Street Resurfacing 11th St & 13th St
View this project in the Capital Improvement Program document here.
Schedule: Construction Spring-Summer 2026.
This project rehabilitates 11th Street (Jefferson to Washington) and 13th Street (Lincoln to Buchanan) which will include grinding and repaving the street surface, replacing failed stormwater inlets, and upgrading sidewalks and pedestrian crossings to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
Design work is complete, and construction is planned to begin later this Spring and finish by Fall 2026. Before construction starts, residents in the nearby area will receive written notice and contact information for questions during construction.
This project will cause traffic disruptions at times, but we will work hard to minimize inconveniences. Local access to residences and businesses will be maintained as much as possible during construction but there will be times when access restrictions will be required. Street closures and detours will be necessary to provide safe work zones for both the public and the contractor. Garbage, bus, mail delivery, and emergency services will be maintained. Work will be limited while school is in session to reduce impacts to Oregon State University and Corvallis High School.
If you have any special needs or concerns, or would like to meet in person, please contact Public Works at 541-766-6916 or email me at grant.livingston@corvallisoregon.gov.
