Filled with natural light, the Maple Room comes already set up in a standard meeting configuration. Located near the Center's reception desk, it is very easy for your guests to find it.

About the Maple Room
 Room capacity: 20 seated at tables; 25 standing

Included Amenities:  Included Equipment (additional tables, chairs, and other equipment available for rent upon request):
  • large, high definition television with webcam and speakers for hybrid meetings
  • vinyl floor
  • dry erase board
  • Meeting chairs with armrests (16)
  • 5' x 18" rectangular tables (9)

Rental Rates (1 hour minimum rental per date):

  • Mondays - Thursdays: $34 per hour ($21 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
  • Fridays - Sundays and Holidays: $42 per hour ($23 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
  • Alcohol permit: $12, plus general liability insurance. Learn more about the permitting process for events where alcohol will only be consumed and events where alcohol will be sold
  • Building attendant Fee: Outside of normal operating hours, there is an $20 per hour staffing fee
