Parks System Development Charge (SDC) Public Notice

90-day Notice of System Development Charge (SDC) Consideration

November 17, 2025 - The City of Corvallis hereby issues public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304 (7), of its intent to consider changes in its park system development charge methodology and project list.

If adopted, the proposed Parks SDC methodology will go into effect for all applicable permits applied for on or after February 17, 2025.

Implementation of the proposed methodology consists of two separate components:

1) The proposed Parks SDC methodology report will be available for public review on December 17, 2025 (60 days prior to public hearing).

2) The City Council will hold a public hearing on February 17, 2026, regarding the proposed Resolution adopting a Parks SDC methodology and project list.

The proposed Parks SDC methodology will be available for public review at the following locations:

• City of Corvallis website - https://www.corvallisoregon.gov/
• Corvallis-Benton County Public Library – 645 NW Monroe Avenue
• Corvallis Community Center (C3) – 2601 NW Tyler Avenue
