Traffic Signal Investment Plan

The City of Corvallis operates and maintains 42 traffic signals plus two additional traffic signals owned by Benton County. The City worked with a consultant team to assess current conditions, identify needs, and make recommendations. This information can be used to guide future investments. The plan proposes a range of changes that can be made at existing signals and prioritizes a list of signals for full replacement. It also proposes design and operational recommendations for all traffic signals.
