Lettero Property Line Adjustment (PLA-2020-03)

The City of Corvallis' Housing & Neighborhood Services Division has received a high volume of inquiries from our community's property managers, landlords, and non-profit organizations regarding the experiences of others in terms of rent collection, vacancy rate, and tenant communications during the COVID-19 pandemic.

An online survey was conducted between September 9th – September 18th.
