VIDEO: Tour the Civic Campus and Law Enforcement Building

Most people don't spend their days working in the existing City Hall or the Law Enforcement Building, so it makes sense that they wouldn't have a thorough understanding of the daily challenges that come with spending time in this aging facilities. From four-legged pests to water leaks to broken windows, we've seen it all.

In these two videos, we take a short tour of both City Hall (part of the Civic Campus at 5th & Madison downtown) and the Law Enforcement Building (where Corvallis Police Department shares space with the Benton County Sheriff's Office).

Residential Demolition Proposed

1052 SW Western Blvd.

 

A demolition permit application has been submitted to Development Services, to demolish a detached accessory structure (garage) at 1052 SW Western Blvd.

As required under City Municipal Code Section 9.01.100.100, a minimum of 50 calendar days prior to issuance of a demolition permit, the owner shall be required to make the structure available to be acquired and moved by a willing party.
