Participation Plan
The City of Corvallis maintains a Participation Plan for its Community Development Block Grant program to ensure that citizens and other interested community members have opportunities to know about, comment on, and provide input for the City’s five-year Consolidated Plans, one-year Action Plans, Plan Amendments, and Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Reports.
