Updated Engineering Standards
February 28, 2024 - The City has updated our Engineering Standards, implementing regulations for a Post Construction Stormwater Quality Program (PCSWQ) in order to comply with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Phase II requirements as issued through the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) general permit.
Projects initiated after February 28, 2024 will need to comply with the new requirements. Projects initiated prior to February 28, 2024 will be reviewed against the Standards in place at the time they were initiated.
