The Center's Kitchen if a fully-equipped and flexible food preparation space that's perfect for catering, self-service, or as a commercial kitchen for a food products business.  It is certified for food preparation by the Benton County Health Department, and is conveniently located right next to the Ballroom. Whether you want to cater your own event, or launch your own food product business, the Center’s Kitchen can make it possible.

 Included Equipment (additional food preparation and beverage service equipment available for rent upon request):
  • gas stove (with six burners and one large oven)
  • double convection oven
  • large microwave oven
  • 4-bin warming table with pans
  • commercial refrigerator
  • commercial freezer
  • commercial dishwasher (soap provided by the Center)
  • handwashing sink
  • pot-washing triple sink
  • ample counter space

Rental Rates (2 hour minimum rental per date):

  • Kitchen rate when rented with the Chandler Ballroom:
    • Mondays - Thursdays: $18 per hour ($13 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
    • Fridays - Sundays and Holidays: $27 per hour ($14 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
  • Kitchen rented alone:
    • Mondays - Thursdays after 4 pm: $32 per hour ($21 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
    • Fridays (after 4 pm), Saturdays - Sundays and Holidays: $39 per hour ($26 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
  • Alcohol permit: $12, plus general liability insurance. Learn more about the permitting process for events where alcohol will only be consumed and events where alcohol will be sold
  • Building attendant Fee: Outside of normal operating hours, there is an $20 per hour staffing fee
