Imagine Corvallis Action Network

The Imagine Corvallis Action Network (ICAN) will meet virtually at 5:00 p.m. 

ICAN is charged with the development and management of the Imagine Corvallis 2040 Community Action Plan, which is the implementing document for the Imagine Corvallis 2040 Vision.  Read more about the ICAN here.

Oral Testimony

Community members who wish to offer verbal testimony either in-person, via telephone, or through their computer are encouraged to preregister with Kierra Woekel at  Kierra.Woekel@corvallisoregon.gov by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Community members wishing to offer verbal testimony can also notify staff at the beginning of the community comment period during the meeting.

Written Testimony

Community members who wish to offer written testimony may do so by emailing comments to Kierra Woekel at Kierra.Woekel@corvallisoregon.gov. Written testimony will be received until 12:00 pm the day of the meeting. If testimony is received seven days before the meeting (, it will be included in the meeting materials packet. If it is received after, it will be e-mailed to ICAN members before the meeting and included in the meeting minutes.
