July 27th |
Criminal Mischief- An unknown suspect slashed tires on a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 3100-block of NW Harrison Blvd. Suspicious Vehicle / Out of Compliance Sex Offender- Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint behind a sorority in the 300-block of NW 26th St. A 51-year-old male, Lebanon resident, was contacted inside the vehicle. The male was determined to be out of compliance with his sex offender registration requirements and was issued a citation. Assist Other Agency- Drone team officers responded to assist Benton County Sheriffs Office with an assault in Monroe. The officers located the suspect walking along the road as they were arriving on scene and detained him without issue, turning him over to BCSO. |
July 26th |
Shoplift / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for the report of a shoplift in progress. Officers arrived on scene and discovered loss prevention had a 23-year-old female, no fixed address, in custody. The suspect was also found to have multiple warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 43-year-old female, no fixed address, in front of the Law Enforcement Center. She had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, near the intersection of NW Western Blvd and SW Grove St. The male was the subject of active warrants and was issued criminal citations. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers intercepted and performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that was the subject of an active attempt to locate after a caller reported unsafe driving on Highway 20. The driver, and 18-year-old male, Albany resident, showed signs and symptoms of impairment. He was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, and two counts of Reckless Endangering. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd for a report of a male who stole three tubs of ice cream and left the area. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St for a report of a male who was refusing to leave. The 46-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a Trespass Notice and left. Warrant Arrest- Officers arrested a 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, on an active warrant near the intersection of NW 3rd St and NW Harrison Blvd. He was released on a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers stopped a male who jumped in front of vehicles near the intersection of SW 5th St and SW Madison Ave. The 30-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested on active warrants and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers arrested a 44-year-old male, no fixed address, on an active warrant in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. He was released on a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers arrested a 37-year-old male, no fixed address, on an active warrant near the intersection of NW 5th St and NW Monroe Ave. He was ultimately released on a criminal citation. |
July 25th |
Trespass- A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd for trespass after returning to the property from which he was previously trespassed. Warrant Arrest- A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was arrested on a warrant for her arrest in the 500-block of SW 4th St. She was cited in lieu of custody. Trespass- A 53-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested for trespassing in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male had been previously trespassed from the property. He was cited in lieu of custody. Violation of Restraining Order / Resisting Arrest- Officers contacted a caller who reported their ex-significant other, a 38-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had posted a video on social media indicating he was inside of the caller’s residence. The male had been served a restraining order prohibiting him from being at the residence or contacting the caller. He had also been contacting the caller via phone earlier in the day. Officers went to the residence and the male was taken into custody. The male resisted arrest and was placed in a WRAP device. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 2800-block of SE Beverly Dr for a report of a male and female who looked like they were breaking into a vehicle. A 48-year-old male and 39-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted. No probable cause for enforcement action was generated from the original call for service. The male was arrested on probable cause generated from a previous investigation, and the female was arrested for active warrants. Both were ultimately issued criminal citations and released. Theft- Officers contacted a caller who reported their phone speakers were stolen at a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St. Theft / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 1900-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male who shoplifted and then left in a vehicle. The vehicle was not located during the initial response, but was later located by a night shift officer. A traffic stop was performed on the vehicle and the suspect was identified as a 31-year-old male, Albany resident. The male was also the subject of active warrants. The male was arrested on the warrants and a charge of Theft II and transported to the jail, where he was lodged. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a patron who was refusing to leave. The 35-year-old female, Portland resident, was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. Warrant Arrest- While investigating an alarm activation in the 600-block of SW Madison Ave, officers contacted a 67-year-old male, no fixed address, who was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested and released on criminal citations. |
July 24th |
Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 2300 Block of NW Kings Blvd. for a report of a 44-year-old male with no fixed address who had returned after being previously trespassed. He was arrested, issued a criminal citation, and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Van Buren Ave. and NW 4th St. The driver, a 34 male Corvallis resident, showed signs and symptoms of alcohol impairment. Subsequent to investigation on scene, he was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. During processing, he provided a breath sample which measured his Blood Alcohol Content at 0.11%. Warrant Arrest – While investigating an unrelated complaint of harassment in the 1800 block of SW 3rd St, officers discovered that a 23-year-old male with no fixed address had a warrant for his arrest from Corvallis Municipal Court. The male was issued a citation and released. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the 300 block of SE Goodnight Ave for an argument. Officers contacted a male and a female with conflicting statements and were unable to establish probable cause for a crime. During the investigation officer learned the 56-year-old male had a warrant for his arrest from Albany Municipal Court. He was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass – Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress in the 5400 block of SW Philomath Blvd, called in by a 43-year-old male. Officers arrived on the scene and determined no one had entered the property illegally. Officers determined the caller was extremely intoxicated and unable to provide details of the initial crime he reported. The male caller was trespassed from the property per the owner’s request. Trespass/Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of NW Menlo Drive for the report of a 36 year old male, with no fixed address, setting up camp in the backyard. It was discovered the suspect was a family member. He had warrants for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody for the warrants and given time by family members to gather his things and leave the property. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 32 year old male, with no fixed address, in the 600 block of SW Jefferson Avenue. The male had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations. |
July 23rd |
Theft- A female with no fixed address reported an unidentified suspect stole her wallet from a homeless shelter. Warrant Arrest – Officers were investigating an unrelated call for service in the 600 block of NW Monroe Ave when they contacted a 55-year-old male with no fixed address. During the contact, officers learned the male had a warrant for his arrest through the Benton County Circuit Court. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released. Criminal Mischief- An unidentified suspect threw a rock against the front door of a residence in the 4900 block of SW Aster, causing a large dent in the door. Trespass/PCS Methamphetamine- A male with no fixed address went to the library after previously being trespassed. The male was taken into custody and two glass pipes with methamphetamine residue were located in the male’s pockets. The male was transported to the LEC where he was issued a citation in lieu of custody due to lack of jail capacity. Warrant Arrest- A female with no fixed address came to the LEC and turned herself in on an outstanding warrant. Due to lack of jail capacity she was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Harassment (DV) & Disorderly Conduct II – Officers responded to Central Park for a male and female arguing and fighting. Officers arrived at the park and located the male and female. The female was uncooperative, but witnesses described an argument and some physical contact initiated by the male. The male was arrested and booked into jail for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct II. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the above call for service and learned the 34-year-old male with no fixed address had a Corvallis Municipal Court warrant. The male was issued a citation for the warrant. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers responded to an attempt to locate for a vehicle traveling westbound on SW Philomath Blvd. that was unable to maintain its own lane and had almost caused a head on crash. The vehicle was located in a parking lot near the intersection of SW 53rd St. and SW Philomath Blvd. Investigation on scene identified the driver as a 23-year-old female Monmouth resident who was intoxicated. She was arrested for Reckless Driving and DUII, and during processing her Blood Alcohol Content was measured at 0.19%. Theft – Officers contacted a caller in the 600 Block of NW Kings Blvd. for a report of a bicycle that was stolen sometime during the previous day. |
July 22nd |
Vicious Dog/Warrant Arrest - Officers responded to the 3400 block of NE Oxford Cir. for a report of two vicious dogs. The dogs ran out of an open apartment door and attacked a dog a passerby was walking. Both dogs were designated as potentially dangerous. In the course of that contact one of the involved parties, a female Corvallis resident, was found to have an outstanding warrant. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disorderly Conduct/Attempted Assault- An unidentified male slapped a male in the face for no apparent reason. The victim was seated on a bench near the courthouse and the suspect was walking past and without provocation slapped him. The suspect left the area and was not located or identified. Disorderly Conduct- While investigating the above incident two other males were found to be involved in a fight in the same block. The males, one without a fixed address and one a Corvallis resident, were rivals for the affection of a female with no fixed address. The males were warned for disorderly conduct and left the area on foot. Domestic Disturbance- Officers responded to the 3300 block of NE Oxford for a report of a domestic disturbance. The matter was found to be a civil law situation and no crimes were committed. The male gathered his belongings and left the area. Civil Issue/Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 5500 block of SW Country Club for a report of a male refusing to leave a residence. It was found that the male had been living at the residence on and off over an extended period of time. There was no basis for a trespassing charge. The male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and he was issued a citation in lieu of custody. He took his possessions and left the area. Warrant Arrest- A female with no fixed address was contacted in the LEC lobby. She was taken to jail on multiple outstanding warrants. Theft – An unknown male stole a bicycle from a bike rack outside a business in the 1900 block of NW 9th St. There was video surveillance of the theft, but the male has not been identified. Theft – An unknown male stole approximately $120 of merchandise from a business in the 1700 block of NE Four Acre Pl. The male was confronted by loss prevention, but he ran past them and rode away on the bike. Video surveillance showed the suspect was the same male as the previous theft case. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 1900 block of SW 3rd St for a report of a male trespassing at the business. The male left prior to officers arriving on scene, but he stole merchandise as he left the business. The suspect was contacted outside the business and identified as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft 3 and trespassed from the business. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to the 300 block of NW 5th St for a report of an argument between the caller and her 63-year-old boyfriend. The caller reported the male was demanding that he take her to the bank to get him money, and acted like he was going to hit her, but never actually did. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the 5600 block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a trespass. The caller reported there was a 49-year-old male and a 46-year-old female, both no fixed address, that were on the property and they were not allowed to be there. It was determined the caller had no legal authority over the property and the actual owner did not want the male or female trespassed from the property. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 1100 block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of an intoxicated female refusing to leave the business. A 45-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. DUII/DRUGS- A 36 year old Salem female was arrested for DUII Drugs after being stopped for a traffic violation in the 800 block NW 9th Street. |
July 21st |
Trespass/Theft - A male with no fixed address shoplifted an alcoholic beverage from a business in the 1900 block SW 3rd. The male had previously been trespassed from the location. The male was located nearby and found to still be in possession of the stolen property. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft – Caller reported a male came into her business in the 1500 block of NW Monroe Ave and took food from behind the counter. The male went outside and then started eating. The suspect was identified as a 30-year-old male, no fixed address, and was located in the area. The caller did not want the male charged with theft, but did want the male trespassed from the business. The male was issued a trespass notice, and he left the area. Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to the 300 block of SW Madison Ave for a report of a male that removed a tile from a building and threw it at a vehicle parked in the area. There was no damage to the caller’s vehicle and the caller lost sight of the male as he walked away. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate or identify the suspect. |
July 20th |
Trespass- A male with no fixed address was trespassing at a business in the 900 block of NW Beca. He was issued a trespass notice for all businesses within the complex. Trespass- A mentally ill female with no fixed address was trespassing at a business in the 400 block of SW Madison Ave. She was given a trespass notice for the entire business complex. AOA/BCSO - Jail staff reported seeing an unknown person trying to set a trashcan on fire outside the jail entrance. When a deputy attempted to contact the subject, he fled on foot, resulting in a brief foot chase. The male, a 25-year-old Albany male, was taken into custody and turned over to BCSO staff. Shoplift- a convenience store employee in the 1900 block SW 3rd Street reported the theft of food from the business by a female suspect. The suspect was not located. Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of SW Grove for what was initially reported as an attempted burglary. The caller reported an unknown male was dumping items in his garbage and broke the lock to the back of his residence. It was later determined the suspect broke the lock to enter the caller’s backyard, not his residence. The caller reported the male left on foot prior to officer’s arrival. A 38-year-old male, no fixed address, that matched the description of the suspect was located in the area near the residence. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief 2 and Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to the jail. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 3200 block of SE Midvale Dr for a report of two males physically fighting. The caller stated one of the males hit the other male with a scooter, and then they both began pushing and hitting each other. Neither of the male’s were located in the area when officers arrived. Officers spoke with multiple people in the area, and nobody witnessed or heard the altercation. Neither male involved in the fight was located or identified. |
July 19th |
Trespass- A 71-year-old male with no fixed address was issued a trespass notice after remaining at a family members residence and not leaving. He was issued a trespass notice. Trespass- A 44-year-old male with no fixed address returned to a business where he had been previously trespassed from and was causing a disturbance. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 38-year-old female with no fixed address in the 300 Block of NW 2nd St who was the subject of an active warrant. She was issued criminal citations and released. Driving While Suspended – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of SE 3rd St. and SE Goodnight Ave. The driver, a 38-year-old male Corvallis resident, was arrested after it was learned he was driving on a criminally suspended license. He was ultimately issued criminal and traffic citations and released. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 400 Block of SW 3rd St for a request for a welfare check. The 62-year-old female with no fixed address who was the subject of the welfare check had been previously trespassed from the business. She was issued a criminal citation and was transported by Medics. Theft / Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 2000 Block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft. A 28-year-old male with no fixed address was caught by employees shoplifting, and was arrested for theft. He was discovered to also be the subject of active warrants. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was released on criminal citations. Trespass / Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 1900 Block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 45-year-old male and a 26-year-old female who were in an argument with an employee. Both individuals were issued Trespass Notices at the request of the business. The female was also issued a criminal citation for an active warrant. Stolen Vehicle – Officers contacted a resident in the 900 Block of NW Hayes Ave who reported their vehicle was stolen overnight. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 400 Block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 67-year-old male with no fixed address who was refusing to leave. The male left during the call to dispatch but was located in the area and arrested when officers arrived. He was ultimately released on a criminal citation. Burglary – Officers responded to a residence in the 900 Block of NW Anjni Circle for a report of a burglary that had occurred sometime during the day. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 41-year-old male with no fixed address in the 1500 Block of NW 9th St who was the subject of active warrants. He was issued criminal citations and released. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 500 Block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of an argument. Investigation determined that a 39-year-old male Albany resident threw food at a passing vehicle, which caused the driver of the vehicle to stop and confront the male. During the confrontation the male pushed the driver. The male was arrested and transported to the jail. |
July 18th |
Theft – Officers contacted a caller who reported their purse was stolen in the 600 Block of SW Monroe Ave. The purse was later recovered, but a large amount of cash was missing from within. Assist Linn County SO – A K9 Officer responded to the area of Harrison Rd. and Brownsville Rd. in Linn County to assist Deputies with a report of a male who had been throwing rocks at vehicles, placed his bicycle in the roadway where it was run over by vehicles, and had then started a fire in a field. A K9 track led to a 44-year-old male Lebanon resident who surrendered to law enforcement without incident. Deputies arrested the male stemming from investigation on scene. Warrant Arrest – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd. A passenger in the vehicle, a 31-year-old male Corvallis resident, was arrested on an active warrant. He was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 39-year-old male with no fixed address in the 1300 Block of NW 9th St who was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested and transported to the jail. Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to a business in the 300 Block of SW 4th St for a report of a male who broke out a window 20 minutes prior to the call for service. The male was not located during the initial response. Criminal Mischief – Officers contacted a resident in the 3400 Block of SE Midvale Dr who reported that their vehicle was egged overnight. Fraud – Officers contacted a resident in the 3800 Block of NW Jameson Dr who reported unauthorized transactions on their credit card. Trespass – Officers responded to a report of someone screaming in the fenced area in the 1100 Block of NW 9th St. A 44-year-old male with no fixed address was located inside of a fenced area with posted no trespassing signs. The male was removed from the area and ultimately issued a criminal citation for Trespass. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to the 600 Block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of an assault that had just taken place. Officers contacted a 25-year-old male Corvallis resident and a 27-year-old male with no fixed address who were identified as the involved parties. After investigation both parties were issued criminal citations for Violent Conduct and released. |
July 17th |
Driving While Suspended-An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 800-block of NW 9th St for a traffic violation. When the officer contacted the driver, a 37-year-old male, Scio resident, they learned his driving privileges were suspended criminally. The male was taken into custody and lodged at the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a female on the property who had been previously trespassed. Officers located the female, a 55-year-old female, no fixed address, and took her into custody for trespassing. The female was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was issued a citation. Trespass- Officers again responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for the same subject, 55-year-old female, no fixed address, who had just been arrested for trespassing and was back on the property. Officers arrived and took the female into custody. The female was transported to and lodged at the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a trespass complaint. Officers contacted a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant and left the property. Trespass- Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a male on the property who had been previously trespassed. A 42-year-old male, no fixed address, was escorted off the property and issued a citation in lieu of custody. |
July 16th |
Trespass- An employee called to report two people setting up a tent on business property in the 1700-block of NW 9th St. Once officers arrived, only one person was present. A 48-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a Trespass Notice. Fraud- Officer responded to the 300-block of NW 2nd St for the report of fraud. Investigation revealed a 54-year-old female, no fixed address, utilized a third party to cash a fraudulent check and receive the money. Trespass- Officer responded to the 1400-block of SW Brooklane Dr for the second time regarding a 31-year-old female, Corvallis resident, trespassing on the property. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. |
July 15th |
Hot Dog in a Vehicle- A Community Service Officer responded to a report of a hot dog in a vehicle. The temperature inside the vehicle was 109° F. The dog was removed via an open window and kept cool until the owner arrived. The owner was educated on the risks of leaving an animal in a hot car and issued a warning. The dog was returned to the owner. Warrant Arrest- Caller reported persons using drugs near NW 1St St and NW Van Buren Ave. Officers arrived on scene but found no drugs or drug paraphernalia. However, a 33-year-old female and 57-year-old male, both no fixed address, were found to have warrants for their arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody and the female was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 500-block of SW 4th St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 21-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted at Chintimini Park for a report of an argument between a male and female. The male was no longer on scene when the officer arrived and there was no crime related to the argument. The female, however, had multiple warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Open Container- A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 5000-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The male was intoxicated and had an open bottle of vodka. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Open Container. Reckless Burning- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir to assist the fire department with a large bonfire. The fire was contained and extinguished by Corvallis firefighters. The caller reported seeing a 67-year-old male, no fixed address, building and starting the fire, and multiple other witnesses observed the male in the area after the fire was started. The male was contacted and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Reckless Burning. Warrant Arrest- Officers were investigating a prowler in the 800-block of SW Grove St when they contacted three females, all Corvallis residents, next to a parked vehicle. A 28-year-old female, Corvallis resident, and 45-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had outstanding warrants for their arrest. They were each issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Officers responded to the parking lot of a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for the report of a male attempting to open car doors. Officers located the suspect, a 46-year-old male, Corvallis resident, at the reported location. Officers arrested him for Criminal Trespass and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 1200-block of NW 10th St. He was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Officers issued him a citation in lieu of custody. |
July 14th |
Warrant Arrest- A 48-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 200-block of SW Madison Ave. She was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Trespass- A 56-year-old female, Albany resident, refused to leave a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. She was asked to leave multiple times but refused. She was eventually issued a citation in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II and escorted from the property. Trespass- Caller reported there were multiple people trespassing behind her business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. Upon arrival, only a 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was still on the property. The female was issued a trespass notice at the caller’s request and left the area. Theft- Caller reported her mother was scammed out of approximately $400. The caller’s mother received multiple calls from unknown numbers and was eventually convinced to withdraw money from her account and deposit into a cryptocurrency account. No suspect has been identified. Theft- Caller reported a male stole approximately $30 in merchandise from their business in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St. The suspect was identified as a 67-year-old male, no fixed address, and was taken into custody for Theft III. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was a issued a citation. Harassment / Resisting Arrest- Officers responded to a residence in the 900-block of NW Ironwood Ave for a report of an assault which had just occurred. The caller reported her family members were in their backyard and got into a verbal argument with their neighbor. During the argument, the neighbor, a 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, accused them of poisoning his dog and began spraying the caller’s sister with a pressure washer from his backyard. The male then looked over the fence and spit on the victim and threatened to strangle her mother. Officers attempted contact with the male, but he was very agitated. The male made multiple homophobic and derogatory slurs towards the officers. Once it was determined there was probable cause to arrest the male based on statements from the caller and victim, officers proceeded to take the male into custody. The male attempted to run but was apprehended and resisted arrest. The male was taken into custody for Harassment and Resisting Arrest and was transported to the jail. |

The officer located the involved party, a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, who had multiple active warrants for his arrest. The male was cited on the warrants and trespassed from the business. The driver, a 56-year-old female, Lebanon resident, was arrested for driving on a criminally suspended driver’s license. Theft- Officers were dispatched to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for the report of a shoplifter in custody. Officers discovered a 40-year-old female, Corvallis resident, stole multiple items from the store before being stopped by loss prevention staff. She cited in lieu of custody for theft and released from the scene. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 62-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of SW B Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with a citation. Stalking / Burglary- Officers were dispatched to the 2700-block of SW Wake Robin Pl for the report of a 31-year-old male, Central Point resident, who arrived at his ex-girlfriend’s residence unannounced. Officers spoke with the male the day prior and told him the victim did not want him to contact her anymore. The male drove from over three hours away, broke into her residence, and stole an item. The male was stopped by officers as he was exiting the residence. The victim was at the courthouse filing a restraining order against the male. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail for Stalking and Burglary. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 55-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave. The female was taken into custody on an active warrant and transported to the Law Enforcement Center. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a female who was yelling at passersby and refusing to leave. The 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a Trespass Notice and left. Menacing / Attempted Assault II / Burglary- Officers responded to the 300-block of SW 6th St for a report of a female who came into a room and tried to light the caller’s hair on fire. A 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was detained in the area and investigation led to her arrest. It was determined she had unlawfully entered her ex-boyfriend’s apartment, stolen a lighter, and tried to light the caller’s hair on fire while inside of the room. The female was arrested and transported to the jail where she was lodged. Theft II / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a female who was shoplifting and acting erratically. The 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who was also the subject of an active warrant, was detained as she left the store. Stolen items were located in her purse. She was arrested, issued a Trespass Notice from the business, and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was released on criminal citations. Theft- Officers contacted a caller who reported his wallet was left on the counter of a business in the 2600-block of NW 9th St and was then taken by an unknown suspect. Warrant Arrest- A 38-year-old male, no fixed address, came to the Law Enforcement Center to turn himself in on a warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for the report of a 46-year-old female, no fixed address, who was refusing to leave. She was also the subject of an active warrant. She was taken into custody and later released with citations. Disorderly Conduct- Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave for the report of a male threatening to hit people with an axe. Officers arrived on scene and discovered a 57-year-old male, no fixed address, confronted another male about a debt that was owed to the 57-year-old male’s significant other. The confronted male did have an axe in his hand but did not threaten to use it. Multiple witnesses stated it was the 57-year-old male who was trying to fight the other male, and did not leave until the group intervened. The 57-year-old male was later located, arrested, and transported to the jail. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a person who shoplifted over $100 in merchandise and fled the area. No suspect located. Assist Other Agency- Officers and Corvallis firefighters responded for a report of a vehicle on fire on the Harrison St bridge. Traffic on the bridge was closed as firefighters worked and the fire was extinguished. No one was injured in the fire, and it was determined to be a mechanical non-criminal issue with the vehicle. Traffic was opened after fire crews determined it was safe and the vehicle was towed. Assist Other Agency- Officers contacted a 54-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of a probable cause affidavit for arrest from the Albany Police Department. Officers arrested the female and conducted follow-up on scene for the Albany case. Officers also interviewed the female about an incident which was previously reported in Corvallis. Burglary- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Butterfield Pl for a report of a burglary. Officers discovered the front door had been pried open. The house was searched but no one was located within. Nothing appeared missing. Assist Other Agency- Officers responded to the area of NW 1st St and NW Harrison Blvd to locate a vehicle that had eluded a BCSO Deputy. The suspect vehicle was located parked in the 600-block of SW 6th St, and a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, fled the vehicle on foot. After a short foot pursuit, the male was taken into custody and transferred to BCSO deputies. Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of NW 1st St. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody before being transported to jail. Identify Theft- Caller reported they received notification from the bank asking if they made a purchase with a credit card. When they logged into the online banking app, it tried to link the credit card to their account, which was denied. The caller is not out any money, but doesn’t know who tried to connect the credit card to their account. No suspect information available. Trespass / Theft- Officers responded to the 3200-block of NE Lancaster St for a report of a female who stole an item from the caller’s yard. The caller reported the female entered the gated area of his yard and took property. The suspect was identified as a 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident. The female was located and taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and Theft III and transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of people using controlled substances. A 33-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who matched the description of the individuals was contacted in a nearby park. Officers were unable to develop probable cause related to narcotic offenses, but the female had previously been trespassed from all city parks. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Warrant Arrest / Criminal Trespass II- Officers responded to a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a patient who had been discharged and was now refusing to leave. Officers contacted a 49-year-old male, Yachats resident, who was also the subject of active warrants. He was issued criminal citations for the warrants and a Trespass Notice. Littering / Trespass- A 45-year-old female and 55-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted due to disruptive behavior in the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave. The 45-year-old female was arrested for violation of city ordinances. The 55-year-old female was cited for trespass as she was previously trespassed from all city parks. Hit and Run- Caller reported their vehicle was backed into while parked at a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. The owner of the suspect vehicle, a 72-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted at her residence and didn’t realize she struck the vehicle. The officers facilitated an exchange of information between the caller and the female. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 500-block of NW 25th St for a report of an argument between a male and female. A 41-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted, as well as the female. During the argument, the male threw the female’s property onto the sidewalk and sprayed ant killer in her vehicle. The female was not injured during the incident. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Disorderly Conduct II and Offensive Littering. |

Assault- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW 9th St for a report of an employee who was just assaulted by a customer. The caller reported he got into an argument with the suspect over pumping gas. The suspect shoved the caller and then left in his vehicle. The vehicle was later located by a Philomath Police Officer and the suspect was identified as a 23-year-old male, Lebanon resident. The male was taken into custody for Assault IV and transported to the jail. Burglary- Caller reported a cold burglary at their business in the 2100-block of NW Circle Blvd. Caller reported sometime overnight an unknown person broke into multiple rooms inside the business, causing damage to the doors. No property was stolen and there was no additional damage to the business. No suspect was identified. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft which had just occurred. The caller reported two females stole approximately $500 in merchandise and left in a vehicle. The vehicle was located by BCSO and stopped to investigate the theft. The suspect was identified as a 36-year-old female, Salem resident, who was also the subject of an active warrant. The female was taken into custody for Theft II and the warrant and was transported to jail. Trespass / Violation of Order- Officers responded to a residence in the 600-block of NW Maxine Ave for a report of a trespass. The caller stated they just recently purchase the residence and when they arrived at the home they found an unknown male in the residence, claiming it was his. The suspect was identified as a 33-year-old male, no fixed address, and was inside the residence when officers arrived. The male fled on foot and after a short foot pursuit was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass I. The male was a respondent in a restraining order which prevented him from returning to the residence due to his relationship with the previous homeowner. The male was transported to the jail and charged with Criminal Trespass I, Contempt of Court, and Criminal Trespass II. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for an argument between a male and female. The caller reported the female left the area in her vehicle as officers were en route. The 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, involved in the argument was still on scene. The male stated he had been in an argument with his girlfriend, a 20-year-old female, Corvallis resident. The female pushed him and knocked his phone to the ground, causing it to break. The female was located and stopped in her vehicle and gave a similar statement. The male did not want to pursue charges for the damage to his phone and both parties separated for the night. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 4000-block of SW Research Way for an alarm. The responsible party for the business reported seeing a male enter the business on security cameras. The building was searched, but nobody was located inside the area where the caller observed the male enter. The surrounding areas were searched, and the male was not located. |

Missing Person- Caller reported his wife with dementia left the residence on foot and he did not know her whereabouts. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate her. Approximately two hours later, the female came home on her own. Trespass- A 38-year-old male and 58-year-old male, both no fixed address, were refusing to leave a hotel room after check-out time. They were issued a trespass notice. Trespass- A 46-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassing in the backyard of a residence in the 400-block of SW 6th St. He was located and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft / Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW 3rd St for the report of a 68-year-old male, no fixed address, who was stealing items and trespassing. The male was taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center and later released with a citation. The same male went back later and continued in the same behavior. He was then arrested and transported to the jail. Disorderly Conduct / Suicidal Subject- Officers were dispatched to the Van Buren Bridge for a report of a person stating they had a gun and were going to shoot themselves. Both bridges were shut down for community safety. After several hours, officers and Oregon State Police negotiators were able to confirm the gun was not real. To prevent the situation from escalating further, officers disengaged and allowed the subject to leave the bridge on their own time. |

Theft / Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW 3rd St for the report of a 67-year-old male, no fixed address, who was stealing from a store where he had previously been trespassed. The male was located nearby, taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center and later released with citations. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop it was learned the driver, a 56-year-old male, Stayton resident, was driving while suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was issued a citation and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 42-year-old male and 35-year-old female, both no fixed address, in the 400-block of NW 2nd St. Both were the subjects of active warrants, and they were ultimately released on criminal citations. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers contacted a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, near the intersection of NW 1st St and NW Monroe Ave who was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested and transported to the jail where he was lodged. While under arrest, he was found to be in possession of criminal amounts of methamphetamine paraphernalia. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 38-year-old female, no fixed address, who was the subject of an active warrant near the intersection of NW 1st St and NW Monroe Ave. She was issued a criminal citation and released. Possession of Fake ID- Officers located a vehicle stopped in the bicycle lane with its hazard lights on near the intersection of NW Kings Blvd and NW Garfield Ave. The officer contacted the driver, who provided a fake Arizona driver’s license. The driver, a 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, surrendered the fake ID and it was seized. Reckless Burning- Officers responded to the 300-block of NE Plymouth Cir for a report of an RV on fire. Corvallis Firefighters extinguished the blaze and officers investigated the incident. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 33-year-old female and a 44-year-old male, both no fixed address, in the 100-block of NW Van Buren Ave. Both subjects had warrants for their arrest, and both were taken into custody and later released with citations. Fraud- Caller reported they believed they won $50,000. To collect their winnings, they sent $140 to an unknown suspect as well as pictures. The winnings were fraudulent, and no suspect was identified. Warrant Arrest / Interfering with a Peace Officer- Officers were on patrol in the 1000-block of SW Monroe Ave when they saw a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, who had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was told to stop because he had warrants, but instead fled the area on his bike. He was quickly apprehended and taken into custody. He was transported to the jail. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 1900-block of NW 9th St for two subjects blocking the door to a business and appearing to be under the influence of drugs. Officers arrived in the area and contacted a 44-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was trespassed from the business and left the area. The second male was not located. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when he contacted a 35-year-old male, Albany resident, who had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into Linn County Jail. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of SW 2nd St for a report of two subjects who were caught watching fireworks from the caller’s roof, and may have attempted to enter the caller’s vehicle approximately 30 minutes prior to the call. Investigation determined two people were trying doors up and down the alleyway and tried to open the caller’s locked vehicle. The individuals gained access to a fenced area before being chased off by the caller. |

She was released with citations. Criminal Mischief- An unknown suspect threw a large rock through the window of a restaurant in the 500-block of SW 4th St, causing over $2,000 worth of damages. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a subject in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St. During the contact, the subject was identified as a 42-year-old male, Lebanon resident, who had multiple warrants for his arrest. The mail was arrested and booked into Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol and contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of SW B Ave who had an open container of alcohol in the park. The male also had several warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers were dispatched to the intersection of NW Harrison Blvd and NW 15th St for a non-injury motor vehicle crash. Officers arrived on scene and contacted both drivers. During the crash investigation, officers suspected one of the drivers, a 36-year-old male, McMinnville resident, was intoxicated. The male performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for DUII. He was issued citations and booked into jail. |

Burglary- An unidentified suspect broke into a vacant apartment and stole tools belonging to an apartment maintenance employee. Arson- An unidentified suspected burned a portable outhouse in Central Park. The damage will cost approximately $3,000 to repair. Additionally, a tree branch was damaged by the flames. No suspect information at this time. Trespass- A 41-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a trespass notice from a business in the 2600-block of NW 9th St. Follow-Up Arrest- A caller in the 2300-block of NW 9th St called to report a female arguing and causing a scene in the business. Officers arrived in the area and located a 36-year-old female, no fixed address, whom another officer had probable cause to arrest for Disorderly Conduct I. The female was arrested and booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct I. Possession of Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) / Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Possession of Stolen Property / Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 49-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a bicycle traffic violation. The officer learned the male had an active warrant for his arrest, and was also riding a stolen bicycle. The officer arrested the male and during the subsequent search located a felony amount of fentanyl and a misdemeanor amount of methamphetamine. Due to jail capacity limits he was issued citations and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 31-year-old male, no fixed address, near the intersection of NW 15th and NW Van Buren Ave. The male was the subject of active warrants and was arrested. Trespass / Warrant Arrest / Possession of Stolen Property- A caller from the parks department reported a 54-year-old male, no fixed address, who was trespassed from all parks for life was in Central Park near the art center. The male was located and found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was also found to be in possession of a stolen bicycle. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the various offenses. Trespass- A caller reported her adult son broke into her apartment. However, upon investigation it was learned she was allowing him to live at the residence in violation of her lease. No crimes. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of a trespass. Caller reported he asked a male and female behind the dumpster on the business premises to leave and they refused. A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted on the property and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of SW Washington Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest, was taken into custody, and transported to the jail. Telephonic Harassment- Caller reported his former friend, a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had been repeatedly calling him and harassing him from multiple phone numbers. The male was contacted by the officer and told to stop having any communication with the caller, and they both agreed to stop having contact. Warrant Arrest- A 68-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at the Skate Park. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Possession of Restricted Weapon by Felon- An officer recognized a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1500-block of NW 9th St whom he knew to have active arrest warrants. The male was taken into custody on various warrants. The suspect also possessed criminal amounts of methamphetamine and was in possession of two restricted knives. He was booked at the jail. |

Burglary- An unidentified suspect entered an open garage in the 2900-block of NW Van Buren Ave and stole an electric bicycle. The bicycle serial number was entered into LEDS/NCIC as stolen. Fraud- A caller reported they got a message purporting to be from Apple. The caller replied and gave the scammer access to his computer. The scammer subsequently stole $8,000 from the victim. Shoplift- A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, stole tools valued at over $100 from a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The suspect was located and issued a citation in lieu of custody. The stolen property was located and returned to the business. Traffic Crash / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a report of a traffic crash in the 6000-block of SW Philomath Blvd. One of the drivers was found to have a suspended license, no insurance, and she was driving carelessly, which led to the crash. Additionally, the 34-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- A caller reported he had a package stolen from his residence in the 1100-block of NW 28th St. There is no suspect information at this time. Theft- A 26-year-old male, no fixed address, order over $30 worth of food from a restaurant in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The male did not have money to pay for it but was willing to provide an “I.O.U.” The business wanted the male trespassed from the property. The male was issued a trespass notice and moved along. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A caller reported their vehicle was broken into while parked in the 2800-block of NW Tyler Ave. The caller’s wallet, drivers license, debit card, and lunch box were stolen. There is no suspect information at this time. |

Suspicious Activity / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a male potentially trying to steal a bike. It was learned the male was working on the bike, not trying to steal it. However, the 39-year-old male, no fixed address, had outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited for criminal trespass after going to a business where he had been previously trespassed from in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd. Fraud- Victim reported she received a call from someone who identified themselves as a deputy sheriff and indicated their co-worker was arrested and they needed to post bail through a third party. Victim took an undisclosed amount of money from her business to pay the “bail,” then realized she had been scammed. Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Trespass- A 20-year-old female, Lebanon resident, and 25-year-old female, Lebanon resident, were each cited for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass after loudly causing a disturbance in the 200-block of SW Wake Robin Ave, causing numerous people to point them out once officers arrived on scene. The 20-year-old was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- The 25-year-old female, Lebanon resident, from the previous call for service decided it was a good idea to drive to the Law Enforcement Center to get the 20-year-old female who was transported, but did so intoxicated and was promptly arrested for DUII. |

Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a subject discharged from the hospital now refusing to leave the property. The officer arrived at the hospital and contacted a 52-year-old male, no fixed address, still in his room. The male also had multiple warrants for his arrest. The officer arrested the male, removed him from the area, and released him with citations. Assault III / Disorderly Conduct II- An uninvolved caller reported a fight in the 900-block of Spruce Ave. Officers responded to the scene as the caller reported two males were attacking a third. The caller stated the victim was on the ground and injured, and the two attackers were running from the area. Officers arrived in the area, located the victim, and began searching for the suspects. Another responding officer located the two suspects running north on NW Highland Ave, approaching NW Walnut Blvd and stopped them. Investigation revealed the two suspects, a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, approached the victim and began yelling at him and arguing. The victim began yelling back and was then attacked by the two males, causing him an injury to the face and another to his hand before the suspects fled the area. The two suspects were arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest- While investigating a previous call for service, officers learned the 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was issued citations for the warrants and booked into jail on the charges from the other case. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Hit and Run / Aggravated Harassment- Officers responded to the area of NW 29th St and NW Grant Ave for a report of a vehicle seen traveling westbound on NW Grant Ave with sparks coming from it. Officers located a tire near the intersection along with other evidence a crash had occurred. Officers located skid marks which they followed to a residence where a vehicle was located without a passenger side tire. The tire located on scene matched the other three tires of the vehicle. AN intoxicated 48-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was detained on scene. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to a fight at a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. Investigation determined a 27-year-old male, Arizona resident, punched another person in the face, which knocked the victim to the ground. The male was issued a criminal citation for Violent Conduct. |

Open Container- Officers were dispatched to the 1000-block of NW Monroe Ave for the report of a group of women who were trashing the area and setting up camp. Officers located a 63-year-old female, a 54-year-old female, and a 45-year-old female, all no fixed address, at the location. They were all openly drinking alcohol in public. They were cited in lieu of custody for open container and given an SRN. Warrant Arrest / Trespass- Officers were on patrol in the 100-block of NW 1st St when they contacted a 48-year-old female and 36-year-old male, both no fixed address, who were trespassing in the park. Both also had warrants for their arrest. They were taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released with citations. Arson- Officers were dispatched to the 4500-block of SW Country Club Dr for the report of a cold arson. Officers discovered someone set fire to some toilet paper and other items which caused damage to the toilet seat. No suspect information. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. The male had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of SW Madison Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was cited in lieu of custody. Criminal Trespass- An employee called from a business in the 1100-block of NW 9th St to report a subject on the premises, smoking marijuana and refusing to leave when asked to do so. Officers responded to the location and found a 43-year-old male, no fixed address, on the property who immediately began to leave. The male was told he was trespassed from the property and left the area. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 44-year-old male and 38-year-old female, both no fixed address, in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr. Both individuals had multiple warrants for their arrests and were taken into custody. The female was cited at the scene and released. The male was transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- A 46-year-old female, Corvallis resident, called to report a vehicle she bought the day prior was stolen in the 2200-block of SW 3rd St. Officers discovered the incident was a civil issue and the caller had a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and later released with a citation for the warrant. Open Container- Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of SW 4th St for the report of a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, who was drinking alcohol in public. She was taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released with a citation. Criminal Trespass- An employee at the Corvallis Public Library called to report a subject who was verbally aggressive on the property. The officer responded and located a 36-year-old female, no fixed address, still on the property. The female was issued a trespass notice from the property and left the area. Theft II- Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW 9th St for a report of a subject whose credit card was refused, now yelling at the attendants and refusing to pay. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 29-year-old female, Albany resident, who was the one yelling. The officers learned the female and her boyfriend, a 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident, arrived at the station to get $20 of gas. The boyfriend then pumped $80 of gas, and the two were unable to pay for it. They were issued a citation for Theft II and released. Warrant Arrest- While investigating a previous call, responding officers learned a 29-year-old female, Albany resident, and 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident, both had warrants for their arrests. They were issued citations and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 35-year-old male, no fixed address, near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Beca Ave who was the subject of active warrants. He was issued criminal citations and released. |
