Outdoor Burning Permit Application

A Corvallis Rural Fire Protection District resident (outside of the City limits) may only burn yard debris on "burn days" which are authorized by Oregon Department of Environmental Quality during the spring (March 1 through June 15) and fall (October 1 through December 15).

Backyard burning within the City limits is prohibited at all times.

All outdoor burning will be prohibited during extreme fire weather periods.
