Facility Condition Assessment Summary

This public engagement process is built upon the recent completion of a comprehensive facility condition assessment, which is available for public review on the School District’s website (including an executive summary and the full report).

The assessment was initiated to thoroughly evaluate all building systems and gain a clear understanding of the necessary repairs, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance needs. The report covers the entire facility, including the natatorium, the outdoor pool building, all pools, and the surrounding grounds. Recommendations address a wide range of needs, from code-required fixes to operational improvements.

Previous updates can be found on the Osborn Aquatic Center Roof Assessment page on the City website.
