August 14, 2024 – The deadline for City Council candidates to file for the upcoming November 5, 2024, general election is less than two weeks away. All paperwork must be submitted, verified, and filed no later than August 27, 2024.
The Council will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(f) (To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection) and (h) To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
**CANCELED** Immediately following the regular City Council meeting on September 3, the Council will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) (status of employment-related performance).
