Affordable Housing

The availability of affordable housing is a vital component to a thriving community. The availability of homes at all income levels means businesses have access to employees with fewer absences. Workers are more stable and invested in their community. Children have the opportunity to thrive in school, and residents can make healthy choices. Research has shown that stable, affordable housing is critical to enabling families to attend to other needs, be self-sufficient and productive members of the community.

I want to buy a home:

I want to rent an affordable apartment: Please note the waiting lists for affordable housing can be years due to limited housing supply. We still encourage individuals/families to apply. Manufactured housing in a park may also be an affordable option, but carefully review the terms and fees associated with leasing the land.
