Aquatic Exercise Class Descriptions

Aquatic Class Description Intensity
Hydro-cise A fun, high energy exercise class. Join the dance party in the pool High Intensity***
Deep Water Workout No impact, cardio, strength, core, and balance work. Participants should be comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts provided. Moderately High Intensity**
Shallow Water Workout Low impact, joint safe, water-supported exercise for developing cardio fitness, flexibility, balance & strength. Personal assistants admitted at no cost. Moderate to Moderately High Intensity**
High Noon Channel Challenge No impact, cardio, strength, core, and balance work all done in the channel.  Moderate to Moderately High Intensity**
Low Impact Channel Challenge High-energy exercise to improve cardio, strength, core, and flexibility utilizing the current of the outdoor water channel. Low Intensity*
Aquatic Movement Motivational fitness and fun for individuals with special needs. Personal assistants admitted at no cost.
