Evidence

It is the responsibility of the Corvallis Police Department's Evidence personnel to manage and control evidence, found property, and other property for safekeeping. Based on the importance of this function, accurate records are maintained for all items submitted to Evidence.

Property may be claimed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. by appointment only.  Evidence property will not be released without a valid picture identification card and written authorization from the District Attorney's Office and the investigator/police agent assigned to the specific case.   If you have property to be picked up, contact the Evidence Control Specialist at 541-766-6719 to schedule an appointment.
