FEMA Seeks Feedback on Endangered Species Act Impact Statement
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has published a draft Environmental Impact Statement about endangered species, intended to be included in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) in Oregon.
Corvallis is a participant in the National Flood Insurance Program, so you're invited to weigh in on this impact statement. The entire process is being managed by FEMA, with lots of resources available online and a series of virtual open house events starting on September 6.

New Transportation Map Highlights Projects in Corvallis
Transportation projects are some of the most talked-about projects in Corvallis. They're generally highly visible projects, and they can often have (short-term) impacts on your favorite travel routes around our community. They're also essential for maintaining our transportation infrastructure so it's safe and reliable for years to come.
This new page on the City website gathers together many current and upcoming transportation projects so you can see more about what's on tap. Each route has a little window that opens with more info, including a link to a project page with more info about the project timeline and budget.
