Fair Housing laws are designed to ensure that everyone has equal access to housing, free from discrimination. These laws apply to all aspects of the housing process, including advertising, applications, screenings, leasing, occupancy, and eviction.
This training will cover Fair Housing Law basics, including clarification on recent updates as well as all relevant protected classes. We will also take a closer look at the familial status protected class.
