If you know of a bicycle that has been left in the public right-of-way for more than 72 hours, you can report it as abandoned using this online form.

Please indicate the specific location of the bike, a description of the bike, whether it's moved in the past 72 hours, and what it's locked to (street sign, bike rack, etc.). Please include as much relevant information as possible.
