Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of an unknown female who was inside the caller’s vehicle. The caller reported the female was refusing to get out of the vehicle. A 49-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and contacted by officers. The female was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Law Enforcement Center, where she was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr during an unrelated investigation. The male was found to have a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Violent Conduct- Officers were dispatched to the 4500-block of SW West Hills Rd for a fight in the parking lot of a church. Officers arrived on scene and contacted four males, all of whom were involved in the physical fight. Officers interviewed all four and other witnesses in the area, but were unable to gain consistent statements from anyone in the area about what caused the fight or instigated it. All four males were issued citations for Violent Conduct and released. Warrant Arrest- While on an unrelated call for services in the 4500-block of SW West Hills Rd, officers contacted a 64-year-old male, no fixed address, who had a warrant for his arrest. Officers issued him a citation and released him. Interfering with a Peace Officer- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 44-year-old male, no fixed address, who was tampering with the business’s property and reportedly throwing newspapers around. Suspect was located at another nearby business trying the door and knocking on it. An officer contacted the male who did not wish to cooperate. The officer detained the male, who refused to identify himself. He was subsequently identified with assistance from another agency. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Trespass / Resisting Arrest- Officers responded to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a trespass. A 50-year-old male, no fixed address, was on the property refusing to leave. After multiple failed attempts by officers to get the male to leave voluntarily, he was taken into custody. The male was transported to the hospital for an intoxication evaluation before being booked in the jail. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 100-block of NW 4th St for a trespass. A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was trespassed from the location. She was also issued citations for outstanding warrants. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to the 3500-block of NE Lancaster St for a verbal domestic dispute. Neighbors reported hearing yelling and loud noise coming from the apartment. Nothing physical occurred, and the residents were issued an SRN. Trespass- Officers responded to the library for a report of a male trespassing after violating library rules. A 65-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued a trespass notice. Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle- An officer took a report of a UEMV in the 900-block of SW 15th St. A vehicle was broken into sometime over night and a backpack was stolen. No suspect information at this time. Disorderly Conduct / Theft / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Resisting Arrest- Officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 400-block of SW Adams Ave. A 45-year-old female, no fixed address, walked up to a construction crew, began yelling and cursing at them, and stole a bundle of fiber optic cable off the back of a work truck. When officers arrived, the female attempted to run a short distance before being detained. She resisted being detained and continued resisting throughout the contact with her, including at the hospital during a jail clearance evaluation. The female was placed in a WRAP restraint and transported to the jail. Criminal Trespass II / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported they detained a trespasser inside a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the employee who reported the suspect, a 28-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had previously been trespassed from the business. Officers contacted the male suspect and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and during the search, officers found methamphetamine on him. The male was removed from the location and issued citations for the offenses. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Motor Vehicle Crash (Non-Injury) / Reckless Driving- A 42-year-old female, Jefferson resident, was arrested for DUII after being involved in a traffic crash where she rear-ended another vehicle at a stoplight at the intersection of NW Harrison Blvd an NW 2nd St. She was booked at the jail. Trespass / Theft- A 42-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for a trespass and theft after returning to a convenience store in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd and stealing merchandise. She was booked at the jail. Shoplift- A convenience store clerk in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd reported a male suspect stole two cases of soda from the store. The clerk managed to recover the stolen items from the suspect, who fled on foot and forgot his bicycle at the store. |

Theft- An officer took a report of a cold theft in the 300-block of SW Goodnight Ave. The caller reported a number of their items had been stolen sometime last summer. Some of the items the caller reported as stolen were located by the officer. It is unclear at this time if there was actually a theft, or if some items were just misplaced. Trespass- An officer responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a trespass complaint. A 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was in the business after having been previously trespassed. She was issued a citation for trespassing. Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A Community Services Officer tool a report of a cold UEMV in the 2500-block of SW Western Blvd. Sometime over the night, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and stole a bag containing a laptop and iPad. No suspect information at this time. Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 400-block of SE Atwood St for a trespass complaint. A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, entered a residence without permission, sat on the couch, and smoked a cigarette. The female was taken into custody and booked into the jail. Theft- A CSO took a report of a cold theft in the 700-block of SW 7th St. An e-scooter was stolen. Hit & Run- Caller reported their vehicle was struck by a box truck while it was parked outside a business in the 500-block of SW 2nd St. The driver of the box truck was identified as a 34-year-old male, Eugene resident, and he was unaware he had struck the parked vehicle. An information exchange was conducted, and no other enforcement action was taken. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 28-year-old female, no fixed address, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 300-block of SW B Ave. The officer recognized her passenger, a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, and knew he had warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody for the warrant and methamphetamine was located in his possession. The female had a warrant for her arrest as well and was taken into custody. Both subjects were transported to the jail. UEMV- Caller reported her vehicle was broken into sometime within the last 48 hours while it was parked outside her residence in the 900-block of SW Washington Ave. No suspect information available. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a trespass. The caller reported a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from the property was back. The male was located while still on the property and was taken into custody for Trespass II. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a trespass. The caller reported a 54-year-old male, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from the property was back. The male was located while still on the property and was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II. |

Attempted Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A Community Services Officer took a report of an attempted UEMV which occurred in the 2900-block of NW Lancaster St. There was video of the suspect attempting to open the door of a vehicle. The CSO was on patrol later in the morning and observed a subject matching the description riding a bike downtown. The 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was wearing the same unique backpack, hat, and boots as seen in the video. The male was contacted and detained by officers. He was booked into the jail. Disorderly Conduct- An officer responded to a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a disorderly conduct complaint. A male suspect was contacted by loss prevention staff after his card was declined. The male was threatening and walked towards the loss prevention officer with clenched fists, as if to fight. The male suspect left the store without any merchandise and was not located in the area. Firearms Denial- An officer responded to the 1500-block of SW 53rd St for a firearms denial. A 64-year-old male, Corvallis resident, attempted to purchase a firearm in 2023, and the background check was completed yesterday with a denial. Due to the statute of limitations being up, the case was discontinued. Theft- An officer took a report of a cold theft in the 400-block of NW Elks Dr. A resident of a facility reported she believed employees were entering her room and taking items, including checks. The facility has received multiple complaints from this individual in the past and has already changed her locks on multiple occasions at her request. Burglary- An officer responded to a report of a cold burglary at a business in the 300-block of SW Western Blvd. Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect broke out a window to the business and stole a security camera. Theft- Caller reported a theft of a package from their residence in the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr. No suspect identified. Trespass- Caller reported a female was inside her place of employment in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd who had been previously trespassed. The suspect was identified as a 60-year-old female, no fixed address, and was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Shoplift- Caller reported an unknown male stole alcohol from a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The male was not located nor identified. Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody on an active parole warrant after being contacted behind a business in the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave. He was booked at the jail. |

Attempted Assault / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the area of SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd for an assault which had just occurred. The caller was in their vehicle when a male and female were standing in the street, blocking traffic. The caller rolled their window down and told them to get out of the road. The 55-year-old male, no fixed address, approached the driver’s window, yelled profanity at the caller, and punched the caller through the open window of the vehicle. The incident was captured on cellphone by the caller. The male was booked into jail. Trespass- An officer responded to a hotel in the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a trespass complaint. A 67-year-old female, no fixed address, was in a room refusing to leave. She was issued a trespass notice and left the property. Motor Vehicle Collision (Injury)- Officers responded to SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd for a traffic crash involving a vehicle and an electric scooter. The driver of the vehicle was turning south on SW 4th St from SW Western Blvd and did not see the scooter crossing the sidewalk. Hit & Run- Officers responded to a business in the 2200-block of NW 9th St for a report of a hit and run. The caller reported a female suspect sideswiped his vehicle while it was in the drive-thru of the business. The 54-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was located at her residence in the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd. She stated she was the one who was struck by an unknown driver, despite multiple witness statements to the contrary. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver. Warrant Arrest- A 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave. Officers determined the female had an active warrant for her arrest. She was booked at the jail. |
| November 22nd |
Domestic Disturbance- Multiple callers reported an argument between two people, including yelling in the street, in the 2300-block of NW Hummingbird Dr. A male involved in the argument was reported to be throwing rocks at a vehicle driving away. The male was contacted and denied anything physical and denied throwing rocks. The female subject in the argument left the scene prior to officer arrival and did not answer calls. No probable cause for enforcement was developed. Domestic Disturbance- Caller reported a male in front of her home in the 300-block of SE Park Ave who would not leave. Officers contacted the 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and learned he was a former boyfriend of the caller. The male stated he was asked by the caller to drive her around to complete errands and an argument ensued over gas money. There was no probable cause for enforcement, but at the homeowner’s request, the male was trespassed from the residence. Fraud- Caller in the 3200-block of SW Chintimini Ave reported he was befriended online by a person purporting to be in China. Caller sent the online friend $1,000. The scammer sent him a check to repay him, but it was fraudulent. Trespass- A business in the 6600-block of SW Philomath Blvd called to report an intoxicated male on the property refusing to leave. A 43-year-old male, Philomath resident, was contacted and appeared highly intoxicated. Corvallis Fire Department medics responded to the scene to evaluate the subject. After determining no medical need, the male was issued a trespass notice and provided a courtesy ride to his home by the officer. Interfering with a Peace Officers / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A caller in the 400-block of NW 2nd St reported a 58-year-old male, no fixed address, assaulted her, causing injury. Officers responded to the location and found the described male outside the building. Officers stopped the male and told him he was being detained, however, he was uncooperative and resisted being placed into handcuffs. A brief struggle was needed to detain him. Once the male was taken into custody, officers were able to continue the investigation into the assault. Officers interviewed both subjects but were unable to determine who began the physical confrontation. Officers located methamphetamine on the male when he was detained. The male was removed from the location, issued citations for both above listed offenses, and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 26-year-old male, Salem resident, near the intersection of SW 45th Pl and SW Country Club Dr who was the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Special Response Notice- Officers located a vehicle parked perpendicularly in the roadway of the 2300-block of NW Hummingbird Cir. A 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a citation for storing property in a public way and the residence was issued an SRN. Assault- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an assault which had just occurred. A male advised a group of three people came up to him, two of them distracted him, and the third punched him before the group fled approximately 15 minutes prior to law enforcement notification of the incident. |

Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1400-block of NW 20th Pl. During the contact, an officer determined he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation and released. Warrant Arrest- A 34-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of SW 4th St. An officer recognized her from previous contacts and determined she had a warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of NW Division St and NW Cleveland Ave. The caller reported the driver was “passed out” in the vehicle. Officers arrived at the scene and contacted the driver, a 28-year-old male, Corvallis resident. During the contact, officers learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male also admitted to smoking fentanyl before the crash. He was arrested and booked into jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 4500-block of NW Big Oak Pl for an argument. Officers arrived in the area and contacted a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was identified as part of the argument. During the investigation, officers learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. Additionally, officers learned the male drove to the location and was visibly intoxicated. The male was arrested for DUII and the active warrant. He was booked into jail. Warrant Arrest- An alarm company called to report subjects were on a business’s property in the 700-block of NW Buchanan Ave. Officers arrived in the area and located a 43-year-old female, no fixed address. Officers learned the female had several active warrants for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into jail. |

Traffic Collision- Officers responded to a non-injury motor vehicle collision in the 1400-block of NW 9th St. Theft- A 52-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was arrested for theft in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. Robbery III / Theft- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for the report of someone stealing from the store and then fighting with loss prevention staff. A 26-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was arrested. Traffic Collision- Officers responded to a non-injury motor vehicle collision near the intersection of NW Kings Blvd and NW Buchanan Ave. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center for a male who was yelling, being aggressive, and who broke the phone in the lobby. The 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested for Criminal Mischief and taken to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW 4th St for an illegal camp. A 27-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted and found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW 4th St for an illegal camp. A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted and found to have a warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 500-block of SW 5th St. He had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation. Theft- An officer responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a cold theft. A 35-year-old male, Salem resident, was identified as the suspect. Traffic Collision- Officers responded to the 1700-block of SW Whiteside Dr for a non-injury motor vehicle collision. A vehicle turned in front of another vehicle that had the right-of-way. The driver was issued a citation. Trespass- Officers responded to a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a call from a female who was screaming to herself. The female was contacted and did not need assistance from officers, but she was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of facility staff. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 600-block of NW Oak Ave. The driver, a 35-year-old male, was arrested subsequent to investigation on scene for DUII. |

Trespass- Officers responded to the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a trespass complaint. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was yelling and refusing to leave. He was trespassed from the location. Hit and Run- An officer responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a cold hit and run. The caller reported a vehicle scraped the side of their vehicle and left the area. A witness followed the car and had a dash camera which captured the suspect vehicle. The victim did not want to pursue charges and merely requested an information exchange. Criminal Trespass II / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An employee called from the 1100-block of NW 9th St to report a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was occupying the bathroom, yelling at customers, and trying to move his belongings into the restroom. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the male on the property. The officers arrested the male for trespassing and booked him into the jail. During a subsequent inventory search, the arresting officer located methamphetamine in the male’s property. |

Violation of an Order- An officer was proactively patrolling an apartment complex in the 2700-block of SW Western Blvd when they observed a vehicle occupied by a male and female. The officer recognized the vehicle and the male and female from previous police encounters, and knew there was a no contact order between them. The officer contacted the occupants and a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for Violation of an Order. He was booked into the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 300-block of SW Washington Ave for a female wandering the area and yelling. A 51-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted and found to have a warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation. Trespass- Officers responded to a park in the 1700-block of NW Dixon St for a report of a male who had been in the porta-potty for approximately five hours. The male yelled at the caller when he was asked to leave. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the subject refusing to leave and it was noted he had been previously trespassed from all city parks. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted at his residence in the 800-block of NW Chipmunk Pl for a report of him causing a disturbance with other residents. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Theft / Criminal Mischief- A Community Services Officer took a report of a cold theft and criminal mischief complaint in the 1400-block of SW A Ave. Sometime over the night, an unknown suspect entered a laundry room for the apartment complex and broke open the coin receptacles for the laundry machines, stealing the coins inside. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a trespass. A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted. She had previously been trespassed from the location and had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was issued citations for both trespassing and the warrant. Trespass- An officer responded to the transit center, located at NW 5th St and NW Monroe Ave for a trespass. A 39-year-old female, Glendale resident, was contacted and the location and trespassed from the transit system after she was verbally aggressive to the bus driver and demanded admittance on the bus without a ticket. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the area of NW Highland Dr and NW Spruce Ave for a fight. Upon arrival, a 52-year-old female, Lebanon resident, was contacted. She had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of disorderly conduct. A 45-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted. She had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. She was also issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct. Hit & Run- A CSO took a report of a cold hit and run crash in the 700-block of NW 23rd St. The victim’s vehicle had minor scuffs and scratches. A witness observed the suspect vehicle but was unable to provide a license plate number. Theft- An officer responded to a report of a cold theft in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. Sometime over the weekend, an unknown suspect stole a bag of jewelry, and a coin valued at $8,000. Contempt of Court- A 40-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody at Municipal Court for Contempt at the presiding judge’s request. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- A 25-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 2000-block of NW 9th St. The male’s license was suspended at the misdemeanor level, and he was taken into custody for DWS-Misdemeanor. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of a fight in progress. It was determined a 42-year-old male, Corvallis resident, punched a random customer in the store and a fight ensued. The customer involved in the incident left prior to officer arrival. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Disorderly Conduct II. Car Prowl- Caller reported seeing an unknown person attempting to gain entry into their vehicle via their security camera in the 600-block of NW Maxine Ave. Assault- Caller reported being kicked in the face in the 200-block of NW 1st St while he was sitting in front of the restroom. Victim provided a first name of the possible suspect and indicated this may have had something to do with the suspect believing the victim was involved in a bicycle theft. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect. |

Disorderly Conduct / Warrant Arrest- A 53-year-old male, no fixed address, was causing a disturbance in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave. The male was swinging a “grabber” tool around at people while yelling. During the contact, officers discovered the male also had an active warrant for his arrest. Trespass- A 29-year-old female, no fixed address, was trespassed from the public library in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave after causing a disturbance. Telephonic Harassment- Victim in the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr reported ongoing issues with telephonic harassment by a female he met on a dating app. The suspect continued to contact the victim through new accounts each time she was blocked. Trespass- Caller reported a female was inside their business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd and was refusing to leave. The 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted and issued a trespass notice from the business. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of an intoxicated female causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. The 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was located in the area and issued a trespass notice from the business. Warrant Arrest- A 47-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a female refusing to leave the business. A 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and was issued a trespass notice. Trespass- A 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was trespassed from the hospital after refusing to leave when they completed their care of her. She trespassed at a couple other businesses later in the evening after leaving the hospital. Trespass- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was trespassed from a residence in the 2600-block of NW Highland Dr. |

Theft by Deception- An officer took a report of a theft by deception in the 300-block of NW 11th St. The victim was contacted via phone by a suspect claiming to be a law enforcement officer. The victim was told they had a warrant and was instructed to go to the bank and take out a loan or risk being arrested. The victim did as instructed by the suspect and lost around $1,800. The suspect is unknown at this time. Trespass- An officer responded to a trespass complaint at a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in an enclosed trash area setting up a campsite. The male was issued a trespass notice. Criminal Mischief / Attempted Burglary- An officer responded to the 2300-block of NW Green Cir for a report of a door which had been damaged on the property. The caller reported they had been out of town for the previous few days and came home to find a door damaged with pry marks on it. The residence did not appear to be entered, and nothing was missing. Trespass- An officer responded to the 2800-block of NW 29th St for a report of a trespass. A 69-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a trespass notice from the location. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of several camps in the area. The officer located a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, in the area and learned the male had several warrants for his arrest. The male was told to remove his camp from the area, issued citations for the warrants, and released. Assault IV- A victim called to report a cold fight which occurred in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave the night before. The suspect was located, arrested, and booked into jail. Theft II- An employee called from the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd to report a shoplifter detained in the store. An officer arrived at the business and contacted the caller and suspect, a 59-year-old female, Oceanside resident. The suspect was admitted to trying to steal over $300 worth of merchandise. She was issued a citation for Theft II and released. Menacing / Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Concealed Weapon / Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 600-block of NW 27th St for a report of a male who brandished brass knuckles during an altercation at a party and threatened to access a firearm from his vehicle. Officers located and detained the suspect, identified as a 19-year-old male, Sweet Home resident. Brass knuckles were concealed on the male’s person, but he denied having a vehicle in the area and a vehicle was not located that could be positively identified as belonging to him. He was arrested for Menacing, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male refusing to leave. A 43-year-old male, California resident, was issued a Trespass Notice from the business. Aggravated Harassment / Assault IV- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of four to five females fighting in an adjacent parking lot. A 21-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was detained on scene. Investigation determined the female had assaulted another person who came to check on her in the parking lot due to the female’s intoxication. The parties were separated by security staff. The female was transported to the hospital where she spit on two nurses. She was placed in a WRAP restraint device and transported to the jail where she was lodged. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Disorderly Conduct II- Officers responded to the Hwy 34 Bypass for a report of a shirtless male attempting to enter vehicles. A 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was detained on scene. Investigation determined he had thrown large traffic cones in the roadway in an attempt to stop traffic, and then attempted to enter three separate vehicles passing through the area. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- Victim reported their motorcycle was stolen sometime during the night in the 700-block of SW 15th St. Theft II- An unknown male stole more than $600 worth of merchandise from a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St. Trespass- A 54-year-old male, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from a local business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd returned to the property. He was arrested for trespassing. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was causing a disturbance in the 200-block of SW Madison Ave. The male had several active warrants for his arrest. Theft II- A local resident in the 900-block of SW Washington Ave called to report an unknown person entered a parking garage and stole their bike. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave for a subject, previously trespassed, yelling at people. Officers arrived on scene, contacted the 61-year-old male, no fixed address, and trespassed him from the property. Violation of an Order- Officers contacted a 35-year-old male, Washington resident, who violated a restraining order preventing him from being in the presence of his wife. The male willingly exited the house in the 1000-block of SW Poplar Pl, was arrested, and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass I / Menacing / Disorderly Conduct II / Resisting Arrest / Interfering with a Peace Officer- Officers were dispatched to the 4800-block of SW Roseberry St for a report of a male who walked into a house which was not his. The subject, later identified as a 29-year-old male, Philomath resident, then turned and walked away. An officer contacted the male nearby, who was uncooperative, refused to stop when told to do so, and then turned and moved to attack the officer. The officer Tased the male, who continued to struggle and resist, but was taken into custody. The male was medically cleared and booked into jail. Open Container- Multiple callers around SW 53rd St and SW Philomath Blvd called to report an intoxicated subject rolling her wheelchair into traffic. Officers contacted her and identified her as a 60-year-old female, no fixed address. She had an open container of alcohol and was issued a citation for Open Container, removed from the area, and released. Nudity- Dispatch reported a 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was outside the Law Enforcement Center, urinating on the sidewalk. Officers contacted the nude female, issued her a citation for nudity, and released her. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to the 2600-block of NW Fillmore Ave for a report of a fight. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a group of intoxicated males and females. The investigation did not yield probable cause to make an arrest because of the level of intoxication and inconsistencies in everyone’s statements. A 22-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued an SRN. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Van Buren Ave and NW 7th St. Subsequent to investigation, the driver, a 22-year-old male, Tangent resident, was arrested for DUII. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 3300-block of NE Oxford Cir for a report of a female screaming and breaking car windows. A 35-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was detained on scene. Officers located a vehicle in the area with damaged windows and glass on the ground, but the owner was uncooperative with law enforcement and said the damage was not from this incident. Subsequent to investigation on scene, the female was issued a criminal citation and released to a sober driver to take her to her residence. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 35-year-old female, Corvallis resident, in the 3300-block of NE Oxford Cir who was the subject of an active warrant. Theft I / Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when they observed a 51-year-old male, no fixed address, walking a stolen bicycle. The officer stopped the male, confirmed the bike was stolen, and arrested the male. During the contact, the officer also learned the male had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued citations for the offenses and released. The stolen bike was returned to its owner. Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave to report a subject on the porch who they wanted trespassed from the business. An officer responded to the location and located a 27-year-old male, no fixed address, who began walking away as the officer arrived. The officer informed the male he was trespassed from the location and notified the business. Fraud- A victim came to the Law Enforcement Center to report an unknown person attempted to cash a $24,000 check in Maryland. The victim stated the transaction was stopped prior to any money being withdrawn. This case is pending further investigation and contact with the involved banks. Special Response Notice / Loud Noise- A caller reported a loud party in the 200-block of NW 15th St. An officer arrived at the address and observed a violation for loud noise. The officer contacted the residents, four 21-year-old females, and issued an SRN for Loud Noise. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer contacted a subject in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for operating a bicycle without lights. During the contact, the officer learned the 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and searched. During the search, the officer located a glass pipe and a small amount of methamphetamine. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and the methamphetamine and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The officer contacted the driver, a 20-year-old male, Camas resident, as he was vomiting. The officer developed probable cause that the male was driving under the influence of alcohol and had him perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The male was arrested for DUII. Threats- Officers responded to the 1500-block of SW 35th St for a report of a female who made a comment about people deserving to be shot. A 71-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a Trespass Notice from school district property. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 49-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 3900-block of NW Walnut Pl. He was issued a criminal citation for an active warrant. |

Officers arrived at the location and contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, on the property. The male had his belongings spread out within sight of multiple no trespassing signs. He was removed from the location, issued a citation for trespassing, and released. Criminal Trespass I / Theft III- Officers were dispatched to a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl when an employee called to report a shoplift in progress. Officers arrived on scene as the suspect, a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, was exiting the store with the stolen product. The male was stopped, arrested, and later issued a citation for Theft III and Criminal Trespass I. Criminal Trespass- An employee in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd called to report a subject trespassing in the business. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, inside. Officers escorted the male outside the building and issued him a trespass notice for the business. Criminal Mischief II / Criminal Trespass II- Officers were again dispatched to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd when the same 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was previously trespassed, returned to the business and broke one of the windows. Officers arrived at the business and located the male at a different nearby business. Officers arrested the male for criminal mischief and learned he had also been previously trespassed from the second business in which he was located. He was arrested but unable to be booked into jail. He was issued a citation for the offenses and released. The caller stated an unknown male stole $100 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The male was not identified. Hit and Run- Two vehicles were involved in a minor crash in downtown Corvallis a few days prior. Reporting party stated the other vehicle did not remain on scene to exchange information. Both drivers were contacted and determined neither had stayed at the scene. Officers facilitated an information exchange. Theft- A Community Services Officer took a report of a cold theft in the 700-block of SW 7th St. An unknown suspect stole a bike from the bike rack at the apartment complex over the weekend. Prowler- Officers responded to the 1500-block of SW 53rd St for a prowler complaint. Caller reported a male subject had approached the backdoor of their apartment and then ran away when they saw the caller inside. The suspect was not located in the area. Recovered Stolen Firearm- An officer responded to a business in the 1800-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a recovered stolen firearm. A customer entered the business and wished to sell a firearm. The store ran the serial number and it came back listed as stolen out of another state decades earlier. The firearm was recovered. Theft- Officers responded to the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr for a report of a cold theft. Caller reported in late October and unknown suspect stole over $1,000 worth of foreign currency from their room. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to the 2000-block of NW 9th St for a report of a reckless driver and road rage incident. The suspect vehicle was located in a parking lot in the area, and the driver was identified as a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The officer observed the male displaying indicators of impairment and took him into custody for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering after performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Shoplift- Caller was an employee at a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl and reported a theft of merchandise which had just occurred. The suspect left the area on foot and was not located. Warrant Arrest- A 50-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was cited on an active warrant after she was contacted for a noise complaint in the 500-blcok of NW Monroe Ave. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- Victim reported her vehicle stolen from her residence in the 3300-block of SE Charlotte Pl. They believed a family member may have taken it without permission. Officers later located the vehicle back at the residence, however the suspected family member was not there. Burglary II / Criminal Mischief II / Theft III / Disorderly Conduct I and II- A 48-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody on multiple charges after officers responded to a disturbance complaint at a motel in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. The suspect was hitting multiple doors of the motel, waking numerous occupants. He also allegedly forcibly broke into a storeroom and stole property from inside, setting off a fire alarm as well. He was taken into custody a short distance away and booked into jail. |

Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A CSO took a report of a cold UEMV in the 600-block of NW 23rd St. Sometime over the night, the victim’s vehicle was entered and items were taken. Trespass- An officer contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, at a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. The male had previously been trespassed from the business. He was issued a citation for trespassing. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 68-year-old male, no fixed address, in a park in the 100-block of SW B Ave. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was booked into the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 52-year-old female, no fixed address, in a park in the 100-block of SW B Ave. The female had warrants for her arrest. She was issued citations for the warrants. Human Waste- A 63-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 600-block of NW Jackson Ave when an officer observed her urinating on the sidewalk. Warrant Arrest- While officers were investigating an unrelated call for service at an apartment in the 2400-block of NW Rolling Green Dr they contacted a roommate and learned he had active warrants. Officers contacted the male, issued him a trespass notice for the property, made arrangements for him to stay at the Unity Shelter, and then provided him a courtesy ride to the shelter. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 2600-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male who stole merchandise before being confronted by staff, returning the items, and leaving the area. Interfering with Making a Report / Harassment- Officers responded to a residence in the 1700-block of SE Bethel St for multiple 911 calls that were quickly hung up. Caller advised a 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was being aggressive and throwing furniture. Investigation determined that an argument had turned into shoving and furniture throwing. The male took the caller’s phone while she was attempting to summon emergency services. He was arrested and lodged at the jail. |

However, the male was unable to provide any details about the item stolen, when and where the theft occurred, or any suspect information. During the contact, the officer learned the male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrants and released. Warrant Arrest / Illegal Camping- An officer was on patrol in the 100-block of SW B Ave and contacted a 59-year-old male, no fixed address, for illegal camping in the park. During the contact, the officer also learned the male had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation and released. Fraud- Officers contacted a caller who reported their EBT card had been used for the past couple of days resulting in fraudulent charges. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the intersection of SW 3rd St and SW Washington Ave for a report of a male in the roadway who was also kicking the transit shelter glass. Officers located the 26-year-old male, no fixed address, a few blocks away after he left the scene, and he was arrested for Violent Conduct. He was ultimately released on a criminal citation. Argument- Officers contacted a caller who had left a street address in the 1100-block of SW Ivy Pl who was reporting an argument which had turned physical. Investigation was conducted with the caller and at the suspect residence. No probable cause for enforcement was generated. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a facility in the 2600-block of NW Tyler Ave for a request for a welfare check on an overdue adult. The 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was located in a different location in town. He was physically fine and did not need any assistance, but was discovered to be the subject of an active warrant. He was arrested and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male who was refusing to leave the doorway he was sleeping in. The 36-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested on an active warrant but ultimately issued a criminal citation and released. Assault IV / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a residence in the 900-block of NW Beca Ave after speaking with a male on the phone and then hearing a disturbance on the other end of the line. A 49-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was detained on scene for investigation and it was learned he had assaulted one of his neighbors. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. |

Criminal Trespass- A security guard called to have a subject trespassed in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. Officers arrived at the business complex and contacted a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, on the property. The male was identified, issued a trespass from the complex, and released. Violent Conduct- Multiple callers reported being yelled at and threatened by a subject in the 200-block of SW Jefferson Ave. An officer contacted the callers, who confirmed they felt threatened by the subject and his behavior. The officer responded to the location and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was issued a citation for Violent Conduct and released. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 300-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a male who was outside of the caller’s apartment trying the doorknob. It was learned the male had began running towards the caller as they went into the apartment building, and when the caller quickly closed the door, the male began yelling incoherently. He banged on the door with his hands and then a metal bar before leaving the area. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a female who was refusing to leave the property. The male was placed into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and later released with a citation. Theft- Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for the report of a 36-year-old male, no fixed address, who was stealing from the store. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for theft. Warrant Arrest- A 37-year-old female, Corvallis resident, turned herself into the Law Enforcement Center on a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and released with a citation for the warrant. Criminal Trespass II- An employee called from the 400-block of SW 3rd St to report a subject, previously trespassed, back in the business and causing a disturbance. The caller reported the subject left while they were on the phone with dispatchers. Officers arrived at the location and confirmed the subject was identified as a 52-year-old male, no fixed address. They searched the area but were unable to locate the male. Criminal Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a group trespassing on the property, drinking and possibly doing drugs. Officers arrived at the business and located two subjects in the described area. One of the subjects, a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, was previously trespassed from the property. The male was arrested, removed from the property, issued a citation for trespassing, and released. Stalking / Littering / Criminal Trespass II- Officers responded to a residence in the 800-block of NE Woodcrest Ave for a report of the caller’s ex on the property throwing things and breaking items. The 46-year-old male, Corvallis resident, left the scene prior to officer arrival. Investigation developed probable cause to arrest the male, and he was later seen driving in the area. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A Community Service Officer took a report of a cold UEMV in the 800-block of SE Atwood Ave. Sometime during the night, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and took a backpack containing a laptop. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center for a person turning themselves in on a warrant. A 27-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a citation for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the area of SW 53rd St and SW Philomath Blvd for a report of an illegal camp. A 51-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at the camp. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to the 1100-block of SE Crystal Lake Dr for a report of a group of people setting up an illegal camp on private property. A 43-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted. He had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was in possession of a used meth pipe. He was issued citations for the warrant and for PCS-Methamphetamine. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to NW 9th St and NW Starker Ave for a non-injury traffic crash. A vehicle was in the special turn lane on NW 9th St turning onto NW Starker Ave when it failed to yield to oncoming traffic and was struck by another vehicle traveling north on NW 9th St. The driver was cited for dangerous left turn. Attempted Assault- Officers responded to the hospital for a report of a patient assaulting emergency room staff. The staff stated a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was transported to the hospital after being involved in a traffic crash. The male was sedated due to injuries from the crash and believed hospital staff was attempting to harm him. The male slapped and spit at staff while they were trying to provide him treatment. Staff did not wish to pursue charges against the male and only wanted to information documented. Trespass- Officers responded to a report of a male sleeping outside of a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St. The 29-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassed from the business per the caller’s request and left the area. Assault IV- An 18-year-old female, Albany resident, was taken into custody in the 4100-block of NW Pinecone Pl for assaulting a family member. She was booked into jail. Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody on a parole warrant after being contacted in the 300-block of NW 3rd St. He was booked at the jail. |

Criminal Mischief I- A Community Services Officer responded to SE 3rd St and SE Chapman Pl for a cold criminal mischief. An unknown suspect accessed an underground fiber optic cable via an access panel and cut the cable, causing over $1,500 in damages. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 500-block of SW Madison Ave for a trespass. A 58-year-old female, no fixed address, was inside the business refusing to leave. She also had multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was booked at the jail for the warrants. Theft / Fraud- Caller reported she received a phone call from a male claiming to be a Lieutenant with the police department. The male told the caller she had a warrant for her arrest and needed to pay him $1,000 to avoid being arrested. The caller withdrew the money but ultimately did not provide it to the male. No suspect was identified. Harassment- Officers responded to a residence in the 5200-block of SW Rose Pl for a report of a domestic dispute between the caller and her boyfriend. Both the caller and the boyfriend admitted to getting into an argument which led them to pushing each other. Neither party wanted to pursue charges, and the male left the residence. |

Hit and Run- Caller reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle while it was parked outside of her place of employment in the 300-block of SW 4th St. There was no note left on her vehicle, and no video captured the incident. Warrant Arrest- A 52-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of SW Adams Ave. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Caller reported a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, had been in the bathroom at their business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for approximately 40 minutes. The male had been previously trespassed from the business. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disorderly Conduct- A 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was arrested for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance in an apartment complex parking lot in the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave. He was booked at the jail. His roommate later called in a burglary complaint, but it was ultimately discovered the arrested male had trashed the apartment while the roommate was gone. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 44-year-old male, no fixed address, who was refusing to leave after being asked to do so. Officers discovered the male had been there for hours, and had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for the warrants. Open Container- A 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was drinking whiskey in the library. He was taken into custody for an open container and later released with a citation. Trespass- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was called in for locking himself inside a park bathroom, located in the 1600-block of NW 29th St. The male had previously been trespassed from all city parks. He was contacted and taken into custody. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and later released with citations. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr who had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for his warrants. Animal Bite- Caller reported being chased and bit by a dog in the 3000-block of SW Knollbrook Ave. The caller had minor injuries, and the dog owner was contacted. The dog will be designated a potentially dangerous dog. Suspicious Circumstance- Officers contacted a caller in the 1600-block of NW Alta Vista Dr who reported a suspicious book was left next to a yard sign. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers performed a traffic stop near NW Harrison Blvd and NW 18th St. Subsequent to investigation on scene, the driver, a 62-year-old male, Portland resident, was arrested for DUII. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of SW 3rd St and SW Western Blvd. Subsequent to investigation on scene, the driver, a 45-year-old male, Lafayette resident, was arrested for DUII. Suspicious Circumstance- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a suspicious package that had a handwritten note on it indicating it was a bomb. Investigation on scene determined it was an empty cardboard box. Minor in Possession- Officers stopped a pedestrian who crossed the street against a red hand and was nearly struck by a vehicle. The 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was intoxicated and issued an MIP. Fight- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW 9th St for a report of a physical fight. Officers arrived on scene and after a brief foot chase, two suspects were detained in the area. Subsequent to investigation, a 19-year-old female, Salem resident, and a 19-year-old female, Keizer resident, were issued criminal citations for Violent Conduct. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was barricaded in the bathroom. Open Container- Officers contacted a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 800-block of NW 9th St who was reported to be going in and out of traffic. Officers saw she had an open container of alcohol in her possession. She was taken into custody and later released with a citation for the open container. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- Officers were dispatched to the 4600-block of SW 47th Pl for the report of a stolen vehicle. A 2000 Mercedes-Benz was stolen from a garage in the area by an unknown suspect. Theft- A 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was caught shoplifting from a store in the 2000-block of NW 9th St. She was cited in lieu of custody for the theft. Warrant Arrest- Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave, and discovered the driver, a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released with citations. Warrant Arrest / Resisting Arrest / Littering- Officers were on patrol in the downtown area when they received a report of a 27-year-old female, no fixed address, who was walking around downtown with her pants completely down. When the officers went to contact her, she ran towards the riverbank and threw something into the river. She then got stuck in some briar vines. When officers attempted to take her into custody for littering in the water, she began to resist and scuffle with them. She was eventually taken into custody and transported to the jail. It was also discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. Theft- An officer responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St for a cold theft. An unidentified male entered the business multiple times in the last two days and stole over $200 worth of merchandise. The suspect has not been located. Violation of Order / Probation Violation- Officers responded to the 1200-block of NW 23rd St for a report of a violation of an order. The caller reported her son, a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was outside her address and there was a no contact order between them. The male’s probation officer placed a detainer on the male, and he was booked into jail. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to NW Grant Ave and NW 29th St for a non-injury traffic crash. One vehicle failed to obey a traffic control device, causing the crash. The driver was cited. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to NW 3rd St and NW Harrison Blvd for a two vehicle non-injury crash. The at-fault driver was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, using a phone while driving, and driving uninsured. Bicycle Theft- Officers contacted a caller who reported their bicycle was stolen from where it was locked in the 1800-block of SW 3rd St. Minor in Possession- Officers responded to the area of NW 21st St and NW Jackson Ave for what was first reported as a male pushing a female. Both parties were located and no probable cause for enforcement action was gained during the investigation. An 18-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued a violation level citation for MIP. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a report of a loud party at a residence in the 2900-block of SW Morris Ave. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Elude- Officers witnessed a vehicle driving dangerously near the intersection of NW Harrison Blvd and NW 9th St. Officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle, but it increased speed and turned the wrong way onto NW Van Buren Ave. Pursuit of the vehicle was discontinued due to public safety concerns. Harassment- Officers responded to the 500-block of NW 27th St for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed an unknown male poured a beer on a person after attempting to instigate a fight and then intimated they were armed with a firearm. No firearm was displayed during the altercation. Assault- Officers responded to a residence in the 1300-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of an assault. The involved parties left prior to officer arrival, and victims declined medical attention. The suspects left prior to officer arrival. Assault- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an assault. Investigation determined two individuals approached a person before attacking the person from behind and while he was on the ground. The suspects left prior to police arrival. Fight- Officers responded back to the residence in the 1300-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of the same suspects from the previous incident who returned to the residence and were starting a fight. The suspects again left prior to police arrival, and no one was injured. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 2400-block of SW Pickford St for a report of a “massive party.” The residence was issued an initial SRN. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a cell phone that was stolen. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of SW 5th St and SW Jefferson Ave. Subsequent to investigation on scene, the driver, a 20-year-old male, Pleasant Hill resident, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. Fight- Officers responded to a residence in the 2400-block of SW Pickford St for a report of a fight which had just occurred. Investigation determined a person was inside a house party when he was asked to leave, and a scuffle ensued after he refused to do so. One party was medically evaluated and refused transport by medics. None of the involved parties wished to pursue criminal charges. |

Trespass- Officers contacted a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, who was trespassing in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St. The female was placed into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released with a citation. Assist Other Agency- Officers arrested a 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for violating a release agreement. The Albany Police Department had probable cause for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 29-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of SW 2nd St. The male had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for the warrants. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 500-block of NW Monroe Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass I / Theft III- A business called police for a report of a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, who had stolen from a store in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. Loss prevention confronted the male and he fled from the store. The male was identified by the officer but was not located at the time. The male also had multiple warrants for his arrest and had been previously trespassed from the business. |

Theft- An unknown person stole a keg and six-pack of beer from a beer delivery truck while the driver was inside a restaurant delivering beer in the 200-block of NW Monroe Ave. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male yelling and causing a disturbance. The suspect was identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and the business only wanted him trespassed. The male was issued a trespass notice. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1900-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a male walking in the roadway, yelling at passing vehicles and swearing. The suspect was identified as a 41-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II and transported to the jail. Coercion- Caller reported she was contacted by an unknown person that hacked into a social media account and threatened to disseminate recovered photos if she didn’t send nude photographs to them. Caller stated she didn’t have intimate photos on her social media account. Caller was advised not to send nude photographs and no suspect was identified. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported her father’s vehicle was stolen from outside their residence in the 900-block of NW Sequoia Ave at some point during the last two nights. The keys were left inside the vehicle prior to it being stolen. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 1100-block of NE Sorrel Pl for an argument between a 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and his neighbors. The male was yelling in the face of his neighbors when officers arrived on scene. The parties were separated, and the male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported his vehicle was stolen from outside his residence in the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr at some point during the last two days. The caller had possession of the keys to the vehicle, and he was unsure how the vehicle was stolen. |

Theft- A Community Services Officer responded to a business in the 100-block of SE Lilly Ave for a report of a cold theft. An unknown suspect was seen taking a battery from a company vehicle in the previous days. The suspect has not been identified. Criminal Mischief- An officer responded to the 400-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a cold criminal mischief complaint. An unidentified suspect sprayed graffiti on a delivery truck which was parked at the business. There is no suspect information. Theft- Caller reported a theft of plants from his place of employment in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. Caller stated an unknown female stole a shopping cart full of plants and was last seen walking through the parking lot. The caller was able to recover the merchandise after the female climbed a fence. The suspect was not located at this time. Hit and Run / Violation of Release Agreement / Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle / Reckless Driving / Warrant Arrest- A 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was arrested on multiple charges following and hit and run investigation. The suspect struck a vehicle in a grocery store parking lot in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. He then fled in a vehicle without any lights on, traveling into Southtown Corvallis. An officer attempted to stop the suspect, however he failed to yield to the officer for several blocks. He finally stopped and was taken into custody. After investigation, officers learned the driver was intoxicated, had several warrants for his arrest, and was the subject of an active restraining order. The protected party in the restraining order was determined to be the owner of the vehicle he was driving, and confirmed he did not have permission to have the car. He was booked into the jail on the above listed charges. Violation of Release Agreement- A 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for violating a court release agreement after he was contacted in the residence of a person he was ordered to have no contact with in the 5200-block of SW Commons Way. Officers originally responded to the residence for a 9-1-1 hang-up call. The male was booked at the jail. |

Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to the 1000-block of NW Kings Blvd for a non-injury crash involving two vehicles. One of the drivers was cited for an improper left turn. Burglary- Officers responded to the 2700-block of NW Arnold Way for a cold attempted burglary. The caller, who lived at the residence, observed two people attempting to open the back door of a residence around 1:30 AM the previous night. The suspects left when the flood light came on. Entry was not made into the residence. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 2500-block of NW Kings Blvd for a trespass. A 49-year-old male, no fixed address, was present at the location and refused to leave when asked. The male was issued a citation for trespassing. He also had an outstanding warrant for which he was issued a citation. Trespass / Resisting Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male trespassing on the property after being asked to leave. The 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was told to leave by responding officers. Shortly after leaving, officers observed the male immediately return to the business and try to go inside. The officers attempted to detain the male for trespassing, but he physically resisted being detained. He was eventually detained and booked into the jail for trespassing and resisting arrest. Theft by Extortion- An officer took a report from a victim who had sent an intimate image to an unknown suspect. The unknown suspect then told the victim to pay them money or risk having the photo released. There is no suspect information at this time. Hit and Run- An unknown vehicle door-dinged another vehicle in a parking lot in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl causing minor damage. No suspect vehicle information identified. Theft- An officer took a report of a theft in the 1700-block of NW 9th St. The victim reported the rear license plate of their vehicle was stolen while their vehicle was parked in the parking lot of a business. There is no suspect information. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- An officer responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 1300-block of NW Van Buren Ave. A vehicle was rear-ended while stopped for a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The driver of the vehicle was cited for following too closely. Hit and Run- Caller reported they were involved in a vehicle crash at NW 2nd St and NW Harrison Blvd. The female driver of the other vehicle said she would meet him after getting off the bridge, but the caller was unable to locate the female driver once she left the crash scene. The female was not identified. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a male being inside the business who had been previously trespassed. A 25-year-old male, Albany resident, was identified as the suspect and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Bike Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen from outside their residence in the 700-block of SW 7th St. No suspect was identified. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A 58-year-old female, Ashland resident, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 300-block of NW Harrison Blvd. The officer observed the female was intoxicated and she was taken into custody for DUII after performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped in the 900-block of NW Monroe Ave for a traffic violation. The officer observed the male was intoxicated and took him into custody for DUII after performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Warrant Arrest- A 54-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on an active warrant after being contacted near NW Kings Blvd and NW Monroe Ave. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on several active warrants when contacted near NW 4th St and NW Fillmore Ave. Warrant Arrest- A 67-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody on multiple warrants when he was contacted on a trespass complaint in the 400-block of SW 4th St. |

Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A Community Services Officer responded to the 800-block of SW 8th St for a report of a cold UEMV. A vehicle was broken into sometime during the night and a backpack was stolen. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Madison Ave for a trespass. A 51-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted and cited on an outstanding warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report she was yelling in the area. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a female who was stealing whipped cream canisters and using them for intoxicating purposes. The suspect was identified as a 24-year-old female, no fixed address, and she was contacted inside the store. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft III, Criminal Trespass II, and Unlawful Possession of Inhalants. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1600-block of NW 9th St for a report of an intoxicated male who was refusing to leave the property. Officers escorted the 45-year-old male, no fixed address, off the property and told him he was trespassed from the property. The male immediately walked back onto the property and was taken into custody for Trespass II. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation. Harassment- Officers responded to a community living facility in the 800-block of NW Reiman Ave for a report of an assault. A 46-year-old female and 21-year-old female, both no fixed address, got into an argument and pushed and slapped each other during the incident. Neither of the involved individuals wished to pursue criminal charges and they separated from each other by going into their respective rooms. Trespass- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespass after going to a convenience store from which he had been previously trespassed in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a citation. |

Violation of a Restraining Order- Officers were dispatched to the 2600-block of SW Pickford St for the report of a female asking the caller for help because a 63-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was harassing her. Officers arrived and contacted the male and discovered there was a restraining order which needed to be served on him regarding not having contact with the female he was harassing. A Sheriff’s Deputy came out and served the male with the restraining order. The male tore the restraining order up in front of officers and threw it in the trash. Officers informed the male he would be arrested if he contacted the female. Officers circled the block once and found the male had immediately violated the restraining order moments after officers left. He was promptly taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on NE Cambridge Cir near NE Conifer Blvd. The occupant, a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had a state-wide felony warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for the report of a 34-year-old female, Philomath resident, who was refusing to leave the hospital. When officers arrived, she still refused to leave. She was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a fight in progress. On arrival, it was learned an employee had been punched in the face by someone they were escorting out of the business, and another person had intervened to stop the altercation. The employee had a minor injury and declined to pursue charges. The suspect was not located during the initial response.
