Parking Options

  • Visit Corvallis is a good resource for Game Day Parking information.
  • OSU Athletics Parking and Transportation page has useful Game Day information, including details on a shuttle service operated by the Athletics Department that picks up in two convenient downtown locations.
  • Parking and tailgating on game days is available at Avery Park and Pioneer Park for $20. Revenue from parking at Avery Park and Pioneer Park goes to support Corvallis Parks & Recreation Scholarships and Masonic Youth Scholarships with 100% of the proceeds!
  • 10-hour metered parking is available in downtown Corvallis. Visit the downtown parking map for location information.
  • There is free unrestricted public parking available in two locations in downtown Corvallis: on 1st Street, north of Van Buren Avenue; and in the City-owned parking lot at B Avenue and 2nd Street. The OSU Game Day shuttle buses stop near both of these lots.
  • Please note that parking inside the Free Customer Parking Area, identified by signage and shown on the downtown parking map, is limited to 3 hours.
  • All Corvallis Transit Buses are fareless and several routes serve Reser Stadium. The CTS website has route and schedule information, along with real-time bus location information.

OSU Game Day Citations

Home game traffic typically requires two to three hours to safely facilitate the traffic flow of over 40,000 fans out of Corvallis, and drivers should expect delays.

  • You may receive a citation if you park your vehicle in an improper manner or prohibited area.
  • City laws governing the parking of vehicles on private property will be strictly enforced. Parking is prohibited in any yard adjacent to and visible from a street, except on a driveway or parking area paved with concrete, asphalt, or other hard surface.
  • Property owners should contact the Corvallis Police Department at 541-766-6924 as soon as possible if they have questions about the parking code as it relates to specific properties.
  • The Corvallis Municipal Court handles all parking tickets issued by the Corvallis Police Department. If you wish to contest a parking citation you may appear in court at any regularly scheduled arraignment time within 10 days of the ticket, or you may post the bail listed on the ticket along with a written explanation.

OSU Game Day Towing

  • Vehicles that are improperly parked may be towed. If you believe your vehicle has been towed, please call the Police Department's non-emergency dispatch number at 541-766-6911.
  • Corvallis Municipal Code Section 6.14.060 permits towing without prior notice to the registered owner when the vehicle is disabled, abandoned, parked, or left standing unattended on a road or highway right of way in such location as to constitute a hazard or in a tow away/no parking zone. In such cases, the Chief of Police may immediately take the vehicle into custody.
  • The post towing notice described in Section 614.050 shall be mailed within 24 hours and the Chief of Police shall make reasonable efforts to telephone the registered owner as soon as possible following the towing.
