| March 4th |
Theft- A volunteer called from the 500-block of SW 4th St to report a subject stole a cell phone from the location. The caller identified the suspect as a 51-year-old female, no fixed address, who walked from the location. Officers located the female in the area, detained her, and located the stolen phone on her person. The phone was returned to the owners, and the female was issued a citation for the theft and released. Trespass- A security guard called from the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave to report a subject trespassing. Officers arrived at the library, contacted a 20-year-old male, and trespassed him from the property. Disorderly Conduct II- A customer called from the 2100-block of NW 9th St to report a subject behaving strangely and stating he was “strapped” and carrying a firearm. Officers arrived in the area, but the suspect, a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was no longer present. The officer developed probable cause for Disorderly Conduct and began to search for the suspect. He was later located, arrested, issued a citation for the offense, and released. Criminal Trespass I / Interfering with a Police Officer / Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when they observed a subject running away from the area, down the railroad tracks in the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The officer developed probable cause for Criminal Trespass I and yelled for the subject to stop. The male, later identified as a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, continued to run from the officer, jumping fences into private property. The male was eventually contacted and arrested. When he was identified, the officer learned he had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Theft- Caller reported a package was stolen off the porch of their residence in the 500-block of NW 8th St. The suspect was not identified. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 37-year-old male, no fixed address, near SW Western Blvd and SW Philomath Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation. Criminal Mischief- An officer took a report of a window that was smashed with a rock at a business in the 1100-block of SW Crystal Lake Dr. There was no suspect information. |

Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the 1500-block of NW 9th St to report a subject screaming at staff and customers outside the business. The caller asked for the subject to be trespassed from the business. An officer arrived and contacted the subject a 52-year-old female, Coos Bay resident. She was provided with a trespass notice and left the area. Harassment- Caller wanted to make a report of ongoing harassment between themselves and a 39-year-old male, no fixed address. The responded officer learned the suspect male was on probation, and a condition of that probation was no contact with the caller. The investigation will be forwarded to Linn County Parole and Probation for their consideration. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to an apartment complex in the 1300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of an argument between a male and female. A 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and a 37-year-old female, Albany resident, were identified as the individuals involved. The female reported the male punched the window and kicked the door of her vehicle after she flipped off the male for honking at her. The male stated the female was parked in an area she was not allowed to park in at the complex, and struck a fence while backing up. The male honked at the female, and she exited her vehicle while yelling at him. The female spit toward the male and had a bat in her hand. Video evidence corroborated the male’s statement, and the female was issued a criminal citation for Violent Conduct. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at SW 2nd St and SW Western Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Reckless Burning- Officer discovered a small, unattended warming fire near a business in the 100-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir. The officer extinguished the fire. Warrant Arrest- While on an unrelated call for service in the 100-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir, an officer contacted a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, who was wanted for a shoplifting incident. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Criminal Trespass- A property manager called from the 1800-block of NW Circle Blvd to request a subject in an RV to be trespassed from the property. The officer arrived at the location, contacted a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, and trespassed him from the property. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A parks employee called for assistance dealing with a confrontational suspect at the Skate Park. Officers responded to the area and contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, who calmed down and agreed to leave the area. During the contact, the officers learned the male was a sex offender and was out of compliance with his registration. He was issued a citation and left the area. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 52-year-old male, Philomath resident, arrived at the Law Enforcement Center to renew his sex offender registration and staff discovered he was out of compliance. An officer contacted the male, issued him a citation, and he completed his registration then left the building. Criminal Trespass- A caller reported a neighbor was refusing to leave his property in the 800-block of NW Oak Ave. Officers responded to the location and contacted a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and trespassed him from the caller’s property. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a residence in the 200-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for a report of a theft. The caller reported her ex-boyfriend stole her backpack and left the area on foot. The male was located and identified as a 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male did not have a backpack with him, but did have a warrant for his arrest. The caller located her backpack, so there was not probable cause to arrest the male for theft, but he was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 67-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 400-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Trespass- Caller reported a male was on the property of his business in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd after he had previously been trespassed. The suspect was identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and it was confirmed he had been trespassed from the property. The male was taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and issued a criminal citation for Criminal Trespass II. Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen outside of a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. No suspect was identified. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to the area of NE Hwy 99W and NE Conifer Blvd for a report of a male driver passed out in his vehicle at the intersection. Officers located the vehicle, and the male was still passed out in the driver’s seat. Officers woke up the male and observed he appeared intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for DUII and Reckless Driving after performing SFSTs. The male was lodged at the jail. Misrepresentation of Age- A local bar employee in the 100-block of SW 2nd St reported a potential patron attempted to use a fake ID to enter the bar, and the ID was seized. The patron also called dispatch to report the bar took his ID, but when the bar employee told the patron they knew the ID was fake and they had also called the police, the patron decided to leave before police arrived. Reported Unlawful Use of a Vehicle- Victim reported a person known to her had just left in her truck without her permission from the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. The vehicle and suspect were located in the neighborhood, and investigation determined he has used the vehicle in the past, and the victim only wanted the vehicle returned and no charges. He returned the vehicle. |

Burglary- Caller reported a cold burglary which occurred at her residence in the 5400-block of SW Country Club Dr. Multiple tools were stolen from the residence, but no suspect was identified. Trespass- Caller reported a male was at Cloverland Park and appeared to be moving his personal belongings into the bathroom. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and had been previously trespassed from all City parks. The male was issued a criminal citation for Trespass II. Trespass- Caller reported a male was inside their business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St and refused to leave after being asked to do so. The suspect was identified as a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and he was trespassed from the business. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- A 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped at SW 3rd St and SW Adams Ave for a traffic violation. The male’s license was suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was issued a criminal citation for DWS-Misdemeanor. |
| February 28th |
Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a report of a male who stole over $100 in merchandise. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1000-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a bicycle which was stolen sometime in the early evening. Found Property- A found wallet was turned in at the Law Enforcement Center. Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol / Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an intoxicated male who was refused the sale of alcohol by a store clerk due to his level of intoxication. The 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, left the store driving in a vehicle and was contacted nearby at his residence. The male was intoxicated and taken into custody for DUII. The male also had a suspended license. The male was taken to the hospital and later lodged at the jail. Disorderly Conduct II- While on another call for service in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave, two males approached an officer. The reporting parties advised a 30-year-old male, no fixed address, came up to them a short time earlier and told them he could kill them, and then reached into a nearby sewer grate and retrieved a hammer. The reporting parties felt threatened and the male with the hammer walked away from the area. Officers located the male nearby with the hammer and took him into custody for Disorderly Conduct II. The male was lodged at the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, driving approximately 40 mph in posted 25 mph zone near SW 2nd St and SW Madison Ave. The officer noticed signs of impairment and investigated. The male performed SFSTs, which indicated he was impaired. The male was lodged at the jail. Theft- An officer was dispatched to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of an unknown person who stole a backpack and satchel which had been left unattended. |

Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a female who had been previously trespassed and was back in the store, screaming at people. The suspect, a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was arrested for Criminal Trespass I. The female was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. Hit and Run- Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a vehicle that hit and damaged a bicycle rack in the area before leaving. Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1000-block of SW 13th St for a report of individuals attempting to enter a vehicle which did not appear to belong to them. The owner of the vehicle was out of town and had sent the keys to another individual in town. One of the individuals who was contacted was a 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of an active warrant. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released on a criminal citation. Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the 2500-block of SW Pickford St for a report of a neighbor who confronted another neighbor about reckless driving. During the confrontation, one involved party alleged the other party entered their residence unlawfully. No probable cause for enforcement action was developed due to conflicting statements and a lack of other evidentiary leads. Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 5200-block of SW Blueberry Dr for a report of an unwanted male who had attempted to enter the residence when the caller answered the door. The 20-year-old male, Albany resident, was contacted on scene and issued a Trespass Notice from the residence. Trespass- Officers responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a trespass complaint. It was reported a male was refusing to leave after being asked to do so. Upon arrival, officers contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and took him into custody for Criminal Trespass and transported him to the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400-block of NW Monroe Ave. The driver was identified as a 25-year-old male, Portland resident, who sowed signs of impairment. The male consented to SFSTs and was subsequently arrested for DUII. The male was transported to the jail for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering. |

Burglary / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1500-block of SW 53rd St for a report of a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, acting disorderly, threatening staff at a business and attempting to force entry after being denied service. Officers contacted the male and subsequently arrested him for Disorderly Conduct II, Attempted Criminal Mischief II, and Attempted Burglary II. The male was taken into custody and transported to jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 500-block of SW Madison Ave. It was determined the male had numerous warrants for his arrest. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody on the warrants. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1600-block of NW 9th St for a report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave the property. A 56-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested, transported to the hospital for clearance, and then transported to the jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 33-year-old male, Philomath resident, in the 200-block of NW 5th St who was the subject of an active warrant. He was lodged at the jail. Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the 400-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a vehicle which had left the scene of a crash which had just occurred. Officers located the suspect vehicle near the intersection of SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd. The driver was identified as a 22-year-old male, no fixed address. Investigation determined there was no damage to either vehicle from the crash itself, but there was probable cause to arrest the driver for Reckless Driving. The male was ultimately released on a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 45-year-old male, Eagle Point resident, in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd on an active warrant after he called in a welfare check on himself. He was highly intoxicated and was transported to the hospital at his request for an alcohol evaluation. The male was issued a criminal citation for the active warrant. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 40-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of NW 3rd St. During the contact, it was learned the male had multiple warrants for his arrest from various jurisdictions across Oregon. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 53-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 2300-block of NW Monroe Ave. During the contact the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was cited in lieu of custody and released at the scene. Trespass- Officers responded to the 400-block of SW Western Blvd for a report of a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, acting erratically and not leaving the property when asked to do so. The male was located and trespassed from the business. |

Storing Property on a Public Way- An officer was dispatched to a complaint of people camping in their vehicle in the 1900-block of NW Hayes Ave. The officer issued a citation to a 36-year-old male, no fixed address, for storing items on the public way. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a subject yelling and cursing in the paring lot. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address. An adjoining business requested the male be trespassed. The male was issued a trespass notice and left the area. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- A 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped at NW Jackson Ave and NW 2nd St for a traffic violation. The officer observed the male appeared intoxicated. The male refused to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was taken into custody for DUII and Reckless Driving. The male was transported to the jail. Disorderly Conduct- Caller reported a male was yelling profanities on a city bus near NE Circle Blvd and NE Belvue Dr. While the male was yelling, he pulled out a box knife but didn’t threaten anyone with it. The caller got off at the next bus stop, and the male got off the bus and began following him. The male was identified as a 52-year-old male, no fixed address, and was issued a criminal citation for Disorderly Conduct II. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the area of NW 15th St and NW Fillmore Ave for a report of a male hitting cars and yelling at kids at a high school track meet. The caller reported the male was threatening to kill the kids, but never approached anyone. The suspect was located in the area and identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was issued a criminal citation for Violent Conduct. Criminal Trespass- Caller reported a male was inside their business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd and causing a disturbance. The suspect was identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who had previously been trespassed from the business. The male was issued a criminal citation for Criminal Trespass II. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to SW 3rd St and SW Avery Dr for a report of an argument between multiple people. A 43-year-old female and a 28-year-old male, both no fixed address, were contacted during the investigation. There was no crime regarding the argument, but both subjects had warrants for their arrest. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody and the male was transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to the 400-block of NW 1st St for a trespass complaint. Officers contacted a 59-year-old male, no fixed address, and trespassed him from the property. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 200-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for an argument between a male and female. Upon contacting the involved parties, the officers learned the male, a 28-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had an outstanding warrant. He was issued a citation for the warrant. |

Illegal Camping / Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers were responded to a complaint of an illegal camp in Porter Park when they contacted a 35-year-old female, no fixed address, who had an active warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and custody was transferred to Albany Police Department to serve the warrant. Additionally, a 49-year-old male, no fixed address, who was contacted was issued a trespass notice and removed from the park. Open Container of Alcohol- An officer was on patrol and observed a subject with two open containers of alcohol in the 400-block of SW Adams Ave. The officer stopped and identified the 45-year-old female, no fixed address, issued her a citation, and released her. Criminal Trespass- Caller reported a subject on a business property refusing to leave in the 500-block of SW 2nd St. The officer arrived in the area and contacted the subject, a 41-year-old male, no fixed address. The officer trespassed the male from the property and he left the area. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 59-year-old male, Philomath address, came to the Law Enforcement Center to register as a sex offender and was found to be out of compliance with his registration. An officer contacted the male, issued him a citation, and released him. Theft- Caller reported they had a package stolen from their residence in the 500-block of NW Linden Ave. There were no cameras and no suspect was identified. Shoplift- An officer responded to a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a shoplifter in custody with loss prevention staff. The suspect was identified as a 37-year-old female, Eugene resident, who had stolen over $70 worth of merchandise. The female was issued a criminal citation. Criminal Mischief- Caller reported their residence in the 1100-block of NW 28th St was egged. There was no video of the incident and no suspect was identified. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, near NW 17th St and NW Harrison Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released. |
| February 23rd |
Criminal Trespass II- An officer was on patrol when they were alerted to a subject in the park bathroom near NW 1st St and NW Van Buren Ave by a parks employee. The employee stated the subject had been previously trespassed from all City parks. The officer contacted the subject, a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and confirmed he had been previously trespassed. The male was removed from the area, issued a citation for trespassing, and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 300-block of SW Adams Ave. During the traffic stop, the officer learned the driver, a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested, issued a citation, and the traffic stop was completed. Recovered Stolen Vehicle / Warrant Arrest- A detective observed what appeared to be a reported stolen motorcycle parked in Avery Park, and a male appeared to be coming and going from the motorcycle. The detective was able to confirm the motorcycle was stolen and officers responded to assist with taking the subject, a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, into custody. The male admitted to stealing the motorcycle and had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Hit and Run- Caller reported a vehicle struck the fence surrounding their property in the 2500-block of SW Pickford St, causing significant damage to the fence. The caller was able to describe the suspect vehicle and it was located in the area. The suspect was identified as a 77-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and he admitted to hitting the fence and leaving the area without attempting to contact anyone about the damage. The male was issued a criminal citation for Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver-Property Damage. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 2500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a trespass complaint. The caller reported a female who had been previously trespassed from the business was back and refusing to leave. The suspect was identified as a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, and officers confirmed she had been previously trespassed. The female also had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 56-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 900-block of NW Kings Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. Motor Vehicle Collision (Injury)- Officers were dispatched to the 5800-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a head on collision between two vehicles, and a third vehicle that went into a ditch. Two drivers were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation revealed one of the drivers fell asleep behind the wheel and crossed over into oncoming traffic. |

Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported their vehicle was broken into while it was parked outside a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd. There was no video available, and a suspect was not identified. Disorderly Conduct- Caller reported a 34-year-old female, no fixed address, was kicking his vehicle while it was parked in the 200-block of SW 6th St. The caller did not wish to pursue charges against the female and believed she needed help due to her controlled substance use. The female was not located. Attempted Assault IV / Resisting Arrest- Officers responded to the Skate Park for a report of an assault which had just occurred. The caller reported she was exiting the bathroom and a female approached her. The female put an object in the caller’s face and told her to smell it. The caller pushed the female away and the female punched the caller in the face. The suspect female was located in the area and identified as a 34-year-old female, no fixed address. The female had a warrant for her arrest and resisted being taken into custody. The female was ultimately taken into custody for Attempted Assault IV, Resisting Arrest, and the warrant, and transported to the jail. |

Warrant Arrest- A 38-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 500-block of SW 2nd St and cited on a warrant out of Lincoln County. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 26-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd. It was determined the male had active warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to a report of a male screaming obscenities in the 2800-block of NW Grant Ave. Officers contacted the 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned he had been previously trespassed from the business. The male was subsequently arrested and released with a citation for Trespass II at the Law Enforcement Center. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a complaint of a domestic dispute in the 700-block of NW 21st St. It was determined the dispute was only verbal in nature, however a 49-year-old male, Albany resident, was arrested on several active warrants and transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to an adult care facility in the 800-block of NW Chipmunk Pl to assist Corvallis Fire Department with an alarm activation and a resident who injured himself. While on scene, officers contacted a separate 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had several active warrants for his arrest. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with citations. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male screaming and causing a disturbance inside. The 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a Trespass Notice from the business and left. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave for a report of a person sleeping in a laundry room. The 46-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was discovered to have a warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was released with a criminal citation. Harassment- Officers contacted a person who reported they had been assaulted earlier in the night in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd. The suspect was identified as a 34-year-old female, no fixed address, but was not located during the initial response. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1400-block of SE Vica Way for a report of two people in the street yelling and swearing, and sounds of someone being hit. Two people were contacted in the area, and a 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was detained for investigation. Subsequent to investigation, the male was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II, and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was released with a criminal citation. Trespass- Officers responded to a facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a female who was refusing to leave. The 26-year-old female, no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was released with a criminal citation. |

Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a two-vehicle collision. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, and one driver, a 25-year-old female, Albany resident, was issued a violation level citation for dangerous left turn. Found Property- Three Corvallis residents came to the Law Enforcement Center with a found backpack they located in the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave. No articles of identification were in the backpack. It was entered into evidence for safekeeping. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 900-block of NW Kings Blvd. During the contact, officers learned the male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody at the scene. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers stopped a wrong-way driver in the 1700-block of NW Harrison Blvd. Investigation on scene determined the driver, a 22-year-old male, Salem resident, was intoxicated, and he was taken into custody. The male was booked at the jail for DUII. Probation Violation- Officers responded to the 1200-block of NW 23rd St for a report of a violation of an order. Investigation revealed no active orders were in place. However, the suspect, a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was on probation with a condition to not contact a family member whom he lived with. Theft / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a theft which had just occurred. It was determined a 45-year-old male and a 22-year-old female, both no fixed address, stole multiple items from businesses in the area. Officers located the suspects near the 3900-block of SW Western Blvd. The female was cited for Theft II and Theft III, in addition to numerous warrants for her arrest. The male was cited for Theft II and numerous warrants for his arrest. Both were trespassed from the associated locations. Disorderly Conduct / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a possible domestic disturbance in which a 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was attempting to force entry into another guest’s room. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation, determining no crimes of domestic violence occurred. The male was warned for Disorderly Conduct and was issued citations in lieu of custody for his active warrants. Theft- A Corvallis resident reported a cold theft which occurred the week prior. The reporting party was unable to provide suspect details, as they had transported multiple people from a basketball game to an unknown fraternity. Device information was obtained to further the investigation. Theft- Caller reported a food delivery worth approximately $20 was stolen in the 900-block of SW Washington Ave. Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers responded to the area of NW Grant Ave and NW Highland Dr for a report of a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed a 36-year-old female, Corvallis resident, and a 20-year-old female, Corvallis resident, were involved in a collision, though no fault was determined. Trespass- Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an intoxicated individual trespassing on the property. Officers located a heavily intoxicated 63-year-old male, no fixed address, and trespassed him from the property. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a trespass complaint. A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was located and trespassed from the location. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a male in the 2500-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The 37-year-old male, no fixed address, had several outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations in lieu of custody. |

Criminal Trespass II- Officers responded to the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a 53-year-old male, no fixed address, trespassing on a business property. Officers arrived in the area, located the male, issued him a trespass notice and released him. Harassment / Criminal Mischief II / Criminal Trespass II- A caller reported a subject broke their windshield in the 300-block of NW 2nd St and the suspect was still following them. Officers responded to the area and located the suspect, a 38-year-old male, Albany resident. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass II- Officers responded to the 2600-block of NW Garryanna Dr for a subject who was asked to leave but refused to do so. Officers arrived at the address and contacted a 43-year-old female, no fixed address. Officers removed her from the property, issued her a trespass notice, and released her. Criminal Trespass II- An employee in the 4500-block of SW Research Way reported a 43-year-old female, no fixed address, on the property whom they wanted trespassed. An officer contacted the female, removed her from the property, and trespassed her. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 57-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of NW 5th St. During the contact, the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Animal Neglect- Officers contacted a 30-year-old male and a 22-year-old female, both Corvallis residents, at their address in the 3900-block of NW Whitham Hill Dr regarding an animal abuse complaint. The male and female’s dog sustained a cut on its nose that was swollen and obviously infected. The male and female attempted to utilize internet artificial intelligence programs about the cut, which informed them the dog was likely to die, so they didn’t seek any veterinary treatment. The dog was seized and evaluated by a veterinary clinic, who determined the dog would not succumb to the infection. Both suspects were issued criminal citations for Animal Neglect II, and the dog was not returned to their possession. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Hit and Run / Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the area of NW Kings Blvd and NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a possibly impaired driver. The caller reported the vehicle was swerving, unable to maintain speed, and nearly hit a parked vehicle. The vehicle was located stopped in the middle of the intersection of NW 21st St and NW Harrison Blvd. The driver was identified as a 41-year-old female, Corvallis resident, and she was passed out when officers contacted her. Additionally, there was damage to her vehicle. Officers were able to wake the driver up and observed she was visibly intoxicated. The female was taken into custody for DUII after performing SFSTs. After the female was taken into custody, it was learned she had indeed struck a parked vehicle near NW 23rd St and NW Taylor Ave. She was charged with DUII, Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering, and Criminal Mischief II. The driver was booked at the jail. Identity Theft- A local elderly resident was scammed into providing his personal information to an unknown caller. The scam was discovered by a family member prior to losing any money, and they had the victim’s accounts frozen to prevent any fraudulent activity. Burglary- Caller reported a historical burglary at his business in the 500-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir. Nothing appeared to be missing, and the suspects did not make entry into the main building of the business. |

Driving While Suspended- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 300-block of NW Jackson Ave for a traffic violation. During the stop, the officer learned the driver, a 27-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was driving while suspended. The male was arrested, issued a citation, and released. Attempted Assault IV / Domestic Violence / Warrant Arrest- Caller reported being attacked by her boyfriend in the 2500-block of SW Pickford St. Officers arrived at the residence and contacted the victim who reported her boyfriend, a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, pushed her, knocked her over the couch into a coffee table, and put his hands around her throat. During the investigation it was also determined the male had a felony warrant for his arrest. The male was located at his residence nearby, arrested, and booked into jail. Criminal Mischief- Caller reported a group of three males damaged fencing on the property of their business in the 1900-block of NW Highland Dr. The males left the area prior to officer arrival and were not located. Hit and Run- Caller reported their vehicle was hit by another vehicle while it was parked in the 1600-block of NW Jackson Ave. No suspect was identified. Found Dog- An officer responded to the 2400-block of NW 9th St for a report of a found dog. A small, white poodle was transported to Heartland Humane Society. Suspicious Person- Caller reported a suspicious male in his driveway near the caller’s van in the 2200-block of SE Ryan St. The caller activated the vehicle alarm, and the unknown male ran off. The area was searched by officers, but no suspect was located. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 1000-block of NE Sorrel Pl for a report of an unidentified individual who threw a brick through a window of a residence. Video of the unidentified suspect was obtained. |

Theft- Caller reported a male stole merchandise from their business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The suspect left in a vehicle prior to officer arrival. The caller stated the male has done this before in the past, and did not want to pursue theft charges due to the minimal value, but did wish to have the male trespassed if he was located. Another officer located the male in his vehicle and identified him as a 66-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male admitted to stealing from the business and was trespassed. Attempted Theft- Caller reported he received a phone call while at his business in the 200-block of SW Washington Ave. The male suspect told the caller he worked for a federal agency and that the caller needed to take all of the cash from the register, take it to another business, and convert it to crypto-currency. The caller began doing this, but then realized it was a scam and ended the phone call. |

Warrant Arrest / Resisting Arrest- An officer was dispatched to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a subject screaming and yelling in the area. The officer arrived in in the area and contacted a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, nearby who matched the description of the subject. The officer recognized the female from previous police interactions and learned she had warrants for her arrest. The officer told the female to stop, and she continued to try to walk away. The officer went to detain the female who immediately became aggressive, attempting to resist being taken into custody. She was eventually arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 2200-block of NW Jackson St for a report of a male “constantly yelling and screaming at nobody.” Officers arrived in the area and located a 42-year-old male, no fixed address. The male had several warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations for the warrants and released. Warrant Arrest- A 64-year-old male, Montana resident, was contacted at a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr. The male had an extraditable warrant for his arrest out of Montana and had a cautionary information for being a “non-compliant and violent sexual offender.” The male was taken into custody without incident and transported to the jail. Suspicious Circumstance- Caller reported a history of what appeared to be someone trying to break into their residence in the 800-block of NW 23rd St. The caller reported they had previously noticed cuts on window screens, so they installed a camera in the windows of the residence. The caller got video of an unknown person looking in their windows the previous night. Due to the quality of the video, there were no distinguishing features of the person observed, as well as no new damage to the window screen. The subject was not identified. Warrant Arrest- A 42-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Car Prowler- A resident in an apartment complex in the 3400-block of SE Midvale Ave witnessed a person attempting to enter at least two different cars at the complex before running off. Trespass- A 64-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespassing at a medical facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr after refusing to leave the property, once the facility had completed caring for her medical needs. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. |

Warrant Arrest- A 39-year-old female, no fixed address, came to the Law Enforcement Center to speak with officers. It was discovered she had felony warrants for her arrest. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 54-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male had several active warrants for his arrest and was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of SW B Ave. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for his warrants. Warrant Arrest- Officers arrested a 28-year-old male, Lebanon resident, and a 24-year-old female, no fixed address, who both had active warrants near the intersection of SW 3rd St and SW Avery Ave. Both were ultimately released on criminal citations. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 51-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 900-block of NW Kings Blvd. The male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Linn County Jail. Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW 4th St for the report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was in the bathroom for over an hour, refusing to leave. The male had been previously trespassed for similar behavior. He was taken into custody and transported to the Law Enforcement Center, where he was later released with a citation. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to a vehicle crash near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Hayes Ave. A vehicle leaving a parking lot sideswiped a parked vehicle, and the driver was issued a traffic citation for unlawful turn. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 37-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1100-block of NW 9th St who was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested and transported to the jail where he was lodged. Narcotics Offense- Officers responded to a business in the 5500-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a person doing whip-its in a vehicle in the parking lot. A 53-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a citation for Unlawful Use of Inhalants. Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers were on routine vehicle patrol when they observed a vehicle crash at the intersection of SW 53rd St and SW Philomath Blvd. Westbound traffic on SW Philomath Blvd was closed due to blockage. While some online reports indicated this collision involved a CPD patrol vehicle, the vehicle was only present for traffic control and not involved in the collision. Theft- Officers contacted a resident in the 200-block of NW 2nd St who reported their bicycle was stolen sometime during the early morning hours. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 200-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male refusing to leave the bathroom after being in there for 45 minutes. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a trespass notice from the business. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a trespass. The business was trying to close and an intoxicated 63-year-old male, no fixed address, was refusing to leave. The male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the hospital by medics due to his intoxication and was issued a citation for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted two males outside of a business in the 1900-block of NW 9th St. The first subject, a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, had a warrant for his arrest. The second subject, also a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, had several warrants for his arrest. Both males were issued citations for their respective warrants. |

Unlawful Discharge of a Weapon- Officers were dispatched to the 100-block of NW 21st St for the report of a victim being shot by a BB gun. Officers discovered a 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was shooting a BB gun out of his window and hit a passerby. He claimed he was trying to hit garbage cans. The male was cited for discharging a weapon. Fake ID- A 20-year-old female, Corvallis resident, tried to pass off a fake ID at a liquor store in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. She was cited for trying to pass the fake ID to obtain alcohol. She left the liquor store with no alcohol and a fine. Littering- Officers contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of SW Adams Ave. The male was asked to clean up the area he had littered. The officer returned ten minutes later and found the littering situation had worsened. The male was cited in lieu of custody for littering. Trespass / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1800-block of SW Whiteside Dr for a report of a male who had trespassed on private property while acting strangely, appearing intoxicated. It was reported the subject tried to swing a punch at an individual who was attempting to usher them off the property. The male was not located during the initial response. Warrant Arrest / Theft- An officer contacted a 27-year-old female, no fixed address, in the area of SW Western Blvd and SW B Ave. The officer recognized the unique bike the female had was stolen. The female also had warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation for the warrants and taken into custody for the bike theft. The female was booked into jail. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 33-year-old female, no fixed address, who had warrants for her arrest in the 200-block of SE Chapman Pl. The female was cited in lieu of custody for the warrants. Harassment- Officers responded to a business in the 700-block of NW Buchanan Ave for a report of a subject who rushed the caller and pushed him up against a vehicle. The caller produced a firearm and told the male to leave, and the male did. The caller did not wish to pursue charges and the male was not located during the initial response. Theft / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a female who was trespassing. The suspect, identified as a 33-year-old female, no fixed address, was located in a nearby store and arrested. She was the subject of active warrants and was taken to the hospital for a jail clearance for medical issues and drug ingestion. The hospital advised they would not be providing a jail clearance, and she was issued a citation for theft and a citation for one of the warrants. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a vehicle which was stolen earlier in the day. The vehicle was later located in town. Burglary- Officers responded to a business in the 800-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a subject who broke through a chain link fence and attempted to gain access to a shed before leaving the area. Theft- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW Alexander Ave for a report of a stolen bicycle. Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was cited on active warrants after being stopped for a bicycle violation in the area of NW 9th St and NW Buchanan Ave. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody on an active warrant after being contacted in the 1400-block of NW Highland Ave. While being taken into custody, officers determined he was in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- During an unrelated call, officers contacted a 28-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1400-block of NW Highland Dr and discovered he had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 27-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody on an active warrant after being contacted in the 800-block of NW 5th St. During the contact, he was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Traffic Stop- Officers conducted a high risk traffic stop at the Hwy 34 Bypass after witnessing what appeared to be a domestic dispute going on inside the vehicle, with the female passenger attempted to get out of the vehicle while it was in motion. It was ultimately determined not to be a domestic issue, but in fact a highly intoxicated passenger who was opening the door to “scream at her exes.” The driver stated he could get the female home safely, and both subjects were released. Warrant Arrest- A 48-year-old female, no fixed address, was cited on an active warrant after officers responded to a complaint of an argument in the 1900-block of NW 9th St. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers were patrolling the alleys and alcoves of the downtown area when they contacted two subjects in the 400-block of SW Jefferson Ave. The officers identified both subjects and discovered one of them, a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation on the warrant and released. Warrant Arrest- When officers contacted the male listed above, they also contacted a 37-year-old female, no fixed address, in the same area. The female also had outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued citations for the warrants and released. Open Container- An officer was on patrol in the 500-block of SW 4th St when he observed a subject with an open container of alcohol. The officer stopped the subject and identified her as a 45-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was issued a citation for open container and released. Criminal Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 4100-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of illegal camping. Officers responded to the location and contacted a 27-year-old male, no fixed address, camping on the property. During the contact, the officers learned the male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations for criminal trespass and the warrants and released. Motor Vehicle Collision (Injury)- Officers responded to a report of an injury collision in the 500-block of NW Monroe Ave. The investigation showed a driver, a 52-year-old male, Corvallis resident, struck a bicyclist as the driver was conducting a left turn. The driver was cited for Failure to Yield to a Bicyclist. Warrant Arrest- A 54-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on an active warrant after being contacted on an unrelated complaint in the 600-block of SW 4th St. |

Theft- A business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St reported a cold theft after a group of people entered the store in an organized fashion and worked together to steal roughly $2,000 worth of cosmetics two days prior. Fraud- A representative for a non-profit group in the 2000-block of SW De Armond Dr came to the Law Enforcement Center to report a cold fraud. Someone opened an account in the name of the non-profit organization, resulting in approximately $650 worth of charges to the organization. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported his vehicle was broken into while it was parked near NW 1st St and NW Van Buren Ave. Discharge of a Weapon- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male shooting an airsoft gun from his vehicle. The subject, a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was located in the area and detained. The male admitted to shooting the airsoft rifle. He was issued a criminal citation for Discharge of Weapons. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 500-block of SW 4th St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Officers responded to a community residential facility in the 200-block of SE Chapman Pl for a report of a male who was refusing to leave the facility. The 76-year-old male, no fixed address, was asked to leave multiple times by staff and officers and refused to do so. The male was escorted out of the facility and issued a criminal citation for Trespass II. Trespass- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited for trespass after he was reportedly in a restroom in Riverfront Park in the 100-block of NW 1st St and refused to leave when the security patrol was attempting to secure the restrooms for the night. Theft- Victim reported the theft of keys and other items from their workplace in the 400-block of NW Elks Ave. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to a business alarm in the 200-block of SW Jefferson Ave and discovered a broken window to a business. Entry did not appear to be gained into the business. Investigation continuing with security footage. Trespass- A 69-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespass after refusing to leave a medical facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. |

Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Theft- Officers contacted a 32-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 2000-block of NW 9th St after a theft complaint. A delivery driver stated he had left his car idling while retrieving an order, and when he returned, the female, unknown to him, was sitting in the passenger seat of his vehicle. After contacting police, he noticed some personal items were missing. Officers located the personal belongings on the female, as well as a cell phone that had been stolen earlier in the evening. The female was cited and released. Theft- After having just been contacted for a previous theft, officers contacted a 32-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. Officers were inside of a store when the witnessed the suspect female walk out of the store with merchandise for which she had not paid. Trespass- Officers were conducting a routine check of the downtown alleys and businesses when they contacted a 36-year-old male, no fixed address, sleeping under a “no trespass” sign in the 200-block of NW 3rd Ave. The male was issued a citation for trespass. Unlawful Use of a Vehicle / Reckless Driving- Caller reported seeing an abandoned car inside Avery Park high-centered on a pile of bark. The vehicle’s lights were on with a door open. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted, who stated the vehicle had been stolen by an acquaintance. The owner of the vehicle would not provide officers with the acquaintance’s name, nor did they wish to pursue charges related to the vehicle theft. The vehicle was towed from the park. Hit and Run- An unknown person hit a stop sign at the intersection of NW Witham Hill Dr and NW 36th St. A resident observed a vehicle stopped at the intersection a few hours prior, but was unable to provide enough identifying information. Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was cited on an active warrant after she was contacted on an unrelated complaint in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. Warrant Arrest- A 31-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody on a felony warrant after being contacted near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Grant Ave. She was booked at the jail. |

Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a 66-year-old male, no fixed address, who smeared feces over the entirety of his hotel room. The male was kicked out of a nearby hotel a few days prior for doing the same thing. He was trespassed from the second hotel. Theft- A 76-year-old male, no fixed address, stole merchandise from a store in the 2600-block of NW 9th St. The store chose not to pursue charges and instead wanted him to be trespassed from the property. Fraud- A person posing as a tech support specialist convinced a victim to give them $1,000 in gaming gift cards. They had the victim share their screen while they were on their banking institution’s website. The suspect then stole an additional $400 from the victim. The victim realized it was a scam and contacted police. Criminal Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a subject inside the business yelling, cursing, and refusing to leave. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 66-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was removed from the business and issued a trespass notice for the property. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 2400-block of SW Coho St for a report of a loud party. The residence was issued an initial response SRN. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving / Reckless Endangering / Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy 34 and the Hwy 34 Bypass. The driver, a 25-year-old male, Sweet Home resident, was found to be driving on a criminally suspended license. Investigation on scene also determined he was driving while impaired. He was processed and released at the jail. |

Trespass- A 29-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited for trespassing in the 200-block of NW 3rd St. Warrant Arrest / Attempted Assault on a Peace Officer- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a subject walking into people’s rooms without explanation. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 25-year-old male, no fixed address, who had several active warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and booked into jail. While being processed at the jail, the male kicked a jail deputy and was therefore also charged with Attempted Assault on a Peace Officer. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule II)- An officer observed and stopped a 20-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 400-block of NW Monroe Ave for probable cause to arrest stemming from a previous investigation. During the arrest, the officer searched the male and found what appeared to be controlled, prescription pills outside of their original container on his person. The male was arrested for the original probable cause and charged with PCS. He was booked into jail. Theft- A business in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave reported a cold theft of a canopy bearing the business logo. The canopy was worth $1,200. Trespass / Resisting Arrest / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir for the report of a 27-year-old female, no fixed address, and a 56-year-old male, also no fixed address, who were trespassing on private property. Officers contacted both and discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male resisted arrest while being taken into custody. He was transported to the jail, while the female was warned for trespassing. Criminal Trespass II- An employee from a business in the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave called to report a male yelling and cursing inside the business. Officers arrived at the business and located a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from said business. The male was arrested, removed from the property, issued a citation and released. Theft II- An employee called from the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl to report a theft suspect leaving the area. Officers responded to the business and learned the suspect stole merchandise valued at $159 and fled the area in a vehicle. A Benton County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation and identified the driver as a 61-year-old male, Newport resident. The stolen merchandise was recovered, and the male was issued a citation for theft. Trespass- Officers responded to a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a 76-year-old male, Salem resident, who was refusing to leave. He was arrested, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released with a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 37-year-old male, no fixed address, near the intersection of NW 21st St and NW Polk Ave who was the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. |

Theft- Officers were dispatched to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of two females who stole multiple items from a store. The females fled in a vehicle before officers arrived and were not located. Theft / Trespass- Officers contacted a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 200-block of NW 1st St. The male was discovered to be wanted by officers for a previous theft and trespass. He was taken into custody and transported to the Law Enforcement Center. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when he contacted a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, in Central Park. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Nudity / Open Container- A caller reported a nude female at the bus stop near NW Kings Blvd and NW Buchanan Ave. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 60-year-old female, no fixed address, who was indeed nude with an open container of alcohol at the bus stop. The female was arrested, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, provided some clothing from the jail, issued a citation and released. Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW 1st St for a report of a female talking nonsensically and worrying passersby. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 57-year-old female, no fixed address, inside the business. She refused to leave when asked to do so, was arrested, removed from the area, issued a citation and released. Trespass II- A caller reported a previously trespassed subject was back on the property. Officers arrived at the address and found a 57-year-old female, no fixed address, in the area. The female was trespassed from the property and left the area. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Corvallis Fire Department ambulance crew reported a female entered their ambulance and refused to exit when they responded to a call in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave. The subject, a 57-year-old female, no fixed address, was later located on an unrelated call and cited for UEMV. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 50-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 3200-block of SE Midvale Ave who had an active warrant for his arrest. He was booked at the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 42-year-old female, no fixed address, in Avery Park, who had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was issued citations. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody on an active Linn County warrant after officers responded to a noise complaint in the 500-block of SW 4th St. He was transported to the Linn County Jail. |
