Need to know
Congratulations on completing your project!
A Grant Project Completion Form is required before the end of the calendar year in which Green Grant funds were awarded. You can complete as soon as this your project is finished.
The photos and thoughtful responses received on the form will assist the City in continuing the Green Grant program and promoting the underlining goals of your project. Help us show the community what actions are being taken in Corvallis.
Before you start
- Review your Funding Agreement. It will include details that will help fill out the Grant Project Completion Form.
- Preview the Green Grant Project Completion Form to see what questions will be asked.
- Gather your materials and consider writing your responses ahead of time. You will not be able to save your progress on the form and come back to it later.
Steps
- Submit the Green Grant Project Completion Form. Online submissions are preferred. Contact us if an alternate accommodation is needed.
- Respond to any follow-up questions from staff.
What’s next
You will be notified by staff when review of your form is complete.
