Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a 41-year-old female, no fixed address, attempting to set up a camp on private property. The female was contacted and issued a trespass notice telling her not to return to the property. Disorderly Conduct II- Officers responded to the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a 27-year-old female, no fixed address, who was under the influence of stimulants, throwing objects and threatening to assault people. The officers investigated and determined the female threw a screwdriver at a male’s head, but missed. The female was transported to the Day Time Drop-In Center and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Fraud- A person reported they attempted to rent an apartment in the 800-block of NW 27th St and were communicating with a suspect online. The person sent money for the apartment via an online application and the suspect kept asking for more money, leading the victim to believe it was a scam. The suspect is unknown. Theft- Officers contacted a caller in the 4800-block of NW Lavender Cir who reported they had contracted with an online company and given a check to an “employee” who arrived at her door for work to be done. The check was cashed, no work has been done, and the caller has not been contacted by the company. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of an e-scooter that was stolen approximately one week ago. Theft- Officers responded to a residence in the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd for a report of a stolen package. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 40-year-old female, no fixed address, near the intersection of SW Allen Ave and SW Avery Dr who was the subject of active warrants. She was ultimately issued criminal citations and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 58-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1100-block of NW 9th St who was the subject of active warrants. He was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest / Trespass- An officer attempted to stop two bicyclists near NW 9th St and NW Buchanan Ave for a traffic violation. Both cyclists fled and were last seen near a business in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. Another officer located the males hiding in a fenced-in natural area just east of the business. A 58-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for a warrant and for trespassing. The second male fled on foot and was not located. The male who was taken into custody was transported to the jail. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 2300-block of NW Grant Ave for a report of a fight. Multiple callers reported hearing a fight and yelling in the area. Officers arrived and located a 38-year-old male, Corvallis resident, with injuries. He was not forthcoming with information. Multiple witnesses were contacted, and no one actually observed the fight, only heard it. They did observe the male, and a female, in the street nearby yelling. The male was issued citations for Disorderly Conduct and was transported to the hospital by medics due to his injuries. Found Dog- An officer took a puppy to the Humane Society after a citizen located it in the 1300-block of SE Goodnight Ave. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, on the railroad tracks in the 800-block of NE Circle Blvd. The female had multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest and was taken to the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 900-block of NW Jackson Ave after seeing it leave a bar. The driver, a 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident, showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUII. |

Weapon Offense- A 31-year-old male, Corvallis resident, brandished a knife following an argument with another male in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave. The suspect was taken into custody for Menacing, Disorderly Conduct, and Unlawful Use of Weapon and ultimately transported to the jail. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 49-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 3200-block of NW Grant Ave as he was out of compliance with his sex offender registration. The male was cited in lieu of custody. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 73-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 2000-block of SE Stone St as he was out of compliance with his sex offender registration. The male was cited in lieu of custody. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 1700-block of NW Grant Cir as he was out of compliance with his sex offender registration. The male was cited in lieu of custody. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a theft which had occurred approximately a month and a half ago. A suspect was identified as a 32-year-old male, Eugene resident. Theft- Officers responded to a residence in the 3500-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a bicycle stolen earlier in the month. No suspect information. Dog Bite- Officers responded to a residence in the 2400-block of NW Garryanna St for a report of a dog bite. The dog was designated a potentially dangerous animal. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 36-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of SW B Ave. The male had warrants for his arrest and was transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 400-block of SW Jefferson Ave. The driver, a 37-year-old male, Yamhill resident, had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 200-block of NW Tyler Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Attempted Criminal Mischief / Interfering with a Peace Officer- An officer was on SW 4th St when he observed debris in the roadway. The officer followed a trail of debris to the 200-block of NW Monroe Ave where he observed a male lying under a parked vehicle, tampering with the underside of the vehicle. The officer attempted to contact the male under reasonable suspicion of multiple crimes, but the male fled on foot. He was apprehended a short distance away. The owner of the truck was contacted and the suspect was not known to him. There was evidence under the vehicle that the male had been tampering with the drive train of the parked truck, but there was no observable damage. The male was taken to the jail for Attempted Criminal Mischief and Interfering with a Peace Officer. |

Warrant Arrest- A 56-year-old male, no fixed address, turned himself in on a warrant for his arrest at the Law Enforcement Center. The male was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, came to the Law Enforcement Center to turn himself in on a warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted outside the Law Enforcement Center. The female had warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Violent Conduct- Caller reported a female was causing a disturbance at a community living facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave. The 60-year-old female, no fixed address, was asked to leave the facility. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 30-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The male had multiple outstanding warrants and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the jail. |

Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 2100-block of NW Taylor Ave for a report of an argument. The caller reported her neighbor, a 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, came into her residence looking for his phone. The male told officers he last saw his phone at the caller’s residence when he was charging it, and believed she still had it. The caller allowed officers to search her residence, and the phone was not located. The caller wanted the male trespassed from her residence, so he was issued a trespass notice. Warrant Arrest- A 53-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Harassment- Officers responded to a residence in the 3400-block of NE Lancaster St for a report of a domestic dispute between an adult male and his adult son. The argument began due to the son’s level of intoxication and frequency of drinking alcohol. Both the father and son admitted to pushing each other during the argument. Neither party sustained any injury during the incident, and the son agreed to stay somewhere else for the night. Trespass- Caller reported a female was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave their business in the 200-block of NW 2nd St. The suspect was identified as a 51-year-old female, Corvallis resident. The female was issued a trespass notice at the caller’s request, and she left the business. |
| July 20th |
Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol in the 400-block of NE Sherwood Way when they contacted a 43-year-old male, no fixed address, who was going through garbage cans. During the stop, the officer learned the male had active warrants for his arrest. He was removed from the area, issued a citation for the warrants, and released. Public Indecency / Criminal Trespass- A passerby observed a 70-year-old male, Corvallis resident, masturbating in Avery Park. The responding officers contacted the male, issued him a citation for Public Indecency, and trespassed him from the park. The male immediately left the area. Bicycle Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen from outside their residence in the 100-block of NW 7th St sometime during the last two weeks. No suspect information. Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 100-block of SW B Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- An officer responded to the 900-block of SE Centerpointe Dr for a report of a theft of vehicle components. Investigation revealed $800 worth of vehicle components were stolen from an SUV. No suspect information. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1900-block of SE 3rd St for a report of disorderly conduct between two unidentified male adults fighting in a parking lot. Both males departed from the area prior to law enforcement arrival and were not located. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 2200-block of NE 9th St for a report of a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, threatening people, throwing rocks at windows, kicking cars, and stealing a business floor mat. The male was located nearby during an unrelated call for service and taken into custody. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave for a report of a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, hitting a fence and a parked vehicle. Officers located the male and took him into custody, transporting him to the jail. Warrant Arrest- While conducting an unrelated investigation, officers discovered a 65-year-old male, no fixed address, who had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was ultimately cited in lieu of custody and released at the scene. |

Trespass- Caller reported he told a male to leave the property of his business the day before in the 900-block of NW Hayes Ave, but the male returned to the property today. The suspect was identified as a 58-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was issued a trespass notice. Trespass- Caller reported a female appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance and had been asked to leave the library but refused to do so. The suspect was identified as a 27-year-old female, no fixed address, and was issued a trespass notice. Warrant Arrest- A 53-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 500-block of SE Chapman Pl. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Caller reported an unknown male attempted to open the door to his residence in the 600-block of SW 5th St. The caller reported the male appeared intoxicated and tried the doors to other residences in the area as well. The suspect was located and identified as a 44-year-old male, Philomath resident. The male was heavily intoxicated and admitted to trying doors to several residences in the area. The male was issued a criminal citation for Attempted Criminal Trespass I. Warrant Arrest- A 58-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 900-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft by Receiving- Caller reported his brother’s electronic scooter was stolen two days ago and they had tracked it to a mobile home in Avery Park through an AirTag. Officers attempted contact with the residents of the motor home but received no answer. A search warrant was authorized to search the mobile home and the 30-year-old male, no fixed address, who owned the motor home arrived prior to officers making entry. The male admitted to purchasing the scooter from another male and believed the scooter was likely stolen, having only paid $30 for it. The male consented to officers entering the motor home and the scooter was recovered. The male was issued a criminal citation for Theft II by Receiving. Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer was on foot patrol in the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave when he contacted a 62-year-old male, no fixed address, who was in possession of methamphetamine. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody and trespassed from all city parks. |
| July 18th |
Theft / Warrant Arrest- A specialized e-bike was stolen from the 1700-block of NW 9th St sometime overnight. After taking the report, an officer later located a 56-year-old male, no fixed address, riding the stolen e-bike. The male was arrested for Theft of Mislaid Property and cited for numerous warrants for his arrest. Trespass- Officers arrested a 56-year-old male, no fixed address, for trespassing at a business in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a citation. Violation of Release Agreement- Officers responded to a residence in the 1600-block of NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a 31-year-old female, Philomath resident, who was in the backyard of the residence. There was an active no contact release agreement preventing the female from having contact with the caller or being at the caller’s residence. The female was taken into custody for violation of the release agreement and transported to the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers responded to the 2700-block of NW Harrison Blvd for an injury crash involving a motorcycle striking a building. Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, with minor injuries. The male was witnessed driving his motorcycle at a high rate of speed south on NW 27th St and running the stop sign at NW Harrison Blvd. He then struck a retaining wall outside the building at this location. The male appeared intoxicated and admitted to drinking. He was transported to the hospital and issued a citation for DUII. |

Theft III / Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, who had stolen items from a store after being previously trespassed. The female was transported to the jail after hospital clearance. Assault IV- While awaiting jail clearance, a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, assaulted a nurse in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr. She was transported to the jail with additional charges. Warrant Arrest- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center on an active warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 28-year-old male, Scio resident, turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center on an active warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Assist Other Agency- Officers responded to the 3000-block of SE Sternwheeler Dr to assist Philomath Police in the location and arrest of a 30-year-old male, Philomath resident, for multiple crimes including Assault II. The subject was located, arrested, and lodged at the jail without incident. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 43-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The male had an active warrant and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 36-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 1800-block of NW Hayes Ave. The male had an active warrant for his arrested and was booked at the jail. |

Warrant Arrest / Domestic Disturbance- A 31-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was reportedly walking in the middle of the roadway near the 1600-block of NW Harrison Blvd. The female was located by officers and it was determined she had a warrant for her arrest, for which she was cited. The female was transported to the Benton County Crisis Center. Shortly after arrival, she returned to her residence and assaulted a family member. The suspect was ultimately arrested and transported to the jail for Domestic Assault IV (Felony), Criminal Mischief II, and Disorderly Conduct II. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 48-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender at the Law Enforcement Center. Fraud- Officers responded to a report of a fraud which occurred in the 300-block of SE Goodnight Ave. Victims received a phone call from an unknown suspect posing as a family member and requesting bail money. After providing $10,000 in cash to a courier, the victims became suspicious and contacted law enforcement. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a subject screaming about killing and robbing people while acting in a threatening manner around children. The 42-year-old male, no fixed address, was located and taken into custody. Due to the jail being at capacity, the male was issued citations and released at the Law Enforcement Center. Criminal Mischief- An officer responded to the 1700-block of SE Lilly Pl for a report of a broken window. Investigation revealed an unknown individual may have thrown a rock, breaking the outer glass pane of the victim’s residence. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a report of a wanted fugitive being observed in the area. The 29-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken to the jail and lodged. |

Disorderly Conduct II / Harassment / Offensive Littering / Criminal Mischief / Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Jefferson Ave regarding a report of a subject ripping up plants and throwing them on a property from which they had been previously trespassed. Officers arrived at the location and learned the 46-year-old female, no fixed address, was ripping up the business’s plants, throwing them, screaming, throwing garbage at people, and pushed a person’s hat off their head. The female was later arrested by Oregon State University DPS officers for active warrants and was issued citations for the above charges after she was booked into jail. Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver (Property Damage)- Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of NW Buchanan Ave for a report of a crash. The caller reported they were involved in a minor crash. During the information exchange, however, the other driver fled the scene. The suspect was identified as a 29-year-old female, Albany resident. The suspect was later stopped by Albany Police Department Officers in Albany, interviewed, and issued a citation. Burglary- Officers responded to the 400-block of NW 10th St for a report of a burglary. A 29-year-old female, no fixed address, entered a home and took items. The female was taken into custody for Burglary I and Theft III and lodged at the jail. Fraud- Officer responded to a report of fraud near the 100-block of SE Partridge Pl. The victim was scammed out of approximately $600. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 65-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 200-block of NW 27th St for a report of a subject trespassing. The officer contacted a 69-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and lodged at the jail. Trespass- A 37-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassed from a motel in the 400-block of NW 2nd St. |

Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of NW 27th St for a report of a subject sleeping in a city park. Officers arrived at the location and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from all city parks. The male was arrested, removed from the property, and issued a citation before being released. Criminal Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 4800-block of SW West Hills Rd for a report of a female sleeping in her vehicle on the property. Officers arrived at the location and contacted a 32-year-old female, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from the property. During the contact, officers discovered the female had a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody for the warrant and lodged at the jail. Warrant Arrest / Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon- Officers were dispatched to the 2600-block of SW Pickford St for a report of a male in a white camper using an extension cord to steal power from an apartment complex. Officers contacted the 58-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned he had warrants for his arrest out of multiple jurisdictions, including a statewide felony probation warrant. The male was taken into custody on the warrants and a restricted weapon was located on his person prior to him being lodged in the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a male at the Law Enforcement Center who was turning himself in on a warrant. The 21-year-old male, no fixed address, had an outstanding warrant and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a shoplift. Upon arrival, officers learned the 43-year-old female, no fixed address, had stolen several items. The female was taken into custody for Theft III and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a bicyclist in the 900-block of NW 9th St. The 28-year-old female, no fixed address, had multiple outstanding warrants from surrounding counties. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Theft- Officers responded to the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a shoplifter in custody. The officers earned a 36-year-old female, Albany resident, exited the store with over $1,000 worth of merchandise and was stopped by loss prevention staff. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft I. |

Criminal Trespass- A business owner called to report a subject asleep outside their business in the 1900-block of NW Kings Blvd. An officer arrived on scene and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, trespassing on the property. The officer confirmed the male had been previously trespassed from the business. The male was arrested, removed from the location, issued a citation for trespassing and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a moped near SW 53rd St and SW Philomath Blvd for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the officer identified the operator as a 27-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and traffic violation citations and released. Disorderly Conduct II / Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW 3rd St for a report of someone entering through the back door, yelling, and throwing things. Officers arrived at the business and contacted the suspect, a 46-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and trespassed from the business. She was removed from the location, issued a citation for the offenses and released. Theft III- An officer responded to a report of a theft at a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The involved party was later contacted and identified as a 57-year-old female, no fixed address. The officer did not develop probable cause for the incident, but the female was trespassed from the business. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 57-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 1500-block of NW Kings Blvd on an unrelated call for service and discovered the female had a warrant for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant and released. Noise Complaint- Officers responded to a loud noise complaint in the 2100-block of NW Monroe Ave. A construction crew began work at approximately 4:30 AM, waking up residents in the immediate area. Officers contacted the foreman who stated they did not have permits to begin work so early in the morning, and also indicated they were not going to stop working because they had concrete/cement delivered. They were issued a citation for Loud Noise. |

Reckless Endangering- Officers responded to a dispute between roommates about use of a kitchen on the property in the 700-block of NW 23rd St. One of the involved parties sprayed the other with an unknown substance during the argument. The victim was uninjured, and the investigation is pending contact with the suspect, a 19-year-old female, Corvallis resident. Warrant Arrest- A 49-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was cited on active warrants after being contacted on an unrelated call for service. Theft- Victim reported the theft of a bike trailer from outside his residence in the 300-block of NW 35th St. The victim later went out and found it at a vacant transient camp and recovered it. |

Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 64-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr, who had several outstanding warrants. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrants. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 68-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of SW B Ave, who had an outstanding warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of NW Tyler Ave, who had an outstanding warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- Multiple officers responded to a report of a fight in the 500-block of NW 1st St. Officers detained an involved individual, a 69-year-old male, no fixed address. There was not probable cause to believe the male had been involved in a fight, however he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Unlawful Possession of a Firearm- An officer performed a traffic stop in the 300-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The operator, a 24-year-old male, Salem resident, informed the officer he was in possession of a firearm, which was ultimately discovered to be illegally concealed. The subject was cooperative and acknowledged ignorance of gun laws. He received a warning and education of applicable laws. |
| July 10th |
Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 24-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 1100-block of NW Garfield Ave who had several active warrants for her arrest. She was issued citations. Assist Other Agency- Officers responded to a report of a tent fire behind a commercial building in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. There were no injuries, and officers were unable to determine who was at fault. The fire department extinguished the fire. Narcotics Offense- Officers responded to a commercial building in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr. Security at the building seized methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. Due to patient confidentiality laws, the identity of the “owner” was not learned. The drugs and drug paraphernalia were later entered into evidence for destruction. Assist Other Agency / Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Officers were flagged down by a resident in the 200-block of SW Madison Ave. The subject reported personal items were taken from their vehicle on or about the 4th of July, but the crime occurred in Salem. A courtesy report was taken and forwarded to Salem PD. Fraud- Officers responded to the 2600-block of NW Linnan Cir for a report of fraud. The reporting party sent nude photos to an unknown female subject they met on a dating application. The unknown female then demanded $5,000 or else the FBI would be contacted. The reporting party sent $1,400 worth of gift cards over the course of the week. There was little suspect information. Trespass- Officers responded to a commercial building in the 2500-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of an argument. Officers learned two adult brothers had a verbal argument. The suspects were trespassed from the property and were moved along without incident. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 200-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male sleeping in a dumpster. Warrant Arrest- Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near NW Kings Blvd and NW Garfield Ave and arrested a 60-year-old male, Lebanon resident, on an active warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 35-year-old female, no fixed address, was issued citations for multiple outstanding warrants after being contacted in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. Elude- A vehicle fled from an officer after he attempted to stop it for an ordinance violation, turning off its lights and evading the stop. The officer was able to get the plate and didn’t pursue the vehicle, finding it unoccupied a short time later with apparent narcotics in the vehicle. The vehicle was towed and impounded. |

The officers located the male, a 45-year-old with no fixed address, and based off witness statements developed probable cause to arrest him for Nudity. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle- An officer responded to the 300-block of SW Washington Ave for a report of a stolen vehicle. The caller reported their black Kia Forte was stolen from the area sometime during the afternoon. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to the 400-block of SW 4th St for a trespass complaint. The officer contacted a 57-year-old male, no fixed address, and learned the male had outstanding warrants for his arrest. While on scene, a 56-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted and found to have multiple warrants for his arrest. He was transported to Hyak Park where custody was transferred to Albany Police, who transported him to Linn County Jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for traffic violations. Upon contacting the driver, a 71-year-old male, Corvallis resident, the officer had reason to believe the male was under the influence. The male consented to SFSTs and was subsequently arrested for DUII. Robbery / Burglary / Attempted Assault / Theft- Officers responded to the 5400-block of SW Country Club Dr for a report of a fight between two females. Upon arrival, officers contacted one of the involved females and learned she was inside her apartment when her neighbor, a 27-year-old female, Corvallis resident, and a male acquaintance, a 27-year-old Salem resident, started knocking on her door and yelling at her. Upon opening her door, she started recording the two. The male proceeded to reach into her apartment and steal her phone. The female then came over and assaulted her by pulling her hair and punching her in the face. The caller corroborated the victim’s statements. When officers attempted to contact the female and male neighbors, they refused to answer the door. A search warrant was granted and executed by officers for the stolen property and the arrest of the male and female. Both were taken into custody without incident, and the property was recovered. The male was arrested for Burglary I, Robbery III, and Theft III. The female was arrested for Burglary I and Attempted Assault IV. Both were transported to and lodged at the jail. |

Trespass- An employee at a business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St reported a person in front of their store who would not leave when asked to do so. A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was trespassed from the business. Motor Vehicle Collision- Two cars collided near SW Adams Ave and SW 5th St. A 32-year-old male, Philomath resident, was cited. Menacing- Officers responded to a report of a male throwing rocks who was also armed with a knife in a park in the 1300-block of SW Philomath Blvd. Officers discovered two people had been struck by rocks. Officers learned the offender, a 40-year-old male, no fixed address, also threatened the male victim with a knife and chased him. The offender fled the area before officers arrived and then then fled again when they found him nearby. He was ultimately apprehended and transported to the jail. Violation of Order- Officers contacted a caller who reported they were in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr when a person who they had a court order prohibiting contact against came up a path after their dog. The caller made it known to the other person they were there. The other person retrieved their dog and left the area. Officers did not develop probable cause for enforcement action. City Ordinance Violation- Officers contacted a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, who had been continually storing property in a public space. She was issued a citation. During the investigation, a suspect was identified via video footage as a 29-year-old male, no fixed address, however the victim refused to cooperate and did not want to pursue charges. The male was contacted and removed from the property and informed he would be arrested if he returned. Car Prowl – Caller reported an unknown person attempted to break into their car during the night while it was parked outside their residence in the 3900 block of NW Witham Hill Dr. No entry was made into the vehicle, but there was damage to the locking mechanism. The suspect was not identified. Trespass – A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in Avery Park. The male had previously been trespassed from all City Parks. The male was issued a criminal citation for Trespass 2. Open Container – Caller reported he was working at Central Park cleaning up the fallen tree and an intoxicated female kept coming into their work area and grabbing their tools. The female was located in the area and identified as a 46-year-old female, no fixed address, and she had an open container of alcohol with her. The female was issued a criminal citation for Open Container, and she left the area. Fraud – Caller reported she received a call from a male claiming to be a sergeant with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. The male told the caller she missed jury duty and had a warrant for her arrest, but she could handle the situation civilly by paying the fee in Bitcoin. The caller transferred over $3000 in Bitcoin and then realized it was a scam. The male was not identified. Interfering with Peace Officer / Trespass – Officers responded to a residence in the 100-block of NW 11th St for a report of a trespass. The caller reported confronting an unknown female in her backyard. The suspect left and was located by officers in the area and identified as a29-year-old female, Toledo resident. The female refused to stop when told to do so by the officers and tried to walk away. Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card – Caller lost his wallet on 6/28 and was found by another person that brought it to the police department. Caller was notified by his bank today of $70 charge that was made by phone to a business in Virginia. The charge was declined. Trespass – Caller reported a male was standing outside their business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd and refused to leave the property when asked to do so. The suspect was identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and he refused to leave the property when asked by officers as well. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to the LEC where he was issued a criminal citation. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW 4th Street for an intoxicated subject. The caller reported an intoxicated male fell on their vehicle and caused damage. Officers contacted a 58-year-old male with no fixed address and developed probable cause to arrest the male for Criminal Mischief II. The male was evaluated by medics on scene and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 3400-block of SE Midvale Drive for a suspicious circumstance. The caller believed someone was inside their apartment. Officers searched the apartment but did not locate anyone inside. While on scene, officers learned the caller, a 28-year-old Corvallis female, had outstanding warrants for her arrest. The female was issued citations in lieu of custody for the warrants. Warrant arrest - A 35-year-old female and a 42-year-old male were cited on their respective arrest warrants when they were contacted in the 1700-block NE Four Acre Place. The male was initially taken into custody but ultimately released with a court date to appear. Warrant - Officers contacted a 44-year-old Corvallis male in the 1000-block of NW 9th St on an unrelated call for service. It was determined he had several warrants for his arrest for which he was cited for. Trespass - Officers responded to the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a 29-year-old female with no fixed address refusing to leave a facility when asked by staff. The female was arrested for Trespass II and transported to the LEC where she was released with a citation. Attempted Assault I / Assault II / Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Assaulting a Public Safety Officer / Resisting Arrest / Menacing / Disorderly Conduct II – Officers responded to multiple reports involving a 40-year-old Corvallis woman who was allegedly damaging property and obstructing traffic in the 400- and 500-blocks of SW Monroe Avenue. During contact with officers, the woman produced a concealed knife, resulting in an officer sustaining non-life-threatening injuries while disarming her. Officers safely took the woman into custody without further injury. She was transported to the Benton County Jail and lodged on the listed charges. Warrant - An Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd and contacted the driver, a 43-year-old Corvallis male. It was determined the male had a warrant for his arrest for which he was cited in lieu of custody. Warrant - A 55-year-old male with no fixed address was reportedly screaming at passersby and drinking in public in the 500-block of SW Madison Ave. The male had a statewide felony warrant for his arrest, and he was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County jail. Warrant - A 30-year-old Corvallis female was contacted in the 400-block of NW Harrison Blvd. It was determined she had a warrant for her arrest. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody on the warrant. Domestic Disturbance - Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of an altercation between a 64-year-old Corvallis male, and a 53-year-old Corvallis female. Probable Cause was developed to arrest the male for Harassment and he was transported to jail where he was cited and released. Trespass – Officers responded to a facility in the 6000-Block of SW Mosaic Drive for a male who was open carrying a firearm on the property. It was determined the male was not acting in a criminal manner, but he was also staying on the property in a trailer. The 67-year-old male Corvallis resident began planning to move his trailer off the property, and the male was given until tomorrow morning to have the trailer moved. He will be trespassed from the location afterwards. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 33-year-old male Corvallis resident who was the subject of an active warrant near the intersection of SW 3rd St and SW Washington Ave. The male was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Assault IV – Felony / Strangulation / Interfering with Making a Report – Officers responded to a residence in the 900-block of NW 34th Street for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation determined a 30-year-old Corvallis man assaulted the victim by strangulation and prevented the victim from contacting emergency services. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Benton County Jail, where he was lodged on the charges. Warrant Arrest – Officer responded to an unknown problem in the 800-block of NW 9th St. Investigation revealed a 64-year-old Corvallis female with no fixed address had a local Corvallis Municipal warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and cited in lieu of custody at the Law Enforcement Center. Warrant Arrest – A 38-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in 1500 block of SW Avery Park Dr. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. The male was transported to the LEC and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass - A 44-year-old male with no fixed address was taken into custody for trespassing after he refused to leave a convenience store when asked to by the clerk. He was transported to the LEC and released on a citation. Trespass / Warrant Arrest - A 45-year-old male with no fixed address was arrested on 3 Corvallis Municipal Court warrants and a new trespass charge after officers responded to a disturbance call at Cloverland Park. This male had locked himself in the restroom and refused to come out. This male was also on the Parks Trespass list until 2030. He was booked at BCCF. Trespass - A 46-year-old female with no fixed address was cited for Trespass after she returned to a motel in the 400-block SW 1st Street that she had previously been trespassed from for theft. |

Theft – Caller reported a theft that just occurred at her place of employment in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. The caller reported an unknown male stole over $200 in merchandise and walked out the back of the store. The male was located later in the day and identified as a 40-year-old male, no fixed address. The male had warrants for his arrest as well. The male was taken into custody for Theft 2 and his warrants and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest – A 40-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 800-block of NW 9th St as part of a theft investigation. The male had warrants for his arrest as well and was transported to the jail. Open Container – Officers responded to a business in the 5400-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a male trespassing on the business property. The suspect left prior to officer’s arrival but was located in the area and identified as a 41-year-old male, no fixed address. The male had an open container of alcohol with and was issued a criminal citation for Open Container and a trespass notice from the business. Bike Theft – Caller reported his bicycle was stolen from the bike rack outside his residence in the 600-block of SW Sagebrush Dr. There was no video of the incident and the suspect was not identified. Warrant Arrest- A 31-year-old female with no fixed address was cited on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant (FTA-Theft 1) after she was stopped for a bicycle violation at the intersection of NW 9th St / NW Harrison Blvd. |

Trespass- Caller reported a female was using controlled substances while sitting at the Transit Mall. The suspect was identified as a 60-year-old female, no fixed address, and was not on scene when the officer arrived. The female was later located and issued a trespass notice per the caller’s request. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 200-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a female yelling and tearing up plants in a flowerbed outside a business. The suspect was located in the area and identified as a 46-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Mischief III. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a criminal citation. Bicycle Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen from outside their residence in the 400-block of NW 18th St. The caller was out of town for ten days and the bike was stolen during that time. Open Container- Officers responded to the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a female who was yelling and causing a disturbance. A 46-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect. The female had an open container of alcohol in her possession. The female was taken into custody for Open Container and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was issued a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- A 55-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 100-block of SW Madison Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Unlawful Use of Motor Vehicle- Caller reported her vehicle was stolen from the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr. The caller’s son was able to track the vehicle and it was located unoccupied in the parking lot of a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. Officers surveilled the vehicle and observed a 57-year-old female, Wisconsin resident, enter the vehicle. The female was detained in handcuffs, and informed the officer the vehicle belonged to her sister. The female stated her sister gave her the keys to the vehicle and she had permission to drive it. However, the keys the female had went to a different model vehicle. It was determined the caller had left her key fob in the vehicle with the doors unlocked, and the female entered the wrong vehicle when she left the hospital, believing it was her sister’s vehicle since they were both the same color and parked next to each other. It was determined the female had no intent to steal the vehicle and she was not charged with any crimes. The caller arrived at the business to pick up her vehicle and the female’s sister came to pick her up. Misuse of 9-1-1- An officer responded to a residence in the 400-block of NW 10th St for a report of a female who called 9-1-1 reporting she needed help because her husband cheated on her. A 48-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted and found to be intoxicated. The female told the officer her husband broke her heart and couldn’t articulate a reason for calling 9-1-1. The female was issued a criminal citation for Misuse of 9-1-1 and a second Special Response Notice. |

Robbery III / Disorderly Conduct II- Officers were dispatched to a business in the 2400-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a 45-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was confronted by staff for stealing and then threw multiple items at employees. Due to the female screaming and throwing items, police were called. The officer contacted the female nearby and she was arrested for Robbery III and Disorderly Conduct II. Menacing / Disorderly Conduct / Unlawful Use of a Weapon- A 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was reportedly speeding in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr which led to a confrontation with a bystander. The male produced a handgun from his glovebox and brandished it before driving away. The male was arrested for Menacing, Disorderly Conduct, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was ultimately transported to the jail. Attempted Assault / Harassment / Disorderly Conduct / Resisting Arrest- A 40-year-old female, Corvallis resident, refused to leave a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr when told to do so by staff. The female became combative and attempted to assault multiple staff members and was restrained. Officers arrived on scene and the female continued to be combative and physically resisted arrest. The female was placed in a restraint device by police and transported to the jail for Attempted Assault IV, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 39-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 200-block of NW Jefferson Ave. It was determined she had a warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. Upon searching the female, officers discovered methamphetamine. She was transported to the jail. Burglary- Victim at a residence in the 2300-block of NW Hummingbird Dr reported her residence was burglarized two different times over the course of a couple days. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 24-year-old male, Albany resident, was taken into custody during a traffic stop near SW 4th St and SW Washington Ave when it was discovered he had been out of compliance with his sex offender registry for two years. Theft- A 72-year-old male, Corvallis resident, stole over $100 of groceries from a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. The male was taken into custody for Theft II and transported to the jail where he was booked and released. Theft of Services / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule IV) / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Identity Theft- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW 9th St for a report of an Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in progress. Upon arrival officers located a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, at the location using water and electric services from the building. The male was searched and found to be in possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, schedule IV pills, and credit cards belonging to other people. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued citations. Warrant Arrest / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Resisting Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer contacted a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 2300-block of NW Jackson Ave for franchise requirement. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest, and there was also probable cause for his arrest on a previous case. The male resisted being taken into custody and fled on foot. The male was captured a block away. Once in custody, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the jail on the warrants and above charges, as well as the previous probable cause. |

Warrant Arrest- A 26-year-old male, Albany resident, was the subject of a traffic stop in the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd after failing to obey a traffic control device. It was determined the male had several warrants for his arrest, and he was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Theft by Extortion- Caller reported he met a female on an online dating website. The caller sent the female nude photos, and she told him she would send the photos to his family members if he didn’t pay her $2,000. The caller sent $500 prior to calling the police. He was instructed not to send any more money to the suspect. Burglary- Caller reported an unknown female entered her residence in the 300-block of SW 6th St, looked through a desk in the residence, and then left. The suspect was located a few blocks away and identified as a 29-year-old female, no fixed address. Stolen property from the residence was located in the female’s possession. The female was taken into custody for Burglary I and Theft III and transported to the jail. Theft- A 29-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for a burglary. While searching the female’s property officers located two packages which had been stolen from a residence in the 100-block of NW 11th St. The female was additionally charged with Theft III for the package theft. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A 29-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody for burglary. While searching the female’s property officers located another person’s wallet. The wallet owner was contacted at his residence in the 100-block of NW 8th St and informed the officer his vehicle was broken into last night. The female was therefore additionally charged with UEMV and Theft III. Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at SW 3rd St and SW Hopkins Ave. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 2500-block of NW Taylor Ave. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Threats- A caller reported he and a group of friends had been walking together to a bar downtown when a physical altercation occurred between two of the males in the group. After the brief altercation, one of the involved males left. Later in the night, that male sent a picture of a firearm to another of the males in the group. There were no direct threats, just a picture of a firearm. No one had any significant concerns, and they merely wanted the incident documented. All parties involved were very intoxicated. Disorderly Conduct / Resisting Arrest- Officers responded to the area of the Skate Park for a report of a male assaulting a female. Upon arrival, officers contacted the female and multiple witnesses and learned no assault occurred, but the suspect had been yelling at the female and throwing her belongings into the road. The suspect, a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, was located nearby and was agitated. The male physically resisted being placed in handcuffs. He was ultimately transported to the jail. |

Disturbance- Officers responded to a park in the 1800-block of NW Hayes Ave for a report of a male yelling in the creek and at people, causing them to leave. A 49-year-old male, Albany resident, was issued a Parks Trespass Notice. Trespass- Officers responded to the 6200-block of SW Philomath Blvd stemming from a call for service which began in Linn County. Ultimately, a 67-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was trespassed from a property in the 6200-block of SW Philomath Blvd. Minor in Possession / Open Container- An officer responded to the 1000-block of NW 36th St for a disturbance. The officer located a 19-year-old female, Corvallis resident, consuming alcoholic beverages in public. She was issued a citation and returned home. Trespass- An officer responded to a residence in the 400-block of NW Kings Blvd for a prowler complaint. The caller reported seeing two males on their front porch looking into windows of the house.
