Permit Records

There are many ways to stay informed about permits and development activity happening at the City, including:

1. Explore our permitting database at www.corvallispermits.com. The permitting system includes all permits and applications dating back to 1990. Here you can find permits, reviewed plans, and additional details such as project valuation and contractor information.
    
2. AgencyCounter is a map-based permitting tool that allows you to search for recently submitted applications and issued permits by location.
   • If you would like to receive automated alerts for activity at a certain location, sign up for an AgencyCounter account.
   •  Alternatively, you can skip the account creation, and simply see active applications on a map.
3. Search the city’s document archives at https://archives.corvallisoregon.gov. Here you can find permitting records prior to 1990.To find permit and land use records, click on Community Development, and then on Address Documents. 

Construction Activity Summaries

Development Services publishes multiple reports on a regular basis that summarize ongoing construction activity in the City of Corvallis.

Monthly Summary of Building Activity:
This report summarizes the number of building permits issued by the City of Corvallis' Development Services Division each month.

Monthly Structural Permits Issued:
This report lists structural permits issued each month for the construction of new buildings or for alterations to existing structures.

Annual Building Summaries:
This is the end of year building activity report, with information for the entire calendar year.

Demolition Activity Summary Report

The Demolition Activity Summary Report summarizes all demolition permit activity between any date range of your choosing. To use the report, simply input your requested start and end dates.
