City Council Meeting

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend City Council meetings. This meeting is being held in-person and virtually.

Community members wishing to offer testimony in advance on subjects on topics appearing on any City Council agenda and not related to a public hearing before the Council are strongly encouraged to do so in writing. The deadline to preregister for verbal testimony and to submit written comments or materials is 9:00 am the day of the meeting.

• Written materials for a specific meeting date must be submitted via email to city.recorder@corvallisoregon.gov or via U.S. mail to City Recorder, P.O. Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97333-1083 or via the public input form at www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput.
• To testify via computer, telephone, or in-person, commenters must preregister with the City Recorder at the above email address or via telephone at 541-766-6729 X 5075. The number of people who may comment verbally is limited to the first ten who register with the City Recorder. Each speaker is limited to three minutes unless otherwise granted by the Mayor.
