attention: banner program discontinued effective july 1, 2026

Effective July 1, 2026, the City of Corvallis will discontinue the current Community Banner Program that allows local organizations to display banners on Harrison Boulevard. Reservations that have been awarded to non-profits from now through December 2026 will be recognized and those banners will be hung.

Beginning January of 2027, banner space will be reserved exclusively for City-sponsored programs, events, and public information.

We recognize that this program has been a valued way for local organizations to promote events and connect with the community. However, due to the limited availability of banner locations and increasing demand, the City is prioritizing use of this space for initiatives that support broad community awareness and essential City services.

We appreciate the important role local organizations play in our community and thank you for your understanding as we make this transition. The Parks Department will be responsible for managing all future banners being hung over the right-of-way.

The following information only applies to applications submitted before July 1, 2026.

Banner reservations are accepted up to six months in advance of the application deadline, for a period of two weeks. The online banner application form is available to make a reservation.

Confirmed banner reservations for the next several months are shown in the table below. Available slots are shown in bold, along with the application deadline.
