About the Neighborhood

The Avery Addition Neighborhood was established in 2019. The neighborhood holds at least one general meeting per year and the association's primary means of communication is flyers. The neighborhood is home to Peanut Park, a small neighborhood park on the eastern side of the area. Current interests in the neighborhood include maintenance of the small traffic circles and increasing participation in the association.

Boundaries: Boundaries are established by a formal neighborhood agreement. SW 13th Street to the west, Western Avenue to the north, SW 7th Street to the east and SW E Avenue to the south.
