October 2nd |
Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for the report of a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who was acting abnormal. Officers discovered the female had warrants for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for her warrants. Criminal Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a subject “tweaking” in the area. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 31-year-old male, no fixed address, in the area. The caller requested the male be trespassed from the business. Officers issued a trespass notice to the male and ensured he left the location. Criminal Mischief- Officers contacted residents in the 500-block of NW 18th St who reported some eggs were thrown at them by neighbors. They didn’t want to pursue criminal charges, but officers spoke to the neighbors about potential consequences. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a female banging on doors with a “crack pipe.” The 58-year-old female, no fixed address, had been previously trespassed from the business. She was arrested and transported to the courthouse where she was released with a criminal citation. |
October 1st |
Burglary- An unknown suspect broke into a church in the 1600-block of NW Grant Ave and stole multiple items. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 3400-block of SE Midvale Dr for the report of a 67-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was trashing her apartment. Officers contacted the female and discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Burglary / Criminal Mischief / Theft- Officers were dispatched to the 2500-block of SW Pickford St for the report of a cold burglary. An unknown individual broke into a laundry room and stole change from the machines. Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver- Officers were dispatched to the 4900-block of NW Walnut Blvd for a report of a hit and run crash. Officers arrived on scene and determined an 84-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had struck a parked vehicle, damaging it. The female then drove from the area and was involved in a second crash. She was located and admitted to the crash in the 4900-block of NW Walnut Blvd. She was issued a citation for Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver and released. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-injury)- The same 84-year-old female, Corvallis resident, from the hit and run investigation was involved in a crash in the area of NE Circle Blvd and NE Highway 99W. The female driver stayed on scene and was subsequently identified as the driver from the previous crash, too. She was issued a citation for Failure to Yield the Right of Way in addition to the citations noted above. Theft III- An employee called from the 900-block of NW 9th St to report a theft. The caller identified a 63-year-old female, no fixed address, attempted to steal $58 worth of merchandise. The employee stopped the female as she was walking out of the store and recovered the stolen product, and the female suspect ran from the area. Violation of a Restraining Order / Resisting Arrest / Menacing- An officer responded to a restraining order violation in the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave. The initial investigation led to probable cause to arrest a 48-year-old male, no fixed address, for being at the address in violation of a restraining order. Officers searched the area and located the male nearby. An officer stopped the male and told him he was under arrest. The male dropped his bicycle, began to back away, and removed a pair of pliers from his pocket while saying he was not going back to jail. The officer ordered the male to get on the ground, and he continued to back up. Eventually, the male sat on the ground and dropped the pliers. However, when additional officers arrived, the male picked up the pliers and again attempted to leave. The suspect was tased by officers and taken into custody. The male was booked into jail for Violation of a Restraining Order (three counts), Resisting Arrest, and Menacing. Warrant Arrest- An officer was dispatched to a welfare check in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a female lying on the ground next to her wheelchair. Officers arrived on scene and found a 52-year-old female, no fixed address, who was uninjured and not in need of assistance. During the contact, officers learned the female had a warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass II / Open Container- An employee called from a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St to report a subject inside and refusing to leave for several hours. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 56-year-old female, no fixed address, near the business. The female was arrested for Open Container and Trespassing, removed from the located, issued citations for the offenses and released. Theft- Officers responded to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a cold theft. Investigation revealed two unknown males stole a 12-pack of alcoholic beverages from the business and departed without paying. |
September 30th |
Trespass- Caller reported an unidentified male was trespassing around multiple residences in the 400-block of NW 8th St. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male and female who were on the property and refusing to leave when asked. A 55-year-old male and 62-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted on the property. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Both were issued trespass notices and left the property. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200-block of SW 3rd St. During the traffic stop, officers developed probable cause the driver, a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was driving under the influence of intoxicants. The male was taken into custody and later released with criminal citations. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 1000-block of NW Van Buren Ave. During the contact, it was discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. |
September 29th |
Welfare Check / Telephonic Harassment- Caller reported her ex was threatening to kil himself due to being upset over a recent child custody dispute. The male was contacted and denied being suicidal. He was warned for telephonic harassment. Trespass- Caller reported a female had been inside her business located in the 2500-block of NW Monroe Ave for several hours and wasn’t leaving. The caller wanted the female trespassed from the business. A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted inside the business and issued a trespass notice. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a female who went into the business, did not purchase anything, and refused to leave when asked. A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was located inside the business and refused to leave when told to do so by officers. The female was taken into custody for Trespass II and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- A 42-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of NW 4th St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |
September 28th |
Illegal Camping / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported two illegally erected tents in Porter Park. The occupants were contacted and trespassed from the parks. One of the occupants, a 33-year-old female, no fixed address, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Assist Other Agency (Oregon State Police)- Officer responded to assist OSP in recovering a confirmed stolen vehicle. A high-risk stop was conducted in the 900-block of SW 15th St and the driver was detained. Further investigation indicated the vehicle was stolen in Portland and then sold. The driver did not appear to have been knowingly driving a stolen vehicle. Shoplift / Interfering- A caller reported a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, stole merchandise from a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acres Pl. The male was located and attempted to flee from responding officers. The male was detained and arrested for Theft and Interfering. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Officers responded to the Fall Festival in Central Park for a report of a female selling merchandise without a permit and arguing with event staff. The 55-year-old female, Philomath resident, was issued a trespass notice and left the area. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a male causing a disturbance. The caller reported a male threw a milkshake at an employee and then left the business. The employee was uninjured during the incident. The male was not located by officers. Identity Theft- Caller reported finding a card skimmer on an ATM at their business in the 2400-block of SE 3rd St. The caller did not know how long the device was on their ATM and was unsuccessful in locating a suspect while looking through surveillance video. Trespass II- Officers responded to a residence in the 200-block of NW 29th St for a report of a prowler. The caller reported he was viewing an unknown male looking around in his backyard on his surveillance video. The male left prior to officer arrival but was located in the area. The suspect was identified as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the jail. |
September 27th |
Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 53-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer was in the 700-block of NE 2nd St when he saw two males actively smoking meth through a glass pipe. The 33-year-old male and 41-year-old male, both no fixed address, were taken into custody and later released with citations for PCS Methamphetamine. Initial Special Response Notice for Loud Noise / Unlawful Amplified Sound- A caller reported a loud party with a live band in the 900-block of NW Van Buren Ave. An officer responded to the area, located the loud party, and contacted the resident. The 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued an SRN for Loud Noise and Unlawful Amplified Sound. Disorderly Conduct II / Interfering- Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave for the report of a fight. Officers contacted involved parties and detained one when she attempted to disregard Officer orders and leave the area. Investigation determined a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, had grabbed an extension cord and began swinging it at an employee when they tried to stop her. The female was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was ultimately released on criminal citations. Theft of Services- Officers contacted a caller in the 3500-block of SE Midvale Dr for a report of multiple people depositing their trash in the caller’s garbage bin without permission. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 13th St for a report of a loud party. An initial SRN was issued. |
September 26th |
Shoplift- An officer responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St for a theft and contacted a 30-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had stolen approximately $50 worth of merchandise. The male was on probation and had a warrant for his arrest. Disorderly Conduct II- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave for the reporting of two males fighting. Both subjects were cited. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a recently fired employee back at the business. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, outside the business. The business requested the male be issued a trespass notice. The officer issued the former employee a trespass notice and he left the area. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, turned herself in at the Law Enforcement Center on an active warrant. She was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Attempted Robbery III- A business in the 500-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir called to report a male subject trespassing on their property. When employees asked the subject to leave, he began yelling, cursing, and throwing items. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, nearby. During the trespass investigation, officers were notified the male had tried to steal a passerby’s medication. The victim of the robbery reported the male rushed at him, grabbed and tried to steal his bag, and then threw a punch at the victim, missing him. The male was arrested for Attempted Robbery III and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 27-year-old male, Albany resident, in the area of SW 3rd St and SW Twin Oaks Cir during an unrelated call for service. During the contact, the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- A caller reported observing a vehicle driving “all over the road” and up onto the sidewalk in the area of SW Tunison Ave and SW Leonard St. As officers were responding to the location, the caller reported the driver exited the vehicle, moved to the rear passenger seat, and then remained in the vehicle. Officers arrived at the vehicle and were able to establish probable cause that the 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the vehicle was the driver. After performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the male was arrested for DUII. Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a subject screaming and yelling in the 600-block of SW Madison Ave. An officer responded to the location and found a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, yelling in the area. The officer stopped the female and learned she had over 20 active warrants for her arrest. She was arrested, removed from the location, issued multiple citations for the warrants and released. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 1500-block of SE Bethel St for a report of a male ripping the roof off a little library stand and knocking over trashcans. The male was not located during the initial response. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 13th St for a report of a verbal argument with one caller armed with a handgun. Officers contacted both parties and investigated. No parties were injured, and the handgun was not displayed during the event. A 21-year-old male, Washington resident, and a 20-year-old male, Junction City resident, were issued criminal citations for Violent Conduct. Assault IV- Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. Officers detained a 22-year-old male, Illinois resident, during the immediate response. Investigation determined the male was asked to leave the business and refused. He was escorted out by employees and he resisted, biting an employee and kicking at them. He was taken to the ground by employees. The male was booked into the jail. |
September 25th |
Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 56-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 200-block of SW Twin Oaks Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with a citation. Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the 1st Degree / Luring a Minor- Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW Madison Ave for the report of a 24-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was trying to meet up with who he thought was a 14-year-old female. He instead met with a group of online activists. Officers developed probable cause to arrest the male for crimes related to meeting up with a juvenile for sex. He was transported to the jail. Fraud- Officers were dispatched to the 1100-block of SW Cole Pl for the report of a local resident who fell victim to a warrant scam. She was convinced she had a warrant for her arrest and paid the scammers $6,800. Criminal Trespass II- An employee called from Avery Park to report a subject in the park yelling and screaming near the playground. An officer arrived at the park and located a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, in the park after having previously been trespassed from all City parks. The officer issued the male a citation for Criminal Trespass II, extended his trespass of the parks, and provided him a short time limit to gather his belongings and exit the park. Warrant Arrest- AN officer contacted a 29-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. During the contact the officer learned the male had several active warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass II / Resisting Arrest- Caller reported a subject blocking the road in Avery Park. An officer responded to the park and located the same 45-year-old male, no fixed address, from a trespass call earlier in the day. The male was in the roadway in the park. The officer told the male he was under arrest, and the male then resisted officers before being taken into custody. He was booked into jail for Criminal Trespass II and Resisting Arrest. Motor Vehicle Collision (Injury)- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed a 47-year-old female, Corvallis resident, ran a red light and hit another vehicle, causing minor injuries. The female was issued a citation for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to an alarm call in the 700-block of NW Buchanan Ave. During the investigation, officers located a 21-year-old male and a 45-year-old male, both no fixed address, who each had multiple warrants for their arrest. The were issued citations in lieu of custody and released at the scene. |
September 24th |
Theft- An unknown male stole groceries from a store in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. Theft- A bike valued at $4,000 was stolen from a residence in the 800-block of NW Calliope Dr by an unknown suspect. Theft / Trespass- Officers were on patrol in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave when they saw a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, begin to run away from the area. The male began to run between houses and was trespassing. He was eventually caught nearby and it was discovered he was in possession of a bike valued at $1,000 which did not belong to him. He was on probation and a detainer was placed on him. He was transported to the jail. Assault IV (Domestic Violence) / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1200-block of NW 23rd St for a report of a domestic disturbance. Officers responded to the location and contacted a mom and her 36-year-old son, Corvallis resident. The officers learned the male pulled his mother’s hair, struck her, and threw a fork at her. The mother received a cut to her foot and reported pain from the attack. Additionally, the officers learned the son had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested, issued a citation for the warrant, and booked into jail for Assault IV (DV). Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was cited on several active warrants after he was contacted on a theft complaint in the 1800-block of SW 49th St. Burglary- A victim in the 3000-block of SE Sternwheeler Dr reported his residence was burglarized sometime since July while he was gone for an extended amount of time. Victim is still trying to determine whether anything was stolen or not. |
September 23rd |
Criminal Mischief- Caller reported she was woken up by an intoxicated college aged subject running away from her residence in the 300-block of NW 26th St. The caller went back to sleep and woke up this morning to find a broken window where she had observed the unidentified male running away. Theft- Caller reported she had a pair of shoes stolen from outside her residence in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a theft which had just occurred. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and located in the area with the stolen merchandise. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft III. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to a community living facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a previously trespassed female back on the property. The suspect was identified as a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, who had warrants for her arrest. The female was taken into custody and a meth pipe with drug residue was located on her while being searched. The female was charged with PCS-Methamphetamine and transported to the jail. Open Container- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male urinating in public. A 51-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and was drinking from an open container of alcohol. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Open Container. Attempt to Locate Vehicle / Use of Inhalants- Officer responded to a possible DUII driving complaint and located the vehicle parked in a closed business in the 800-block of NW Circle Blvd. The occupant of the vehicle was “huffing” inhalants in the presence of the officer and was cited for this. The driver continued to huff the inhalants after being cited and was subsequently taken into custody for the criminal offense. She was booked at the jail. |
September 22nd |
Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old female, Corvallis resident, came to the Law Enforcement Center and turned herself in on an outstanding warrant. She was taken to the jail. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 52-year-old male, Corvallis resident, came to the Law Enforcement Center to update his sex offender registry but was found to be out of compliance. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Trespass- Caller reported there was a female outside their residence in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave who had been previously trespassed. A 65-year-old female, no fixed address, was still on the property when officers arrived. The female was taken into custody for Trespass II and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 500-block of NW Monroe Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Assault III- A 20-year-old male, Washington resident, was cited for Assault III after he struck a female medic on a medical call. The suspect was drunk, and officers and medics initially responded to the 1500-block of NW Grant Ave because he was found to have facial injuries. It was determined the male had tried to start fights with friends as they were walking him home when he ran from them and fell down, injuring himself in the process. He was transported to the hospital and left in their care. |
September 21st |
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle- A caller reported an unknown suspect stole her vehicle from the 3400-block of SE Midvale Dr. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC as stolen. Warrant Arrest- A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was causing a disturbance in Central Park. She was found to have outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and cited. Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was drinking alcohol outside a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. She was issued a trespass notice. Attempt to Locate Vehicle / Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A caller reported a vehicle with very erratic driving. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was found to be revoked at the misdemeanor level and was arrested for DUII. Warrant Arrest- A 36-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at NW 6th St and NW Jackson Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to Central Park for the report of a female yelling and causing a disturbance. A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and had been previously trespassed from all City parks. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. |
September 20th |
Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 1300-block of SW Avery Park Dr for the report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was causing a disturbance. The male had been previously trespassed from the area. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Disorderly Conduct- Officers were dispatched to the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr for the report of a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, who was causing a disturbance in the park around young children. The male was reported to be harassing people and yelling obscenities. He was taken into custody, transported to the jail, and trespassed from all City parks. Theft II / Criminal Trespass- An employee in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd called to report a shoplift suspect detained. An officer arrived at the business and contacted the employee and suspect. The employee reported the suspect, a 52-year-old male, Salem resident, stole over $130 worth of product and was stopped outside of the store. The suspect was issued a citation for Theft II, trespassed from the business, and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 31-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. During the contact, the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Violent Conduct / Criminal Trespass II- The manager of a store in the 1300-block of NW 9th St called to report a male subject refusing to leave the business. As the manager was on the phone, the male left the area and then returned a few minutes later. When he returned the second time, the suspect punched the windows and caused the manager to lock the business’s doors. Later in the shift, the responding officer located the suspect, a 48-year-old male, no fixed address, nearby. The officer arrested the suspect, removed him from the area, and issued him a citation at the Law Enforcement Center. Criminal Trespass II- An employee in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St called to report a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was on the property after being previously trespassed. The officer responded to the area, but the suspect had already left. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol and stopped a bicyclist for a traffic infraction in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. The officer identified the cyclist as a 51-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a report of an argument between a male and female. Officers arrived in the area and contacted a 48-year-old male and a 39-year-old female, both no fixed address. Officers determined there was no crime, only a verbal argument, but also learned both subjects had warrants for their arrest. The female was issued a citation for her warrant and released. The male was arrested and booked into the Linn County Jail. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to a residence in the 800-block of NW Calliope Dr for a report of a person who kicked the caller’s door in and ran off. The person did not enter the residence and fled when they realized someone was home. Warrant Arrest- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 800-block of NW Circle Blvd. The driver, a 42-year-old female, Albany resident, was arrested on an active warrant. She was ultimately released with criminal and traffic citations. Driving While Suspended- Officers on routine patrol observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of NW Kings Blvd and NW Circle Blvd which they attempted to follow but lost in the surrounding neighborhood. Officers located the vehicle parked a few minutes later near the intersection of NW Arthur Cir and NW Arthur Ave. Investigation identified the driver of the vehicle as a 58-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was driving on a criminally suspended license. He was arrested and ultimately released on a criminal citation. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 2600-block of NE Lancaster St for a report of a female who was banging on apartment doors and screaming to be let in. The 29-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted by officers and intoxicated. She had thrown some small planters, causing damage. The female’s apartment was located and she was returned to her apartment with her partner. As officers were leaving, they heard a thud and could see through a window the two were involved in a physical altercation. Officers made exigent entry into the residence and detained both parties. Neither party was injured during the event, and the significant other was provided a courtesy ride to a friend’s residence. The female was left at the apartment with a criminal citation for Violent Conduct. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 67-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 200-block of NW 5th St who was the subject of active warrants. He was issued criminal citations and released. |
September 19th |
Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver- Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 4th St for the report of a hit and run. The suspect’s side mirror was left at the scene. Officers were able to later locate the suspect vehicle and placed the owner, 47-year-old male, Dallas resident, into custody. He was later released with a citation. Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 100-block of SW B Ave for the report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was trespassing at the park. Officers contacted the male suspect and placed him into custody. He was transported to the jail. Officers arrived and contacted the male, who had a tree branch in his hand and was thrashing it around. He was taken into custody. It was discovered he was yelling threats, broke a small tree, ripped up irrigation, and caused a disturbance in the area. He was transported to the jail after a jail clearance at the hospital. Warrant Arrest- An officer was dispatched to the 900-block of NW Hayes Ave for a welfare check on a male sleeping on the sidewalk. The officer arrived at the location and contacted a 51-year-old male, no fixed address, who was lying on the sidewalk. The officer found the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested, removed from the area, issued a citation for the warrant and released. Warrant Arrest- An employee in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd called to report a subject, previously trespassed from the business, back on the property. An officer responded to the business and contacted a 52-year-old female, no fixed address, in the area. They discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. The female was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Harassment / Theft II / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to the intersection of SW 2nd St and SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a male and female who were arguing, and the argument was becoming physical. Investigation determined a 26-year-old male, Lebanon resident, pushed a female towards his vehicle after an argument where she accused him of cheating. She did not want to get into the vehicle, and the argument continued after she told a passerby to phone police. The male took her phone and hid it in the area. Officers were able to locate the phone and located a baggie containing methamphetamine next to where the phone was hidden. The male was transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to a complex in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave for a report of someone inside a utility building. A 46-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was located inside the outbuilding. He was intoxicated and had recently been evicted from his apartment in the complex. He was issued a criminal citation and released. |

Sextortion- Officers were dispatched to the report of a male communication with someone over a social media dating site. The unknown person convinced the victim to send nudes and then threatened to post the photos online if the victim did not send money. Reckless Burning- Officers were dispatched to the 1300-block of SW Philomath Blvd for the report of an intentionally set fire. The fire was discovered by someone riding by on a bike. It is unknown who the suspect is, but Corvallis Fire Department members were able to get the fire out before it spread too far. Failure to Carry and Present / Providing False Information / Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a vehicle in the area of NW 4th St and NW Van Buren Ave for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the driver was unable to providing an identifying document and provided information which did not match his records. The officer was able to identify the driver as a 29-year-old male, Brownsville resident, who had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail where his identity was confirmed. Storing Property on a Public Way- An officer was dispatched to the 300-block of SW 3rd St for a report of someone setting up a tent in the middle of the sidewalk. The officer responded to the area and located a 51-year-old female, no fixed address, in her tent in the middle of the sidewalk. The female was provided with resource information and issued a citation for Storing Property in a Public Way. The female attempted to walk away from the area, leaving her property on the sidewalk. She was stopped and warned for littering/abandoning property and returned to clean up. Misuse of 911- Dispatch reported a 31-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was continually calling 911 and not reporting an emergency. The calls were coming from the 2600-block of SW Pickford St. Officers arrived at the address and confirmed there was no emergency. The female was arrested for Misuse of 911 and booked at the jail. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 1000-block of SE 3rd St for a subject camping on the property and refusing to leave. The officers contacted a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, at the location. The male was issued a trespass notice and moved from the property. Criminal Trespass II / Disorderly Conduct II / Criminal Mischief III- A caller in the 400-block of SW 3rd St reported an intoxicated subject threw a beer on the floor inside the business and was now in the parking lot yelling at people. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 42-year-old male, Toledo resident, in the parking lot. The officers learned the male threw the beer inside the store, attempted to fight with the cashier, and was then in the parking lot yelling at customers and employees. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest / Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- An officer stopped a vehicle in the area of NW 8th St and NW Van Buren Ave. During the traffic stop, the officer identified the driver as a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and learned the driver was driving while suspended at the misdemeanor level. He also had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St for a report of two teens who stole and then ran from the area. Disorderly Conduct / Resisting Arrest / Open Container- Officers responded to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for the report of a male who was intoxicated and yelling at passersby. The 54-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was also in possession of an open container of alcohol. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Open Container and resisted arrest. He was placed in a WRAP Restraint device and transported to the hospital for jail clearance, before being transported to the jail where he was lodged. Criminal Mischief / Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St for a report of four subjects who climbed on the roof and were hammering something before fleeing the area. An exterior skylight was found damaged. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a previously trespassed male in the parking lot. The 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was issued a criminal citation and left the area. |

Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave for the report of two subjects trespassing on the property. A 46-year-old male and 65-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted and found to have been previously trespassed from the location. Both were taken into custody and later released with citations. Theft / Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for the report of a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who had previously been trespassed and was now stealing from the business. Officers contacted the female and placed her into custody. She was later released with citations. Human Waste- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a person lying on the sidewalk covered in detritus. Officers arrived at the location and found a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, lying amongst her belongings and trash spread over the area. During contact with police, the female urinated in the nearby alley after being told she could not. The officers issued her a citation for Human Waste, and she picked up her belongings and left the area. |

Assist Other Agency (APD)- Caller reported a hit and run that happened in Albany. The victim followed the suspect on Hwy 20 into Corvallis. The involved vehicles were located and the suspect was issued a citation on behalf of Albany PD. Assist Other Agency (CFD)- A delivery vehicle broke a natural gas line in an alley which prompted the evacuation of nearby businesses in the 200-block of NW 2nd St. Officers established a perimeter for vehicle and pedestrian traffic control. Corvallis Fire Department and NW Natural were able to shut off the gas relatively quickly and the area was back to normal within 90 minutes. Theft- Caller reported an unidentified suspect stole a speaker from her camp. Fraud- Reporting person called on behalf of his friend who has been scammed. Caller reported his friend had given scammers approximately $1,000 already and was about to give them more money. The victim was reluctant to speak to officers, but admitted to giving the scammers $5,000 today because he was told he had won something. The male was advised to contact his bank to alert them to the fraudulent spending and advised not to respond to any additional phone calls or emails. No suspect identified. Discharge of a Weapon- Officers responded to a residence in the 3300-block of NW Norwood Dr for a report of an accidental discharge of a firearm. The 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, reported he was cleaning his firearm and accidentally placed a loaded magazine into the gun when going to “dry fire” it. The round went through his bedroom wall and into the front yard. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Discharge of a Weapon. Shoplift- Caller reported a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, stole merchandise from her business in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd. The suspect was identified and located in the area. She was issued a citation for Shoplift II. Attempted Theft / Interfering with a Police Officer / Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 30-year-old male, Philomath resident, was taken into custody after officer received a shoplifting complaint at a convenience store in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St. The store clerk reported the male stole items from the store and then fled on a bicycle from an officer when they attempted to stop him. The male was apprehended and discovered to have a warrant for his arrest for failing to register as a sex offender. The male was also found to have user amounts of methamphetamine on his person. He was booked at the jail on the above charges. |

Trespass- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassing outside a business in the 600-block of NW 2nd St. The male refused to leave when employees directed him to go. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole a package from a residence in the 2600-block of NW Garryanna Dr. Theft- Caller reported a cold theft at his residence in the 200-block of NW 31st St. Caller stated they had an aluminum ladder stored in the alley next to his residence and came outside yesterday to find it was missing. No suspect information. Warrant Arrest- A 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 3500-block of SE Midvale Dr for a driving complaint. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was transported to the jail. Open Container- A 51-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a report he was lying in the parking lot with an open container of alcohol and yelling at employees. The male was contacted by officers and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Open Container. He was issued a trespass notice as well and left the area. Trespass- A 48-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for trespass after being contacted on a business property in the 2500-block of NW Kings Blvd where he wasn’t supposed to be. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. Trespass- A 54-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespassing in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr after refusing to leave when directed to by hospital staff. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. Warrant Arrest- Caller reported a 49-year-old male, no fixed address, breaking into the construction area in Pioneer Park. A potential was located, but the caller did not answer repeated attempts at contact, and no other evidence or information was available. The suspect, however, was found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations in lieu of custody. Identity Theft- A caller reported they found several accounts were opened using their identifying information. No known suspect. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer observed a male whom he knew to have warrants from prior police contacts. The male attempted to flee, but was quickly taken into custody on those outstanding warrants. The 42-year-old male, no fixed address, was also found to be in possession of a user amount of methamphetamine. Robbery / Trespass / Theft / Warrant Arrest- A 68-year-old male, no fixed address, returned to a downtown business where he had previously been trespassed and arrested numerous times. The male stole a box of wine and threatened to kill an employee. The male was located nearby and arrested. He was also found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was lodged at the jail. Trespass / Storing Property on Public Way- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassing at a downtown business. The male had copious amounts of property stored on the sidewalk in front of the business. The male was trespassed from the business and issued a citation in lieu of custody for storing his property on the public way. Warrant Arrest- A 37-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at Central Park. The male had a warrant for his arrest, was taken into custody, and transported to the jail. Identity Theft- Caller reported an unknown person opened an account with Verizon using her information. Caller did not have any other suspicious activity involving her personal information. No suspect identified. Warrant Arrest- A 51-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted at his residence in the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to a business in the 200-block of SW Madison Ave for a glass break alarm. While officers were en route, an additional caller witnessed hearing glass break at a business in the 300-block of SW Madison Ave and seeing a male running away. Officers located broken windows at two separate businesses. A male matching the description given by the caller was located in the area and admitted to breaking the windows. The 25-year-old male, no fixed address, was bleeding from the knee as well, which he said he sustained from kneeing one of the windows. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief I and Criminal Mischief II and transported to the jail. Driving Under the Influence- Officers responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a residence in the 400-block of NW 9th St. The vehicle appeared to have left the roadway, clipped a tree and entered the residence on its side, before coming to a stop completely in the home. The driver, a 23-year-old female, Toledo resident, was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. Three occupants of the home were in a different room and uninjured. Subsequent to further investigation, the driver was charged with DUII and Reckless Driving. Robbery III / Shoplift- A convenience store clerk in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St reported a male suspect went behind the counter and stole cartons of cigarettes, then assaulted the clerk as he fled. A thorough search of the area did not locate the suspect. |

Criminal Mischief- Officers were dispatched to the 2800-block of NW Larkspur Pl for a report of damage to a window. Officers located a hole in a residential window which appeared to have been made by a BB gun. No suspect information. Offensive Littering- Officers were dispatched to the 100-block of NW Monroe Ave for the report of a 43-year-old female, no fixed address, who was causing a disturbance. The female was illegally camping in the park and had strewn rubbish throughout the area. She yelled obscenities and other unmentionable things when officers contacted her. She was taken into custody for littering and transported to the jail. Theft III / Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl to report a shoplifting suspect detained at the business. An officer arrived and detained a 46-year-old female, no fixed address, who had stolen a battery bank from the business. The officer issued the female a citation for Theft III, a trespass notice for the business, and released her. Warrant Arrest- Caller reported a subject riding a dirt bike up and down the road in the area of NW Walnut Blvd and NW Hummingbird Dr. An officer located the dirt bike rider in the area and stopped him. During the contact, the officer learned the 50-year-old male, Albany resident, had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and warned about possible traffic violations and released. Special Response Notice II / Unlawful Amplified Sound- Caller reported a very loud live band in the 500-block of SW 3rd St. An officer responded to the area and confirmed the business was in violation of Unlawful Amplified Sound, even stating they had to yell to be heard by staff. The officer confirmed multiple warnings had been given and issued a Special Response Notice for the violation. Criminal Trespass II- A caller in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd reported a previously trespassed subject was back on the property. An officer arrived at the business and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, on the property. The officer confirmed the male was previously trespassed from the business, removed him from the property, and issued him a citation for Criminal Trespass II. |

Trespass Notice- Officers responded to a report of a 43-year-old female, no fixed address, causing a disturbance in a business in the 200-block NW 1st St. She was issued a trespass notice. Trespass- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited for trespassing in a city park in the 1500-block of NW Avery Park Dr after having been previously excluded from all City parks. Warrant Arrest- A 24-year-old male, Washington resident, turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center on an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation and released. Failure to Carry and Present- An officer stopped a vehicle in the area of SW 3rd St and SW Adams Ave. During the traffic stop, the driver was uncooperative and refused to provide identifying information. The driver was eventually identified as a 50-year-old male, Hillsboro resident. He was issued a citation for Fail to Carry and Present, Expired Registration, and the original traffic violation. Theft II / Criminal Mischief II- Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of SW B Ave for a report of a bicycle theft. Officers searched the area and located the suspect with the stolen bicycle in the 300-block of SW B Ave. The suspect was identified as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, and was arrested for the theft. The bicycle was recovered and returned to the owner. Warrant Arrest- Officers were investigating a theft when they contacted a subject in the 300-block of SW B Ave. The subject was identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address. During the contact, officers learned the male had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation and released. Disorderly Conduct II / Criminal Trespass II / Interfering with a Police Officer- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a male in the drive thru who got out of his vehicle, began screaming at an employee, and then blocked a door so employees couldn’t close it while trying to get inside the building. A 36-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was detained on scene and placed in a WRAP restraint device due to the male’s non-compliant and resistive behavior. The male was lodged at the jail. Criminal Trespass / Minor in Possession (Alcohol)- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a customer refusing to leave. The highly intoxicated 20-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was attempting to use a fake ID to get into the business and was also in possession of alcohol. She was issued a violation level citation through municipal court. |

Burglary- Caller reported their residence in the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave was burglarized. Among the items stolen was an electric bicycle, which was later recovered. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an unresponsive subject. Officers arrived at the location and found a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, alert and conscious. During the contact, officers learned she had warrants for her arrest. She was removed from the location and issued a citation for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when they contacted a 35-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 400-block of NW 8th St. During the contact, officers learned she had an active warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Criminal Trespass- A caller reported a subject was on the property and refusing to leave. An officer arrived at the library and located a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, still in the building. The male was removed from the building and issued a trespass notice. Menacing / Criminal Mischief I / Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Attempted Criminal Trespass I / Reckless Endangering / Disorderly Conduct II- A victim called to report a subject menacing them with a hatchet near the area of NW Rolling Green Dr and NW Walnut Blvd. Officers responded to the area and located the suspect, a 40-year-old male, no fixed address, nearby and detained him. The investigation revealed the suspect initially was throwing items into the roadway and then focused on a couple across the road, picking up a hatchet, yelling, and approaching them. The couple retreated and the suspect then made his way to a nearby building, stole a fire extinguisher, and used it to damage the natural gas meter, causing a gas leak. Next, the suspect walked to a different building and attempted to open an apartment’s rear sliding door. The suspect was then apprehended by responding officers. He was arrested and booked into jail. The Corvallis Fire Department responded to the gas leak and shut off the gas. Criminal Mischief- Officers contacted a resident in the 1200-block of NW 23rd St for a report of someone pounding on her door hard enough to cause damage to her interior deadbolt a few nights prior. Criminal Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male who was harassing customers. Officers issued a trespass notice to the 51-year-old male, no fixed address, at the request of the business. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to the intersection of SW 6th St and SW Madison Ave for the report of a vehicle on the railroad tracks. The driver, a 33-year-old male, Albany resident, was arrested for DUII after investigation on scene and was lodged at the jail. |

Disorderly Conduct- A 45-year-old female, Corvallis resident, returned to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St of which she was a former employee and was yelling at other employees. She was contacted by officers and trespassed from the business. Trespass- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, returned to a business from which he had been previously trespassed in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. He was cited for trespassing. Warrant Arrest- A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave and found to have an active warrant. She was issued a citation for the warrant. Strangulation / Harassment- Officers were dispatched to the 2600-block of SW Pickford St for a report of a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived at the address and found a 31-year-old male, Corvallis resident, outside crying. When officers asked the male what happened, he admitted to strangling his roommate who was inside. Officers contacted the roommate who confirmed the male strangled her and cut off her airway for a few seconds during an argument. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass- An employee in the 1000-block of SW 3rd St called to report a subject in the business for hours who was refusing to leave when asked to do so. An officer arrived at the business and contacted a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who was still on the property. The female was escorted off the property and given a trespass notice. Menacing / Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a male who pulled a knife on a person who was trying to provide him assistance. A 57-year-old male, Lyons resident, was detained on scene and investigation led to the discovery of a large kitchen knife. The male was also the subject of an active parole violation warrant for a weapons offense. The male was transported to the Linn County jail where he was lodged. |

Burglary- A 50-year-old female, Corvallis resident, broke into a residence in the 1600-block of NW Division St and threatened to assault the occupant over a civil matter involving a vehicle. The resident fled and the suspect was located leaving the residence by responding officers. She was transported to the jail. Harassment- Victim reported a 53-year-old male, no fixed address, threw coffee in her face. The male was cited in lieu of custody. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to Arnold Park for a report of a male screaming racial slurs and yelling in the park. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and had been previously trespassed from all City parks. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct and Trespass II. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male refusing to leave the business and being rude to staff. The caller only wanted the male trespassed from the business. A 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted and issued a trespass notice. The male then left the business. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, who was walking in the roadway near the 300-block of NW 3rd St. The male was located and taken into custody, then transported to the jail. Theft- Officers were on an unrelated call for service in the 800-block of NW Reiman Ave when a theft of a bicycle was reported. The reporting party did not have any pertinent details for the bicycle. Hit and Run- Officer responded to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of a hit and run. Investigation revealed a 45-year-old male, Adair Village resident, sideswiped a parked vehicle and then left without contacting the owner. The male was located and cited in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- While an officer was investigating a separate call for service in the 1800-block of NW 9th St, he learned the reporting party had a warrant for her arrest. Theft of Service- A 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was using an apartment dumpster to dispose of trash. The male was not a resident of the complex. The male was warned for the crime and trespassed from the property. Trespass- A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was panhandling inside a business in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd. The male was confrontational and spit at employees when asked to leave. The male was trespassed from the business. Warrant Arrest- A 23-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1800-block of NW Tyler Ave and was found to have multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Violent Conduct- A 54-year-old male, no fixed address, was intoxicated and attempting to start a fight with multiple people at a non-profit service in the 500-block of SW 4th St. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody and trespassed from the location. Identity Theft- Caller reported they received a notification from the IRS that another person has been filing several years of tax forms in her name and social security number. No suspect identified. Burglary II- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of an unknown male inside the business. The male was located inside the business taking a shower. He was taken into custody for Burglary II and Theft of Services. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen from outside their residence in the 1800-block of NW 49th St. No suspect identified. Hit and Run- Victim reported their unoccupied, parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle in the parking lot in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd while they were at work, causing minor damage. Criminal Mischief- Victim reported a sliding glass door at their residence was broken out by an unknown object or person in the 3000-block of NW Angelica Dr. Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Mischief / Criminal Trespass- Employees at a grocery store in the 400-block of SW 3rd St reported a person pushing shopping carts into vehicles in the parking lot, had broken a couple of tables outside and was blocking the entrance with shopping carts before stripping naked. The suspect was identified as a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, and was arrested and booked at the jail. |

Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was released from the hospital and was refusing to leave. The female had previously been trespassed from the property, and was also found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was cited in lieu of custody. Vehicle Crash- Officers responded to SW 3rd St and SW Avery Ave for a multi-vehicle crash with five vehicles involved. The at-fault driver suffered a medical event which caused him to lose control and strike multiple other vehicles before coming to a stop. The driver was transported to the hospital by CFD for evaluation. Intoxicated Subject- Officers responded to a memory care facility for a report of an employee who appeared to have overdosed. The employee was actually passed out in a bathroom due to alcohol intoxication. There were no crimes committed, but he was transported to the Law Enforcement Center to await a ride. Trespass- Caller reported a male was acting oddly in a business in the 1500-block of SW 53rd St. The caller stated the male was touching everything in the store, bothering customers and refused to leave when asked. The male was identified as a 42-year-old male, Toledo resident, and was issued a trespass notice. The male then left the area. Escape / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Trespass- A 42-year-old male, Toledo resident, was arrested on multiple charges and booked at the jail after he reportedly returned to a business where he had been previously trespassed from earlier in the evening in the 1500-block of SW 53rd St. When the officer arrived, the suspect fled on foot for a short distance before being taken into custody. |

Warrant Arrest / Violent Conduct / Offensive Littering- Officers were dispatched to the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for the report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was waving a hatchet around at passing vehicles. Officers made contact with the male nearby and discovered he also had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for his crimes. Criminal Trespass- A passerby called to report a subject asleep on a bench area where they should not be. The passerby reported a Security Officer was with them in the 1000-block of NE Circle Blvd. An officer contacted the subject and identified them as a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, who was heavily intoxicated. The male was trespassed from the property and released to the Corvallis Fire Department medics for evaluation. Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the library to request a subject be trespassed from the property after she refused to leave when asked to do so. Officers arrived at the library and located a 43-year-old female, no fixed address. She was trespassed from the property and released. Special Response Notice (Unlawful Amplified Sound)- A repeated complainant called to report unreasonably loud music coming from the 500-block of SW 3rd St. The responding officer had previously warned the offending location of the complaint, the applicable violations, and possible mitigation techniques. The officer arrived at the location and found none of his previous advice had been enacted. The business was issued a Special Response Notice for Unlawful Amplified Sound and provided the same advice previously given on ways to avoid future violations. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 2600-block of NW 9th St for a report of an intoxicated male who was passed out by the dumpsters. The 48-year-old male, Eddyville resident, was the subject of active warrants and was arrested. He was transported to the hospital for a jail clearance and then to the jail where he was lodged. Recovered Stolen Vehicle- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW B Ave for a report of two individuals seen pushing a golf cart. Officers located the golf cart in a natural area on the southern side of Marys River and learned it belonged to Oregon State University. OSU Police responded and were able to verify it had been stolen from campus and took over the investigation. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 4100-block of NW Pinecone Way for a report of two unresponsive people in a parked vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 33-year-old female, Corvallis resident, and a 41-year-old male, Lebanon resident, in the vehicle. Both occupants denied needing medical attention. During the contact, officers learned the female had an active warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation for the warrant. Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon / Carrying Concealed Weapon / Warrant Arrest- While investigating the call for service in the 4100-block of NW Pinecone Way, officers learned the 41-year-old male, Lebanon resident, had a warrant for his arrest. He was detained and searched, and officers located brass knuckles concealed in his pocket. Officers also learned the male was a convicted felon. He was issued citations for the warrant, Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave to request a subject be trespassed from the property. An officer arrived in the area and located the 34-year-old female, no fixed address, whom the employee had asked to be trespassed from the property. The officer issued a trespass notice, and the female left the area. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100-block of SW 3rd St. The driver of the vehicle, identified as a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was arrested for a DUII stemming from investigation on scene. |

Officers contacted the male and discovered he had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for the warrants. Theft- A detective was inside a convenience store, located in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd, when a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, was inside stealing alcohol. The store gave the male an opportunity to put the property back, but he refused. He was placed into custody and transported to the jail for proper identification. He was later identified and issued a citation for the theft. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 2800-block of SW Western Blvd for the report of a 38-year-old male and 48-year-old female, both no fixed address, who were setting up camp in the area. The male had warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol in the school zone located in the 1600-block of SW 35th St. A vehicle was pulled over for speeding in the school zone. The driver, a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had a suspended license and warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Law Enforcement Center before being released with traffic and criminal citations. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 57-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1800-block of SW 3rd St. The male had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations. Animal Cruelty- A Community Services Officer (CSO) was dispatched to a dog in a hot vehicle in the 500-block of SW 2nd St. The caller reported the vehicle was parked more than an hour and half earlier, and the owner had not returned since. The CSO tried to locate the owner but was unable to do so in the area or by phone. The dog in the vehicle was panting heavily, and the interior of the vehicle was measured to be more than 96 degrees. An officer responded to the area and the owner returned. The officer cited the owner, a 58-year-old female, Albany resident, for Animal Cruelty and released them. Public Indecency / Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the Corvallis Public Library and reported a nude male in the building. The caller then reported the male had dressed and left the location. Officers located the male nearby and identified him as a 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male was arrested and issued a citation for the offenses. Warrant Arrest- A passerby called to report a male rolling around on the ground surrounded by bleach bottles in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. An officer responded to the area and located a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, who was uninjured. During the contact, the officer learned the male had multiple active warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested, removed from the area, issued citations for the warrants and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 38-year-old male, New Mexico resident, in the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd. During the contact, officers learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave for a report of an ex-boyfriend becoming aggressive during a move-out. Officers contacted a 28-year-old male, Albany resident, and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. The investigation determined no crime occurred related to the call for service, but the male was issued a citation for his warrant. Warrant Arrest- An officer was in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St and contacted a 30-year-old female, Corvallis resident. The female had a warrant for her arrest, was issued a citation, and released. |

Trespass / Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A caller reported a 53-year-old male, no fixed address, was sleeping in the flower bed of their business in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male had defecated nearby and had drug paraphernalia near where he was sleeping. The male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest, and was found to be in possession of a residue amount of methamphetamine. He was issued citations in lieu of custody and left the area on foot. Person Assist- Caller reported someone had kidnapped her husband. After investigation, officers were able to confirm the husband had been taken into custody by ICE. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 400-block of NW 3rd St. Officers arrived on scene and determined no crime occurred. A 52-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted as part of the disturbance and trespassed from the property. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol in the area of SW 3rd St and SW Lilly Ave when he contacted a 28-year-old male, Albany resident. During the contact, the officer learned the male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Theft II- An employee called from the 4100-block of SW Research Way to report a subject stealing the Oregon state flag from the property. Officers located the subject nearby and identified him as a 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male was still in possession of the stolen flag. He was removed from the area, issued a citation for the theft, and released. The flag was recovered and returned to the business. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when he contacted a 26-year-old male, no fixed address, in the area of SW 3rd St and SW Avery Ave. During the contact, the officer learned the male had several active warrants. Motor Vehicle Collision (Injury)- Officers responded to a vehicle crash involving a log truck and a Jeep near SW Philomath Blvd and SW Western Blvd. The log truck was struck by the Jeep, after the driver of the Jeep failed to stop at a stop sign. The impact caused the log truck to roll over. Both drivers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Clean up caused the road to be closed for several hours. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The 45-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was found to be in possession of a user amount of methamphetamine and was arrested. Trespass- Officers responded to a community residence facility in the 200-block of SE Chapman Pl for a report of a male causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation. Theft- Caller reported they had two packages stolen from their residence in the 900-block of NE Walnut Blvd. No suspect identified. |

Assist Other Agency- A Community Services Officer responded to assist Benton County Sheriff’s Office with a report of a lost hiker, just north of City limits in the McDonald-Dunn Forest area. The hiker was an elderly female who strayed from the path and became entangled in blackberry brambles. The CSO located the female and escorted her to safety. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave during a separate investigation. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 2900-block of NW Elmwood Dr for a report of a male family member trespassing on their property. The caller reported the 45-year-old male, no fixed address, came to their residence uninvited and began yelling outside. The caller only wanted the male trespassed from the residence. He was issued a trespass notice and left the property. Trespass- Officers responded to a community housing facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a female trespassing. The caller reported the 61-year-old female, no fixed address, was yelling and causing a disturbance. The caller only wanted the female trespassed from the location. She was issued a trespass notice and left the area. Warrant Arrest- A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disorderly Conduct- A 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was cited for Disorderly Conduct after he pulled the fire alarm at an apartment complex. |
