Join us for a free, in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks at C3!
This month's Cooks & Books will be a delicious introduction to Turkish culture through one of its most beloved desserts and traditions.
In this demonstration, Roj Baran will show how to make easy homemade Turkish pistachio baklava and share the art of preparing freshly brewed Turkish tea. Guests will learn about the cultural importance of serving tea and sweets in Türkiye while enjoying authentic flavors.
