Ranked Choice Voting in November

The City of Corvallis will be using ranked choice voting for the first time for the November 8, 2022 municipal general election.

Paving on Van Buren Starts October 3

Travel on Van Buren Avenue and on 9th Street and 5th Street near Van Buren Avenue will be slow as a result of lane reductions and traffic controls.

$1 Million in Funding Available for Emergency Shelter & Housing

The City of Corvallis is seeking funding proposals to help shelter or house people experiencing houselessness in our community.

Corvallis Police Investigating Pedestrian Hit and Run Crash near OSU Campus

On September 26, 2022 at approximately 6:21 p.m., the Corvallis Regional Communications Center received an emergency call reporting a crash involving a pedestrian occurred at the intersection of NW 26th St and NW Harrison Blvd. It was reported a witness observed someone on the ground and the vehicle involved left the scene traveling west bound on NW Harrison Blvd. Corvallis Police Department personnel and Corvallis Fire Department personnel responded to the scene.

Imagine Corvallis Action Network

The Imagine Corvallis Action Network (ICAN) will meet virtually at 5:00 p.m. 

ICAN is charged with the development and management of the Imagine Corvallis 2040 Community Action Plan, which is the implementing document for the Imagine Corvallis 2040 Vision.  Read more about the ICAN here.
