February 26, 2026 Update

Osborn Aquatic Center's 2nd annual summer job fair is coming up on March 1 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Linus Pauling Middle School. If you know anyone interested in being a lifeguard or aquatics instructor, please share the online job listing and encourage them to apply today.

Mark your calendar with these dates below: 

• March 2 - Aquatic exercise classes return to our outdoor pools.
• March 14 - at 9 a.m. - Registration opens for spring/summer programs through the Parks & Recreation Department, including March - June swimming lessons. Registration is online, phone or in-person. 
• April 4 at 9 a.m. - Info will be shared about upcoming summer (June - August) swimming lesson registration dates and summer schedule. 

The Corvallis School District is continuing to work with consultants to develop the scope and bid package. The District is planning to pre-qualify bidders in March, go out to bid in May, and select a contractor in June. At this time, construction on the roof is anticipated to begin in September. It is unknown if the outdoor lap pool will remain open during all or a portion of construction.
