Strategic Plan Discussion Continues at October 10 Work Session

The Corvallis City Council will continue its work to prioritize and refine the City's Strategic Operational Plan at the upcoming October 10 Council Work Session.

Municipal Court Closure in October

October 1, 2024 - The Corvallis Municipal Court will not hold its regularly scheduled court sessions on the following dates in Oct0ber:

  • October 17
  • October 21
  • October 24

Court offices will be open on those dates for other services. Court staff will contact anyone with a previously scheduled date to give them an opportunity to reschedule. Please call 541-766-6948 for more information. 

New City Logo and Branding Coming Soon

October 1, 2024 - The City of Corvallis is rolling out a new municipal logo next month. The new logo will be part of a comprehensive brand system that will replace our existing logo that was first introduced in 1985. Look for the new brand to start appearing on documents, forms, signs, and other high-visibility areas of city operations. (The old logo will remain in use for a while during this transition process.)

Osborn Aquatic Center Indoor Pool Area Closed until Further Notice

September 27, 2024 - The indoor pool area of the Osborn Aquatic Center will be closed until further notice.

Van Buren Bridge Closed for Police Activity

At approximately 8:24 AM on Friday, September 27, 2024, Corvallis Police Officers received report of a 25-year-old male Corvallis resident seemingly suffering from a mental health crisis. The male was reported to be potentially armed and a danger to himself before leaving his home in his vehicle.
