People wishing to participate may submit comments in writing, speak during the online meeting, or simply observe the meeting using the following methods:
Submit your comments in writing:
Written testimony must be submitted by noon the day of the meeting so that the Planning Commission is able to consider the submitted testimony in a timely manner.
