When is a SWF Permit Needed?
A SWF permit is required when the area of new or replaced impervious surfaces for a project exceeds 5,000 square feet. This includes driveways, parking areas, sidewalks, roof tops, patios, etc.
What is the Cost of the Permit?
SWF permit fees are determined by City Council resolution.
