815 and 905 NW Elizabeth Drive Property Line Adjustment (PLA-2024-01)

February 28, 2024 - The City has updated our Engineering Standards, implementing regulations for a Post Construction Stormwater Quality Program (PCSWQ) in order to comply with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Phase II requirements as issued through the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) general permit.

The Gazebo near downtown is both lovely and conveniently located. Surrounded by open lawn space, Central Park's art, flowers, shade trees, and walking paths, it's an icon of old-fashioned charm and beauty.
