Parks and Recreation Maintenance Facility
This project will replace the existing maintenance facility for the Parks & Recreation Department. The current facility is located at Avery Park and is undersized and outmoded to properly manage the department's equipment and staff needs.
Construction began in June 2026. The project architect is FFA Architecture, and the construction manager/general contractor is Anderson Construction Co.
Funding for this project was provided by a bond, which was authorized by the City Council at the end of 2024.
This project is part of the long-range Citywide Facilities Strategy that was developed in 2021.
