About the Area

The Corvallis Airport Industrial Park is home to several major employers and industrial businesses including the manufacturing facilities of 2 Towns Ciderhouse, Western Pulp, and Oregon Rubber Mills. Gerding Builders, The Institute for Applied Ecology, Fedex, Kattare, and Viewplus Technologies also have long term leases for their office facilities. The Airport Industrial Park is located adjacent to the Corvallis Municipal Airport and offers multiple sites for lease from 1 acre to 60 acres. Ground leases can be up to 40 years long with the opportunity for extension and competitively priced at $7,318 per acre annually as of 2026.

The Corvallis Airport Industrial Park is also located within the Corvallis Enterprise Zone where up to five years of tax exemption is available for qualified new construction. The City of Corvallis may also offer up to five acres of Wetland Mitigation Credits for projects within the Airport Industrial Park.
