Circle Boulevard Speed Limit Changes

The City of Corvallis will be implementing changes to posted speeds on Circle Boulevard between Kings and Harrison at the direction of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).  In the upcoming months, City crews will be replacing speed limit signage to reflect the following:

Water SDC Methodology

The Water SDC fee is comprised of both a reimbursement fee and improvement fee.

Wastewater SDC Methodology

The Wastewater SDC fee is comprised of both a reimbursement fee and improvement fee.

Stormwater SDC Methodology

The Stormwater SDC fee is comprised of both a reimbursement fee and improvement fee.

Transportation SDC Methodology

The Transportation SDC fee is comprised of both a reimbursement fee and improvement fee. The value of extra capacity in existing transportation infrastructure is apportioned to projected growth, expressed in terms of daily vehicle trips, to determine the Transportation SDC Reimbursement Fee.  In addition, the value of extra capacity in planned transportation infrastructure is apportioned to projected growth in the same manner, to determine the Transportation SDC Improvement Fee.  The total Transportation SDC Fee is calculated using the sum of the two fees.
