February Treasury Report Now Available

The February Treasury Report from the City of Corvallis Finance Department is now available online.

CANCELED Housing & Community Development Advisory Board

This meeting has been canceled.  The HCDAB met earlier this month on March 7.

The Housing and Community Development Advisory Board (HCDAB) formulates and recommends policies on housing and community revitalization issues, with an emphasis on older, declining, or lower income neighborhoods. Read more about HCDAB here.

Dunawi Creek Maintenance Project Begins

Corvallis Public Works has begun a maintenance and restoration project along two sections of Dunawi Creek in southwestern Corvallis. Contractor crews will be removing invasive vegetation, trash and other debris that could impede creek flows.

The first section includes Dunawi Creek from Brooklane Drive west to Trophy Place. The second section covers the creek from Country Club Place west to Highway 34.

Oregon Land Use 101 Training Session

The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development will host a free training workshop ("Oregon Land Use 101") for members of the Community Involvement and Diversity Advisory Board. The workshop will take place at 7 p.m. July 18 in Council Chambers, on the second level of the downtown fire station, 400 NW Harrison Blvd.

The board is not likely to discuss any official business, but the public is always welcome to attend.
