Banner Program

Banner Program Discontinued 

Effective July 1, 2026, the City of Corvallis will discontinue the current Community Banner Program that allows local organizations to display banners on Harrison Boulevard. Reservations that have been awarded to non-profits from now through December 2026 will be recognized and those banners will be hung.

Floods & High Water

The City of Corvallis annually updates a flood preparedness brochure as a reminder of the dangers related to heavy rainfall and the damage that can be caused when a flood occurs.
