City Council Meeting

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend City Council meetings. This meeting is being held in-person and virtually.

Community members wishing to offer testimony in advance on subjects on topics appearing on any City Council agenda and not related to a public hearing before the Council are strongly encouraged to do so in writing. The deadline to preregister for verbal testimony and to submit written comments or materials is 12:00 pm the day of the meeting.

• Written materials for a specific meeting date must be submitted via email to city.recorder@corvallisoregon.gov or via U.S. mail to City Recorder, P.O. Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97333-1083 or via the public input form at www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput.
• To testify via computer, telephone, or in-person, commenters must preregister with the City Recorder at the above email address or via telephone at 541-766-6729 X 5075. The number of people who may comment orally is limited and each speaker is limited to three minutes unless otherwise granted by the Mayor.
