Fire Watch

Your facility is required to conduct fire watch until the inoperable fire/life safety system is repaired.  Fire watch is to be conducted as indicated below:

1. Download the Fire Watch and Fire Watch Notice Documents.
2. Click this link and register that you have received, read, and understand the fire watch documents.
3. Conduct fire watch, according to the downloaded documents, and submit a copy of the Fire Watch Log every 24 hours to firemarshal@corvallisoregon.gov until the fire/life safety system is fixed and acknowledged by the Corvallis Fire Department
