In the first half of 2022, the City Council and staff reviewed the best way to fund the necessary work on City facilities to remedy the significant shortcomings identified in the Facilities Needs Assessment Project.
Regular Council meetings and twice-monthly work sessions will once again take place at Council Chambers, located on the second level of the Downtown Fire Station, 400 NW Harrison Blvd.

Osborn Aquatic Center has emerged as one of the leaders in WaterBabies and WaterKids programs on the West Coast. Osborn has taught the basic fundamental swimming skills to 1000’s of infants and toddlers for over 20 years.
