehicle- Officers responded to the 2400-block of SW Pickford St for a report of multiple vehicle alarms going off. While on scene, officers located a recently wrecked vehicle with no apparent sign of a cause. It was later learned the vehicle was dropped off by a tow truck two days prior. |

Trespass- Caller reported a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, had a camp set up on private property in the 2800-block of SW Western Blvd. The male was cited for trespass and moved along. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a male breaking a glass door. The suspect was located several blocks away and identified as a 38-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief II and lodged at the jail. Found Property- Officers responded to a report of found property in the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd. Monetary items were located in a recycling bin and taken into evidence for safekeeping as an owner could not be located. Burglary- Officers responded to a cold burglary in the 500-block of NW 18th St. The reporting party stated their residence was broken into via a window and numerous personal items were taken. Trespass- A resident in the 1100-block of NW Circle Blvd reported an intoxicated male on his property trying to open his door and window. Investigation revealed a heavily intoxicated 21-year-old male, Albany resident, believed he was in Eugene to attend a party. The male was evaluated by medics before being released at the scene. Assault- An officer responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a patient who had kicked a nurse. A 68-year-old male, Albany resident, had intentionally kicked a nurse during a medical procedure, causing substantial pain. The male was cited in lieu, as he was still undergoing medical procedures. Missing Person- An officer responded to the 3200-block of SE Midvale Dr for a report of an adult female who had been missing for over an hour. After a 90-minute search, the female was located and returned to her family. Menacing- Caller reported a 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was throwing items and threatening to kill the caller. Officers arrived at the 500-block of NW Monroe Ave and took the female into custody after investigation revealed she had menaced the caller. She was lodged at the jail. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW 4th St for a disturbance. A 41-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted and had warrants for his arrest. He was booked into the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 200-block of SE Chapman Ave for a trespass complaint. A 42-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted and had warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 73-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was booked into jail. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A vehicle was broken into sometime over the previous night. A backpack containing personal items was taken. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- An officer stopped a vehicle near SW 5th St and SW Adams Ave. The driver, a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was DWS-Misdemeanor. He was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a report of a trespassing in the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave. Upon arrival, officers identified a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, with a local warrant for her arrest. The female was cited in lieu of custody and trespassed from the property. |

Warrant Arrest / Theft / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Trespass- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a bicycle theft which had just occurred. A patron of the business had his electric bike locked up outside. While in the business, he observed a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, cut the lock on his bike and leave with the bike. The suspect was located hiding in a dumpster corral in a business nearby with the stolen bike. The male in possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia and burglary tools, as well as warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations for Theft I, PCS (Methamphetamine), Criminal Mischief, Possession of Burglary Tools, Trespass, and his active warrants. Disorderly Conduct / Trespass- Officers responded to the area of NW Oak St and NW Fairlawn St for a male standing and wandering in the road. Upon arrival, officers observed a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, running around in the road, acting erratically, and running in and out of various yards in the area. He was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct. Warrant Arrest- An officer performed a traffic stop in the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave. One occupant of the vehicle, a 34-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had warrants for her arrest. She was booked at the jail. Disorderly Conduct / Trespass / Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 12th St for a male throwing rocks at a house and knocking over trash bins. A 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing, and Criminal Mischief. He was booked into the jail. Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old female, Corvallis resident, turned herself in on a warrant at the Law Enforcement Center. She was issued a citation. Argument- A 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, approached another male who was seated in his car and began yelling and making gestures at him in the 800-block of NW Oak Ave. The aggressor was not cooperative with officers and was highly agitated and confrontational. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the hospital for a report of a patient who damaged property while in his room. The suspect was identified as a 33-year-old male, no fixed address, who threw his cell phone against the wall, causing damage to the wall. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Criminal Mischief I. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of an animal abuse complaint. The caller reported a male was being overly aggressive with his dog. Officers observed the dog and saw it was not injured and was acting normally. The owner, a 27-year-old male, no fixed address, had multiple warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Violation of Order- An 18-year-old female, Salem resident, was stopped for a traffic violation at Hwy 20 and NE Conifer Blvd. The passenger in the vehicle was identified as a 20-year-old male, Albany resident, and there was a no contact order in place preventing the male from having contact with the female. Shoplift- An unknown male stole approximately $20 in merchandise from a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. The male left prior to officer arrival and was not identified. Theft- Caller reported she received a notification from her residential cameras that someone was at her front porch. As she reviewed the notification, she observed an unknown male stealing a package from her front porch. Warrant Arrest- A 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was cited on several active warrants after being contacted on a welfare check complaint near NW 11th St and NW Monroe Ave. Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespass after returning to a hotel in the 1700-block of NW 9th St after having been previously trespassed earlier in the day. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released on a citation. Car Prowl- A 32-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for car prowling after a resident in an apartment complex in the 2400-block of NW Garryanna Dr reported seeing him trying car doors in the parking lot. Four cars were discovered to have been entered, and the suspect was found to be in possession of stolen property from the cars. He was booked at the jail. Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespass after going to a shelter in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave and refusing to leave. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Hit and Run / Assault IV- Officers responded to a report of a traffic crash at NW Oak Ave and NW Fairlawn St. Caller reported a vehicle struck a parked vehicle and then drove up into a yard and struck a dumpster. While officers were responding to the scene, the driver of the suspect vehicle, a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, exited his vehicle, approached the caller, and assaulted him with a can of deodorant spray, causing injuries to the caller’s face. The driver was detained and admitted to smoking marijuana shortly before driving. Hit and Run- A parked vehicle was struck by an unknown suspect vehicle in the 1200-block of SW 26th St. It is unknown exactly when this occurred, and there is no suspect information. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported three car batteries were stolen from their company vehicle while it was parked in the 600-block of SW 2nd St. Unlawful Use of a Vehicle- Caller reported their dirt bike was stolen from their residence in the 100-block of NW 15th St. There was no suspect identified in the theft. Warrant Arrest- A 58-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd after he was apprehended by loss prevention staff for shoplifting. The business did not want the male charged for shoplifting, but the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 35-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody on various warrants after she was contacted on a complaint in the 1800-block of NW Hayes Ave. She was booked at the jail. She had warrants for her arrest and was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest / Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of a business wanting a female trespassed after she was being aggressive with employees. Officers located a 32-year-old female and a 33-year-old male, both Corvallis residents. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Public Indecency- An officer was dispatched to the 600-block of SW Madison Ave after a caller reported she saw a male make eye contact with her as she walked by while he was masturbating outside a building. The male was located nearby and identified as a 25-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was detained and later issued a citation. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- Officers observed a vehicle driving in circles in a parking lot before driving the wrong way on a one-way street. The vehicle was stopped by officers and the driver, a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, showed signs and symptoms of intoxication. Stemming from investigation on scene, he was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. Burglary- Officers responded for a burglary in progress at a business in then 700-block of NW Cornell Ave. A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted and detained after a short pursuit. Subsequent to investigation the male was arrested for Attempted Burglary I and Criminal Trespass II and was transported to the jail. Assault- Officers responded to a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of an assault which had occurred a few hours prior. No pain was reported and there were no signs of injury. The victim did not wish to pursue charges. |

Disorderly Conduct- A business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd called to report a 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was sitting on the floor of the business, exposing her genitalia, drinking alcohol and urinating on the floor. The female was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center. Narcotics Offense- Several callers reported a traffic hazard at the intersection of NE Hwy 99 and NW Circle Blvd. A 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was inhaling aerosol from a can and impeding traffic. The male was taken into custody and cited at the Law Enforcement Center. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- An officer took a report of a cold UEMV which had occurred in the 2900-block of NW Grant Ave. A vehicle was entered sometime during the night and a wallet, bag, and handgun were all stolen. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 19-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 1100-block of NW Harrison Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a complaint of disorderly conduct. A male was reported to be outside the business swinging multiple metal pipes around. One caller thought the male might have a firearm as well. A 46-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted outside the business matching the description. No firearm was located, but the male did have warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued citations for the warrants and for violent conduct. He was also trespassed from the business. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near NW Division St and NW Garfield Ave for a traffic violation. The driver, a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was DWS Misdemeanor. He was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 3400-block of NE Lancaster Dr for a domestic disturbance. Officers contacted a 45-year-old male and a 38-year-old female, both Corvallis residents, and both of whom had active warrants for their arrest. There was no probable cause for a crime related to the initial domestic complaint. They were each arrested for their warrants. Theft- Two unknown suspects arrived at a business in the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl and stole merchandise. Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at SW 5th St and SW Madison Ave. The driver, a 44-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had an active warrant. He was issued a citation. Suspicious Person- Officers responded to the 2300-block of NW Roosevelt Dr for a report of a male following the caller. The male was not located during the initial response, and the caller was given a courtesy ride to their residence. Warrant Arrest- Officers arrested a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, on active warrants who was contacted near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Monroe Ave. Trespass- Officers arrested a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, who was contacted in a restricted area around a facility in the 100-block of NW 5th St. He was later released on a criminal citation. |

Warrant Arrest / Trespass- Officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 900-block of NW Hayes Ave. A 55-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted inside the building. He had warrants for his arrest. The male was issued citations for the warrants and trespassing. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 2600-block of NW 9th St for a possible overdose. Two people were reportedly overdosing in a vehicle. It was determined that no one was overdosing, however, a 30-year-old male, Albany resident, was contacted and had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to an apartment complex in the 5400-block of SW Country Club Dr for a suspicious circumstance. It was reported multiple people from multiple vehicles were coming to and from an apartment, bringing items to and from a bedroom window. After investigation, there was no probable cause for a crime. A 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave and contacted a 58-year-old female and a 49-year-old male, both no fixed address, regarding a reported fight. Investigation revealed both parties acted in a violent, tumultuous manner within a nearby city park. Both parties were issued citations in lieu of custody and trespassed from city parks. |

Harassment- Officers responded to a residence in the 5700-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a domestic disturbance complaint. A 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and a 35-year-old female, Corvallis resident, were involved in an argument that escalated into shoving. Both stated the other shoved them. There were no injuries. They agreed to separate for the night. Domestic Disturbance- Officers responded to a residence in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for a report of a domestic dispute between a 28-year-old female and a 31-year-old male, both Corvallis residents. The male and female both stated they were going through a difficult time in their relationship which led to the argument. Both admitted to pushing each other during said argument, but neither party wished to pursue charges. The male left the residence for the evening. Fraud- Caller reported he received a phone call from somebody pretending to be law enforcement. The suspect told the caller he had a warrant for his arrest for missing jury duty, and he owed $14,000 or he would be arrested. The caller attempted to transfer the money to the suspect, but his bank would only let him transfer $2,000. The suspect was not identified. Theft- Witness reported seeing a female in a teal-colored van stealing merchandise from the front of a hardware store in the 2400-block of NW Kings Blvd. Warrant Arrest- A 36-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was cited on an active warrant after being contacted in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. |

Recovered Item- A resident in the 2000-block of NW Monroe Ave reported a bicycle had been locked to the bike rack for months with parts stolen from it. An officer took the bike for safekeeping and was able to contact the owner through Project 529. Theft- A property manager in the 2700-block of SW Western Blvd reported their coin-operated machines had the coins stolen sometime in the last week. Violent Conduct / Warrant Arrest- A passerby in the 1800-block of NW 9th St reported a male yelling and throwing items at a vacant building and parked cars. Officers contacted the 46-year-old male, no fixed address, and arrested him for Violent Conduct as well as an outstanding warrant. He was issued citations and released. Traffic Collision- An 18-year-old female, Corvallis resident, crashed her vehicle into a tree in the 700-block of SW 4th St. No other vehicles were involved. Shoplift- Employees in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd apprehended a 68-year-old female, Waldport resident, after she stole over $200 worth of items from the store. She was cited and released. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 35-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1100-block of NW Polk Ave after the subject tossed an item into a yard. The item was found to be a bag of methamphetamine. The officer also learned the male had active warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the jail. Shoplift- A business in the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl reported a person stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise the day before. Theft II- Caller reported a female stole over $500 in merchandise from their business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. The female was contacted by the caller, and she left the merchandise after exiting the business and leaving in a vehicle. The vehicle was located and the suspect was identified as a 40-year-old female, no fixed address. The female admitted to taking the items and was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft II. Theft- Caller reported they confronted a male attempting to steal a package from their residence in the 1100-block of SW Cole Pl. The suspect dropped the package and left the area on a bicycle. The suspect was not identified. Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen off the porch of their residence in the 100-block of SW Alexander Ave. No suspect identified. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a residence in the 1700-block of NW Menlo Dr for a report of an argument between the caller and his 59-year-old stepson. There was no crime involving the argument, but the stepson had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Criminal Mischief- An unknown suspect broke into a construction site in the 200-block of SW 1st St, climbed a crane, and broke the control panel. The construction company is attempting to locate video and picture surveillance. Warrant Arrest / Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- An officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle at SW 2nd St and SW B Ave for a traffic violation. The driver, a 29-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was DWS Misdemeanor. She also had several active warrants. She was issued citations in lieu of custody, and a licensed driver came to the scene to drive the vehicle. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A vehicle was entered sometime overnight in the 400-block of SW 8th St. Some personal items were stolen. Warrant Arrest- An officer was flagged down near SW Western Blvd and SW 5th St by a male who wanted to turn himself in on warrants. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a citation for the warrants. Nudity- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a female who was nude from the waist down and causing a disturbance. A 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Nudity and provided a pair of pants by jail staff. Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male who was attempting to break into multiple vehicles. The caller reported seeing the male attempt to open doors on multiple vehicles in the parking lot. The suspect was located behind the business and identified as a 30-year-old male, Independence resident. After speaking with witnesses, probable cause was developed to arrest the male for Attempted UEMV x4, in addition to a confirmed warrant for the male’s arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Polk County Jail. Attempted Assault IV- Officers responded to a business in the 900-block of NW Kings Blvd for an open 9-1-1 call where dispatchers could overhear and argument. Officers contacted a male in the parking lot of the business. The male stated he was driving through the parking lot and did not see three males walking in the parking lot. His vehicle went through a puddle, causing one of the males to get splashed. The males confronted him as he exited his vehicle, and he apologized for getting the male wet and not seeing them. One of the males pushed him to the ground, and they left in an unknown vehicle in an unknown direction of travel. Hit and Run- Caller reported observing a gray pickup truck drive through a flowerbed and get the truck high-centered at a business in the 200-block of SW 4th St. The driver was able to get the vehicle unstuck, and then left the scene. The caller was not able to describe the driver or get a license plate for the vehicle. Warrant Arrest- A 48-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on several active warrants after he was contacted on a suspicious person complaint in the 5500-block of SW Country Club Dr. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A 21-year-old male, Monroe resident, was arrested for a DUII after being stopped for a traffic violation in the 300-block of SW 4th St. Theft- Victim reported the theft of an e-bike from outside of an apartment in the 600-block of NW 21st St. |

Trespass- A 66-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was located at an apartment complex where he was no longer a tenant. The property management wanted him trespassed from the property. He was trespassed and left without incident. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a group of people in a parking lot in the 100-block of SW B Ave. A 29-year-old male, Albany resident, had a confirmed warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Linn County Jail. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to the area of NW 9th St and NW Monroe Ave for a non-injury crash. A driver ran a red light and struck another vehicle. The driver was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device. Unlawful Possession of a Firearm- While investigating a traffic crash, officers learned one of the drivers had a firearm concealed in their unlocked glovebox. The driver, a 28-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was provided the handgun by her boyfriend for protection while delivering food. The female did not have a concealed handgun license. She was issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted at a business in the 100-block of NW 4th St after she had been previously trespassed. The female was taken into custody for Trespass II and transported to the jail, Hit and Run- Victim reported her unoccupied, parked vehicle was struck in a parking lot in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd, causing slight damage. Warrant Arrest- A 57-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on numerous active warrants after being contacted in a business alcove during a trespass complaint. |

Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Identity Theft- An unknown person unlawfully entered an unlocked vehicle in the 700-block of SW 7th St. When the victim realized their wallet was stolen, they learned a credit card had been used at a local business. Case still under investigation. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 51-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 500-block of SW 4th St after being told she needed to leave. Additionally, the female had several active warrants. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Trespass- An officer was dispatched to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a subject who had previously stolen from the business and was currently back in the store. The officer was in the area when the caller stated the subject left in a vehicle and requested they be trespassed from the business. The officer located the 46-year-old female, Corvallis resident, and trespassed her from the business. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Criminal Mischief II / Theft II- Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for a report of an ex-boyfriend damaging the caller’s property. The caller reported their ex-boyfriend, a 43-year-old male, Jefferson resident, smashed their windshield and stole a motorized scooter. Officers arrived in the area and located the suspect with the stolen scooter. He was arrested, booked into jail, and the stolen property was returned to the victim. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to a business in the 200-block of SW 3rd St for a report of an individual who was writing on the exterior windows. Subject was gone when officers arrived. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 1100-block of SW Ivy Pl and then to the 1600-block of SW 53rd St for the report of damaged inflatable decorations. One caller reported the inflatable was shot with a BB, and at the other scene it appeared the inflatables were attempted to be stolen. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 44-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave who was the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to a residence in the 300-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a family member who had kicked in the caller’s door but not entered. No apparent damage was observed on the door, and the caller advised it was broke prior to tonight. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 2000-block of SW Brooklane Dr for a group of people setting up tents on the property. Officers contacted a 52-year-old male and a 43-year-old female, both no fixed address, who each had active warrants. They were issued citations. Fraud / Identity Theft- An officer spoke with a caller who stated an unknown subject took out approximately $2,700 in student loans in their name. The caller disputed the charges and reported the incident to the IRS. Forgery- An officer responded to a business in the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd after they reported a couple purchased merchandise with two fraudulent $100 bills. Harassment- An officer responded to a harassment complaint in the 100-block of SW 3rd St. The caller reported a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, slapped them a day before. The caller saw the person had been arrested yesterday and wanted to file a report to have the same suspect arrested for their incident. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol and contacted a subject in the 200-block of NW 5th St. During the contacted, the officer learned the 67-year-old male, no fixed address, had several warrants for his arrest. The male was issued citations for the warrants and released. Criminal Trespass II- A caller reported a subject on the property whom they wished to be trespassed. The caller stated they asked the subject to leave, and the subject began screaming and cursing at the caller. An officer arrived on scene and contacted the subject, a 44-year-old female, no fixed address. The officer learned the female had been previously trespassed from the property. The female was arrested, removed from the property, issued a citation and released. Interfering with a Peace Officer / Warrant Arrest- A detective reported seeing a subject in the 1800-block of NW 9th St whom they knew to be the subject of active warrants. A responding officer went to stop the male, who immediately ran. Officers caught and arrested the subject and identified him as a 39-year-old male, no fixed address. The officers confirmed his state-wide felony warrants. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 4200-block of NW Pintail Pl for a report of individuals who vandalized a neighbor’s inflatable llama. Suspicious Circumstance- Officers contacted an employee in the 1600-block of NW 9th St who reported two individuals came into the store with black face masks. They appeared to be scared off by other customers arriving and left the area. |

Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was once again contacted for trespassing in the 100-block of NW 4th St. Attempted Assault II / Assault IV- A 55-year-old male, no fixed address, assaulted two subjects in the 100-block of SW 1st St. One of the victims was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The male was arrested and lodged at the jail. Computer Crime- An unidentified male called a Corvallis resident who allowed him access to her computer after she clicked on an alleged Microsoft link. She called the person who stated they were with “Scam Baiter.” However, the phone number returned to someone in Washington, DC. The owner of the phone number had also been scammed. The Corvallis resident was not currently defrauded of any money. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor) / Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers were dispatched to the 6700-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a truck off the road in the ditch. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the driver, a 57-year-old female, Corvallis resident. Officers learned the female was driving with a suspended license at the misdemeanor level. She was arrested for the offense and issued a citation and released. Trespass- Officers responded to a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a female refusing to leave and exhibiting threatening behavior. A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, left as officers were arriving and was issued a trespass notice at the request of staff. |

Theft- Caller reported the tires and wheels were stolen off their bike while it was locked to a bike rack in the 1400-block of NW Buchanan Ave. No suspect has been identified. Trespass- An officer responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW 9th St for a report of a possible theft. The caller reported a male appeared to be switching price tags on merchandise inside the business. A 42-year-old male, Foster resident, was identified as the suspect. The male denied switching price tags on merchandise and the officer was unable to develop probable cause to arrest the male for attempted theft. The caller wanted the male trespassed from the business and he was issued a trespass notice. Theft III- An officer responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St for a shoplifter in custody. The 41-year-old female, Corvallis resident, stole $90 in merchandise and was stopped by Loss Prevention staff. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft III and trespassed from the business. Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 100-block of SW 4th St. The female had warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Burglary- Officer discovered a detached garage in the 2700-block of NW Short Ave which looked to be burglarized. Waiting for contact from tenant to determine if anything is missing. Recovered Stolen Vehicle- Officer located an unoccupied, stolen vehicle in the 900-block of SW 13th St. The vehicle had been reported stolen the previous week from SW Leonard St. The owner was contacted and retrieved the vehicle from the scene after it was processed. Disorderly Conduct / Interfering with a Peace Officer- A 41-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with a Peace Officer after officers responded to a report of a fight in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 300-block of NW 5th St. The suspect resisted being taken into custody and was Tased. He was taken to the local hospital for jail clearance, then booked at the jail. |

Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disorderly Conduct- A 55-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after he entered a business in the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave and struck an employee. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation and released. Open Container- A 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 100-block of NW 4th St. She had an open can of alcohol. She was issued a citation for open container of alcohol in public. Suspicious Circumstance- An officer took a report of a suspicious circumstance in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The caller reported a male and female who were associated with a parked vehicle nearby were seen going under a trailer a business used to store overstock from their store. There was no observed damage and nothing was missing. A case was taken to document the suspicious activity in case they return. Theft- An unidentified person stole multiple utility covers in the 100-block of SW 8th St. Caller reported they had an issue in the pas of people using faucets in the area, affecting their water bill. They recently installed locking covers over the faucets which were removed and stolen. Menacing- Officers responded to the 200-block of NW 1st St for a report of a male menacing another male with a knife. A 27-year-old male, Corvallis resident, confronted a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, for throwing items at his sister’s car. The 42-year-old male pulled a knife on the other male and an argument ensued. The suspect was located in the area and taken into custody for Menacing, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Disorderly Conduct II. Warrant Arrest- A 27-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in regards to an unrelated investigation. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 38-year-old male, Corvallis resident, came to the Law Enforcement Center to update his sex offender registration. The male was outside of compliance and issued a citation. Theft- Caller reported an unknown male attempted to steal merchandise at their business in the 2300-block of NW 9th St. The caller confronted the male and he left the merchandise, but she reported the same male stole $120 in merchandise the previous week. The male was not identified. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of SE 3rd St for a report of a male who threatened the caller and acted like he had a firearm. The suspect was identified as a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, and was located in the area. It was determined the male never had a firearm. The male was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II and transported to jail. Theft- Victim reported the theft of an e-scooter from near their residence in the 2600-block of SW Western Blvd. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A 57-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on an active warrant after he and another male were contacted on a trespass complaint at a business in the 300-block of NW Harrison Blvd. |

Warrant Arrest- A 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, turned himself in on outstanding warrants at the Law Enforcement Center. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- Two young adults stole food from a local business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. The individuals left prior to police contact and have not been identified. The caller did not want to press charges and only wanted the individuals trespassed if they were identified. Hit and Run- A vehicle pulled out in front of caller in the 2200-block of NW Garfield Ave, causing a crash. The vehicle then left the scene without exchanging information. The caller was able to provide law enforcement with the license plate of the suspect vehicle. Bicycle Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen from a bike rack from the 1400-block of NW Buchanan Ave. No suspect information available. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a female who had been in the bathroom for over an hour screaming. The suspect was identified as a 32-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was issued a trespass notice per the caller’s request and she left the property. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1100-block of SW 53rd St. The male had 66 warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Theft I- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft of $1,000-$2,000 of merchandise which had just occurred. The suspects were reported to be a male and female. The suspects left in a vehicle prior to officer’s arrival and was not located. A short while later, an OSP Trooper located the vehicle on I-5 and conducted a traffic stop. A 39-year-old male and a 34-year-old female, both Portland residents, were identified as suspects and taken into custody. The vehicle had multiple items of merchandise inside that appeared to be stolen from various locations. The vehicle was seized pursuant to a search warrant. The male and female were transported to the Benton County Jail. The male had an active warrant for Theft I as well as a nationwide extraditable warrant out of Virginia through the US Marshals for weapons offenses. Warrant Arrest / Trespass- A 65-year-old male, Woodburn resident, was taken into custody on an active warrant after being contacted on a trespass complaint at the hospital. He was transported to the men’s shelter and released on citations for the warrants. Trespass / Disorderly Conduct- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespassing after returning to a convenience store where he had been trespassed from earlier in the evening in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. |

Failure to Yield- Officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd. The vehicle failed to yield to emergency lights and sirens until it finally pulled into a parking spot in the 5400-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The driver was detained on scene for investigation and identified as a 23-year-old female, exchange student from another country and unaware of specific requirements of drivers related to traffic enforcement by officers. She was released and issued traffic citations. Trespass- Officers responded to a possible trespass complaint at a convenience store in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. A passerby saw the store clerk engaged in an argument with a customer and called it in. The customer was gone prior to officer arrival and was never identified. The clerk indicated he physically removed the trespasser from the property. |

Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a motor vehicle in the 200-block of NW 1st St. The driver, a 45-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had a warrant for his arrest and was transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, trespassing at a business. The male had been previously trespassed but wanted to use their services and risked being arrested to do so. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Fraud- An elderly female responded to a text message from an unknown person reporting to be from the Federal Trade Commission. She proceeded to send more than $44,000 to the suspect via cashier’s checks. Robbery- Officers contacted a caller who reported their family member had been robbed near the intersection of NW 25th St and NW Tyler Ave approximately one hour prior to notifying law enforcement. Officers contacted the victim at their residence and conducted an investigation at the scene of the incident. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male outside screaming and banging on the doors after closing. The 50-year-old male, no fixed address, was detained on scene. Employees did not wish to pursue charges, and he was released with a Trespass Notice. Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of HWY 99 and NE Circle Blvd. The drivers were evaluated by medics and did not require transportation. A 22-year-old female, Monmouth resident, was issued a traffic citation. Public Indecency- Officers responded to the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a male who had exposed himself and urinated on the south side of a business in front of a female passerby. After the female requested he stop, he exposed himself to her again. The 54-year-old male, no fixed address, was located and arrested. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 53-year-old male, no fixed address, near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Oak Ave who was the subject of active warrants. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Disorderly Conduct / Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a female screaming at customers who had been asked to leave. The 62-year-old female, no fixed address, had been previously trespassed from the located and was arrested. She was with a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, who was the subject of active warrants. Both were arrested, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released on criminal citations. Robbery / Interfering / Attempted Assault on a Peace Officer- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of a female who took some of the caller’s belongings and kicked him a few times during the theft. The 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was located and contacted by officers. She resisted initial detention while kicking at officers during their attempt to place her in handcuffs. Investigation determined she was in possession of the stolen items belonging to the caller. She was lodged at the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 54-year-old male, no fixed address, who was the subject of an active warrant while investigating a previous call for service. Warrant arrest- An officer contacted a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1500-block of SW Avery Ave regarding an unrelated investigation. During the contact, the male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation. Fraud- An officer contacted a victim who received a phone call about missing jury duty. The victim withdrew $1,500 and deposited it with a local business using a provided barcode before realizing it was a scam. Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle- An officer responded to the 2200-block of NW Harrison Blvd after a subject reported their back passenger’s side window had been broken and $10 in cash was stolen. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of an intoxicated 55-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had several warrants for his arrest. He was issued a citation. Criminal Trespass II- A loss prevention employee called from the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd to report a cold trespass. The employee stated a 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was previously trespassed earlier in the month. The employee stated they have video of the same female entering the business a couple days prior and wished to pursue criminal charges. Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the 1700-block of SW 3rd St requesting two people be trespassed from the property. An officer arrived at the location and contacted the two subjects, a 33-year-old male and a 35-year-old female, both no fixed address. Both subjects were trespassed from the property and left the area. Criminal Trespass- An officer was dispatched to the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a subject sitting at the outside tables, refusing to leave the property. An officer arrived on scene and contacted a 39-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was issued a trespass notice and left the area. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a person refusing to leave after locking themselves in the bathroom. A 40-year-old female, Glendale resident, was escorted out and issued a trespass notice. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) / Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, who was the subject of active warrants near the intersection of NW 2nd St and NW Tyler Ave. He was also in possession of fentanyl. He was arrested and ultimately released on criminal citations. |

Robbery- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, entered a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St after being previously trespassed and stole multiple items. The male was confronted and struck the employee with their shoulder as they fled the business. He was located in a nearby business and arrested for Robbery III, Theft III, and Trespass I. Burglary- An unknown subject unlawfully entered an apartment building’s laundry room in the 1400-block of SW A Ave and tampered with the coin box. The suspect got away with an estimated $40 of change and caused an estimated $500 in damage. Assault IV- Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave for a disturbance. They contacted a male who was bleeding from his nose. It seemed apparent the male was punched or engaged in a fight but he did not want to cooperate with law enforcement. There were no independent witnesses to assist in furthering the investigation. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol in the 2100-block of NW Fillmore Ave and contacted two subjects. The officer identified the two as a 27-year-old female and a 40-year-old male, both no fixed address. The officer learned both subjects had warrants for their arrest. Both were arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass- A caller in the 1800-block of SW 3rd St called to report a female inside the business refusing to leave. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 54-year-old female, no fixed address, inside the business. The female was removed from the property, issued a trespass notice, and released. Criminal Trespass / Warrant Arrest- An employee called from the 2600-block of NW 9th St to report a subject on the property whom they wanted trespassed. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 26-year-old male, no fixed address. The officers learned the male also had a warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and a trespass notice for the business and left the area. Criminal Trespass- A caller reported a subject trespassing in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave. An officer arrived at the apartment complex and located a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, loitering on the property. The male was given a trespass notice and left the area. Trespass- Officers responded to a building in the 600-block of SW Madison Ave for a burglary alarm. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was located inside and arrested for trespassing. |
