Children as young as 10 may enjoy some aspects of the con but may be limited in participating.
- Some scheduled games and areas are limited to 14+ due to adventurous content. Open gameplay is open to all. See game session list below for appropriate ages!
- You must be 14+ to purchase tickets on your own.
- Parents or guardians may purchase tickets for children 5+.
- Children 5 and under do not require a ticket.

Game sign ups will take place at the event, so be sure to arrive early to ensure a spot. There will be waiting lists should a game fill in case of no-shows.

Michelle Nguyen Bradley from Critical Role & Tabletop News
Michelle Nguyen Bradley is a dynamic and experienced on-camera personality, known for her engaging presence in the gaming and pop culture spheres. With roles in popular TTRPG shows like "Critical Role" and "Rat Queens," she brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the table. As a host and producer, her work spans across networks like Buzz Feed, HyperRPG, and Geek and Sundry, showcasing her versatility in hosting live events, interviews, and commentating. Her passion for gaming, both video and tabletop, combined with her insights as a woman of color in the industry, make her an ideal panelist for C3 Gamecon.

Buck Potter
Buck Potter is a remarkable costume maker and cosplayer, renowned for his innovative superhero costumes, including a unique Mandalorian and Star Lord mashup. With a Bachelor's in Technical Theatre Design, his expertise extends to set, lights, props, and sound design. He has been a prominent figure in the cosplay community for over 8 years, starting with a Steampunk Star Lord character and evolving into "The Mandalordian," a blend of Star Lord and The Mandalorian. His passion for combining theatre with the comic/fantasy world is evident in his work.
Vedis Oberyn
Vedis Oberyn, an academic specialized in sociocultural anthropology and Jewish studies, uniquely blends their love for fantasy and tabletop gaming with cultural insights. As an artist and writer, Vedis excels in creating engaging game narratives that reflect diverse real-world perspectives. Their role as a community facilitator enables them to connect with varied audiences, enriching the gaming experience with inclusivity and cultural depth. Join Vedis at Game Con 2024 for a journey into how games can foster understanding and celebrate our diverse world without engaging in harmful tropes.
Tyler Welch
Tyler Welch is an author, fitness coach, and miniature painting enthusiast. He is the creator of the Arcane Exercise series, which uses common ttrpg vernacular, game mechanics, and an old school fantasy aesthetic to view and explain exercise through a gaming lens.

Playtest Corvallis, a group of local game developers from Corvallis, excels in creating innovative board games, TTRPGs, and card games through community collaboration. Known for their engaging titles like "Kitten Klash," "Tapestry: Fantasies & Futures," and "Monster Girl High School," they embody the philosophy that playtesters are crucial in evolving good games into great ones. Show off your cosplay chops at our community C3 GameCon.
Ages 14+ may sign up on their own.
Cosplayers 10-13 will need a 14+ parent or guardian to sign up to compete.
Sign up at the event, registration opens Friday at 1pm!
The judging portion will take place on Saturday, February 17th .
Stage walk of your cosplay and winners announced Saturday!
- You will be given a 5 minute minimum, 10 minute maximum slot to show your costume to the judges.
- There are 30 contest slots available so be sure to sign up early.
- A waitlist will be started when all 30 slots have filled.
- It is recommended to be 5-10 minutes early for your time slot.
- Late arrivals will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
- Prizes will be awarded for Best Overall Cosplay and 1st, 2nd & 3rd runners up.
- Honorable Mentions are awarded and nominated based on the judges discretion.
